Keep changing due dates when policy needs to be paid. Rude agents always trying to talk over you. Time to shop around different policy with different company who knows how to treat a customer with dignity and respect.

I have insurance thru Pekin, Im already paying for 2 vehicles through them. One of which is a TURBO, keep that in mind...My agent left Pekin and since I have moved so I needed to see if I need to stay with Pekin or find someone elseUnfortunately, based on the fake reviews on here, I came to see Luz (check the amount of reviews that end with Aldama (luz last name)I was shopping for a good price. I gave Luz all my info, my drivers license, my social, and she completed the search with my two vehicles.She came out at 40 above my current insurance per month. I asked why and she kept mentioning that one of my cars was a turbo. I said well my current insurance already covers it and its 40 lower. She repeated the same line like im a moron well your car has a turbo and we are trying to add it to your policy As if Im not already paying for it. So i cut it short and said ok im gona go look for other places and see if they can give me better prices since you cant beat my current oneSINCE THEN THE CALLS NEVER STOPPED. SHE CALLS ME EVERYDAY. IT IS WORSE THEN SPAM. DO NOT GIVE LUZ YOUR #Luz I made this review just so you stop calling me. thanks
