Melissa Mohr was great! I had just got out of work and called and they were about to close and she stayed on a few minutes after she was supposed to leave and helped me make my payment. She said she would call me back and did and she went above and beyond to help make my payment easier. She explained that she had been with the company for 18 plus years and she was super knowledgeable about how the company’s policies worked seeing that she was able to thoroughly explain the process to me. Definitely recommend going to her!

The workers got attitude on the phone when your not handing over any money at the time of your call but oh so glad and nice when your making your payment, I love that switch up. I paid $130 for 5DAYS of coverage! Are you kidding me? I asked to speak to her boss, she put me on hold for 5 minutes then got back to me and she said she was able to get ahold of a boss and was transferring me, then sent me to a phone with nobody answering it! LOVE IT SO MUCH! They ain’t getting my money ever again.

Just started driving on my own 3 months ago and I needed cheap insurance because I had to pay tuition for college every month. It being the first time I was getting insurance I went to the brand name companies (will not name) the agent seemed really annoyed to be dealing with a teenager and the rates were far too high for my budget. Then I was driving by Freeway and I remembered Id seen the TV ads so I decided to go in out of curiosity. As soon as I walked in Melissa sat down with me and talked to me like an adult. She was very attentive and found me a really cheap insurance rate. I just wanted to recommend any other first timers to come here to get their insurance.

The E State office is by far the best office around. Both Melissa and Laura are very knowledgeable. They work with a variety of insurance companies and will find you the best rates available. I highly recommend them. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I worked with Melissa the branch manager at the East State location in Rockford, IL. She was so great! Friendly, timely and super efficient in my change in vehicles on my policy. I so appreciated her getting me in and out as I was on my lunch break and didnt have much time.

Been on hold for nearly an hour, just keeps transferring over and over again. Absolutely horrible customer service, unprofessional, and not worth anyones time. Anyone looking for insurance, dont go through these guys unless you want to wait 2 hours or so to pay your insurance.

Diffantly would not recommend this place. As they associate with lighthouse insurance located in Chicago. That is known for sending you to repair shops that have no integrity. So if you want to deal with this company that doesnt inform you as to companys that will hustle you out of money. Then this is your place.

Laura was so helpful and very charismatic as well. She helped my son find a great rate for his first time buying insurance. Definitely recommend!

Im actually feeling very frustrated with this insurance company. Its about sales, and rate increases. Ive been with this company for three years and Im wondering where my agent is. Rates keep increasing every year and I havent filed any claims or had any tickets. Non existent customer care.

I’ve been with InsureOne for a couple years now and service has always been good, recently I added a new car to my policy and made changes, I got to work with Laura and she was simply amazing. She made the process very easy and simple guided me in every step of the way and I can say that I left there feeling very good about my insurance company.

If I could I would give no stars. Every time I call there customers service is the worst. I have to always call like 4 times to make payment and then they hang up on me. Its the worst insurance place Ive ever had to call too.

I been using Insure One since I was in my early 20s and i always go to the e.state street office cause of melissa.. She is very nice, eager to help and very patient. I just recentlay bought a new car and needed insurance.. So I called the e.state street office hoping shed be there and she was.. Spite it was getting close to the office closing she made sure I had insurance and everything I needed to drive my new car off the lot before her office closed.. Shes always been a awesome insurance representative and I have and will continue to recommend her to others. Thank you

Slow service need a multi tasker to work in the Rkfd e.state office. I was just making a payment for a friend glad that isnt my insurance company.

They always surprise you with crap and tell you one thing then something different the next time you come in. I was told a renewal fee was going to be under 200 then when I went to go pay it, I got surprised with saying the policy got changed and Etc and now that was it going to be 300 dollars. I switched insurances right after that.
