I have been with American Family for eons. My husband and I had all of our insurance needs met by American...car insurance, home owners, and life. My husband recently passed away and the life insurance checks arrived in a very timely manner, and that is so important when everything is confusing and you dont know which end is up. Then I had some problems with a car I leased and every single solitary time I called American with YET another question, the women who work there and answer the phones were 100% friendly and they even remembered me.More than friendly, they were kind. It was great, I truly believe they know my history and story and want to help me. Being a newly single person I feel like they are a resource for me to keep things on track. Thank Goodness for American Family, and thank you guys, youre the best.

After 30 plus years with another company, I decided to shop for a new insurance provider. After visiting several other offices I came here and immediately felt at home. Tami was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I feel I made the right choice switching my auto and house insurance to American Family.

My son had a pretty scary car accident this year. He was rear ended while at a stop light. As his mom, I made a lot of the moves where insurance was involved. From the beginning of the process, everything was smooth sailing. American Family made the things as easy as they could be. There was never a time when I didnt know exactly what was going on. Everyone was in tune from the adjuster to Tami the representative for our claim. I had her direct information so that I didnt have to explain my whole story everytime I called. The situation is now resolved and I am so happy that we are insured by American, a company that really cares.
