The company and Karla are great to work with. I had this company a couple years ago and like a dummy I tried a different insurance company. I didnt get what Illinois Vehicle Auto Insurance offered with my policy. No towing or car rental. I dont feel comfortable being left in the cold or smothering heat with car problems. Be careful wary of this insurance company that is under a different name. Their real name is American Access Casualty Company which has an extremely bad reputation outside of Google reviews. I have not had any problems as of yet but the fact that they are under a different name concerns me.
