STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! They only got one star because I couldn’t do zero!! They sold me a UHAUL when the driver side wheel is completely bent. They showed no sympathy at all. They did not care at all that they put me and my kids in danger. The guy said it’s not his fault AT ALL they only due the renting process and hung up the phone because he had other customers. I was suppose to receive a call from the supervisor and never did the same guy called me back. Completely incompetent people at this place. These people should not be in business at all they only want your money they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!

Stay far away from this place. U-Haul should not allow him to be a dealer! He was rude uncooperative. Didnt want to take cash, didnt have change. Didnt have the cable to hook the trailer lights to my truck. Ive rented from u-haul 4x in the last year and this was by far the worse place Ive ever been to to rent. Dont walk RUN as fast as possible away from this place!!

Overall a good experience however the lady working there at the time was too old and slow.

Barbara was nice. The lady that was there when I came back to drop the rental off was rude. Side note: the whole office smells like urine and mold.

I only give this a 1 star rating, because zero is not an option. I reserved a truck online days before pickup, for 10 am. I called the location at 9:45 am to let him know I would be there no later than 10:30 am. He told me to go elsewhere because he would be closed at 10. I told him that his hours online showed open until 11 am, and I would be there before then. He told me he would call me back. He called back 20 minutes later to say if I could get there by 10:30, not a minute later, he would wait on me. My nephew and I walked through his front door at 10:28 am. This man was very old, very slow, and did not know how to work the computer system. He kept telling me my card was declined, and he had to do the check in process over again - this happened three times. He then said, the problem was with U-Haul, not him, and we should go to another location. I asked him why would we need to leave when the truck we reserved was sitting outside of his office? My nephew gave him a major credit card, instead of my banking debit card, and told him to try that. He ran that three times as well, and said it was declined. A notification popped up on my nephews phone showing the $250 attempted charge (the rental should have been $130). When asked, the dinosaur-aged Neanderthal of a man told us it was an additional $100 security hold - I knew this to be false. I asked him to please call U-Haul. He said and I quote: I dont call U-Haul. If they need me, they call me. Thats how that works. Why dont you go to another location? I can give you a couple of suggestions. I told him I was going to call U-Haul, to excuse me for a minute, stepped outside, and while I was still waiting on a live person from U-Haul, this shameful senior citizen scurried out of the office, locked it down tighter than Fort Knox, and BOUNCED! Dude went home. This was by far, the WORST place EVER to rent a U-Haul - or, should I say, ATTEMPT to rent one. Most unhelpful useless encounter. Do not recommend. EVEN IF THERES A FIRE. EVER. Dont do it. Just. Dont.

Good location for pickups an dropouts after hours

The employees were extremely rude, even calling the customer ahead of us slurs once they walked out the door, the location is awful, broken glass all mixed with the gravel, the lock boxes are busted open, very strong smell of urine and piles of animal feces. Honestly trashy. Its across from a school in a nice area, a real shame.

God-awful customer service, we had a trailer reserved, it took them nearly 45 minutes to see us, and when they finally did, they couldn’t access the trailer we reserved because there was a Uhaul in the way.Ok, refund our money at least for the online reservation ““We can’t do that.”What.Ok?One Star is generous.

YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!! This place was a nightmare. They dont deserve ONE STAR. Dont rent from this place. The employees are inept. The woman who worked in the morning when we picked up the truck wouldnt come out to check it and the truck was extremely dirty and smelled like ..... something bad. So I cleaned the truck. When we took it back, the afternoon employee said it was too hot to walk out to the truck and asked us what the mileage was on it. They were rude, rude, rude and lazy. No respect for their employers, U Haul or their customers. DO NOT GO THERE!!! I still cringe when I think about that experience.

Check in was very unwelcoming. Employees seemed indifferent or even upset that I was there. No help was offered in loading a 12 foot, several hundred pound trailer on to my truck. I struggled for 20 minutes and then asked for a tool or something, and a vehicle jack was pushed out of a back door for me. I then had to drag the jack 30 feet or so through gravel and spent another 15 minutes trying to get the trailer on my truck. I was told that I could have the trailer for 24 hours, but then was given attitude about it not being returned within 10 hours.U-haul at 13401 Lancaster Hwy, Pineville, NC 28134 is superior to this location and all residents of Rock Hill should take their moving business there.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. She worked with us to make sure we had what we wanted when we needed it. We will definitely rent from them again.

I love walkers uhaul

Made my reservation a month before my move. The day of the move told that the truck i ordered was not there and would need to pick up the materials from them and the truck and trailer from different locations. What a cluster........

The staff member that we spoke to was rude and unhelpful. We had a similar experience in the past, but we decided to give this place another chance. It was a mistake. Well be going elsewhere for our U-Haul needs from now on.

The lady that answer the phone was very rude and nasty......not a good place at all and i hope she see this!!
