They called and canceled my reservation less than 24hrs before pickup time. Which I had made two weeks prior.. When I called to get a truck to replace the canceled reservation I was told on 2 different occasions I would get a call back. This did not happen. When I called a third time I was told they would transfer me to customer service knowing they were already closed. I called back yet a fourth time to be told they had nothing for me. I now have to move out of my house in less than 24hrs and no help was even offered from this company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Zero stars. Horrible. I got the complete run-around from Budget and this location didnt have the vehicle I reserved 2 weeks in advance. The person here was clueless and offered no help. After calling multiple locations myself, I was left with no truck. At least someone at the Spartanburg location was decent enough to tell me to be sure to cancel to avoid a no-show fee--this was a hidden fee that I never would have known about. Do not use this company, ever.

Just because you have a reservation doesnt mean well have a vehicle for you. Got the run around from Budget all morning and then this guy didnt even have the vehicle we reserved. Dont rent from Budget, period. Most unprofessional, careless company Ive ever dealt with.

Quick service and fair price but the only thing was that I also ordered a hand truck, and I got one, buy the wheel was broken. Otherwise all good

Run far away from this budget rental location. Went in to buy a 2012 budget truck which you have to rent first. The older gentleman rented us a 2015 knowing we could not purchase that year and racked my husband up $600 in rental charges. When we returned the truck he proceeded to laugh in front of his friend and said oh we had a 2012, didnt realize that is what you wanted both my husband and myself told him several times we needed a 2012. He didnt want to have one of his trucks leave his lot😡 this guy is a very crooked! Be careful dealing w this man

If you need to rent a truck. You want to rent from Bucks Trucks at 950 Heckle Blvd. Billy was easy to work with and made it convenient at the right price! I did not find this at other Truck Rental companies. They understand what helping out means! Chuck

It took exactly 30 days to get my $150.00 deposit back.. Please save yourself the misery and go with Uhaul..

Can cancel your reservation with very short notice. I was to pick up a truck 2 days from when I received a call from Budget telling me they cancelled the reservation and gave all their trucks to UPS. I was left scrambling to make a reservation somewhere else given the short notice. Go rent from U-Haul, at least they have a reservation guarantee.

I will never use budget trucks again and I will make sure everyone I know, will never use them again... they do not care for what the customer has to say and when you try to get someone higher that can actually help, you will just get the run around. I hope no one ever uses budget truck. My move was horrible and I wish that I would have just went with u- hulu. It will not let me just put no stars because I would not even give them a one star.
