My family has been insured with Brian since he took over from Ed Miller some 25+ years ago. Brian, and his office, have proven themselves to be honest, knowledgeable, service oriented, professional, courteous and prompt. Brian has provided appropriate coverage for our homes, autos, boats, motorcycles, business, Workmans Comp as well as umbrella coverage. His council and insurance suggestions are spot on. Claims? I have been with state farm for many years and I have never had any issues whatsoever. The staff is amazing and although all of them are fantastic, my go-to is Julie. Julie never disappoints! Always so nice and so unbelievably helpful. I would be so lost without her. And any questions or concerns I have, I call and I am helped right away. My claim was paid immediately and car rental taken care of and I didnt have to do a thing. Best agent ever!

I’ve had work done on my car twice now; once for hail damage and another time for an accident. Each time State Farm handled my claims quickly and efficiently. The repair shops in the area seem to have a great rapport with the office as well. The office went above and beyond each time and did a lot of work behind the scenes to make everything go as smoothly as possible.

Worst insurance imaginable. Worst agent ever. Unresponsive, wont return phone calls, talks over you without listening, no help whatsoever. I got in a car accident. This is week 10 after the accident. My car is still in the shop. Its been delay after delay after delay with State Farm (wrong estimate, wrong checks sent to wrong places, delays getting an appraiser, etc). Ive been calling Faulks office for weeks for help. Hes never there.Even worse, State Farm provided me with a rental car. They didnt pay a dime for the car for the first 7 weeks. During week 7, I demanded State Farm pay for the car and extend the contract so that I could keep it while my car was being repaired. They agreed but didnt pay up. So the car was reported stolen by the rental agency and I was arrested. Im now without my car and without a rental. I cant rent another car because Ive been flagged and on a global do not rent list thanks to State Farm. Brians take on it? My fault for wanting my car repaired in the first place. My fault for not being more patient with the 30+ min hold times to call in to State Farm. My fault for not going into the rental car branch office and demand they clear my name.There is NO WAY I would ever recommend State Farm or this agent to anyone. If I was the agent and my customer was put through this, I would not go home until it was resolved. I would be utterly embarrassed this happened and ashamed for my company and my ridiculously poor performance. Yet you can bet, that good neighbor Brian Faulk and all his coworkers in claims are home tomorrow with their families on Christmas day 2018, without a care in the world while I, the customer, struggle trying to find a way out of this mess created by State Farm.If you want an agent that youll never meet, never speak to, wont support you, wont listen to you, talks over you, will blame you when an accident or emergency happens, and that might just cause you to get arrested for doing nothing more than driving the car they arranged for you, then by all means... This is your guy.

If you make a claim they pay you but the next year they increase your payments and god forbid make a small claim on your roof the next year they will be having you replace the whole thing. They are what most people call a real Scrooge .. Counting the money that comes in and not wanting to give up a penny
