The best insurance good price range and great customer service

UPDATE after 1 year: I continue to be extremely pleased with Chuck as an agent. I email him from time to time with questions or requests to change something on my insurance, and I always have a response back within hours or the next morning if its late. Erie Insurance has been great, too. I unfortunately totaled my pickup a few months ago when the rear wheels broke loose and I slid off an entrance ramp, but they took care of it wonderfully and paid me a very reasonable price. Of course my rates went up significantly, but thats just how it goes, I guess. Regardless they took care of me properly.I found this insurance agency by chance while looking for an Erie Insurance agent in the area because I had read they are one of the better, smaller insurance companies. I almost didnt bother getting a quote from Erie because I couldnt just do it online, but Im glad I reached out to Chuck for one because I ended up going with Erie through him for my homeowners and two cars. Erie seems to have a great reputation, and I got some of the best rates overall as well as some of the best coverage.But what I especially appreciate is the level of service Chuck has provided. He emails me back within an hour usually (during business hours, of course), and hes very fast to come back with quotes once Ive given him the information needed. I met him in person to sign the papers for the homeowners and auto policies, and he was very friendly and helpful.I recommend Erie Insurance based on my research, although time will tell if they live up to the reputation, but I highly recommend Chuck Harkness as an agent.

The treat you like a person instead of a number. You also dont need to talk to the agent to get policy details.
