They had the type of car we wanted, a GREAT rate, and friendly service. I cant believe there are any low reviews on here, honestly. The staff and the customer service was great. They make sure the customer are they #1 priority. Their prices are great and the process is hassle free. I would highly recommend rock hill location. I would rent from them again.

Cory was really personable and really tried his hardest to make our experience a good one. He is the reason, Im not giving a 1 star. Unfortunately, I have to give the overall experience an average rating. The rates were too high for a car with an overpowering cigarette and dirty diaper smell. The computer system was super slow and there was a limited inventory.

The staff here is amazing! I rented a vehicle at the last minute, when I got there I noticed a vehicle on the lot that I wanted. They allowed me to switch up into the vehicle of my choice. Very accommodating, extremely polite, over all a great experience! I would highly recommend this place!! Will come back again soon!

Very nice employees who work with you and they are very respectable! Also reasonable price rental cars.Just a reminder though, make sure if you are renting a car, you have rental insurance on your PERSONAL insurance! Theirs is a little pricey! But overall everything was great and I would definitely use them again in the future!

Shamara was very nice to me, it did not take long to get the rental car. This is a great place to get a rental car from, I suggest everyone to slide by if they’re near your neighborhood. Very low price and the car is very clean, inside and outside.

Al was awesome! We needed a car asap to get to Columbia and we were in and driving off in 10 minutes. Great customer service. Go see Al and his team for your var rental needs...you wont be disappointed.

Always has rentals every time I need one. Clean,economic. I have never had a serious issue with any of the vehicles.

I signed up for a full-size, arrived and they had a compact car for me. Prior to that, they let me know there was a dent in the car and I was okay with it, when I got there I realized the dent was absolutely huge. They also tried to charge me for the full-size car, and then when I asked for an additional discount due to the condition of the car, they didn’t want to give it to me. Finally, they knocked off $7 per day. As soon as I was about to check out, a lady was dropping off a full-sized car and advised me to get that vehicle and started laughing about the condition of my car. They denied me that car, stating that it was for another appointment. I then asked if I could switch the car out in Charlotte, and they told me that branch didn’t have any cars. Overall, one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had and I can honestly say I will NEVER go back.

We had a car for a little while. The price was ridiculously high. We were late on the payment once because of bank frozen some one got into it. We paid the days we were behind on 4 days. Then a few weeks later Saturday they close at 2 couldnt get there out if town medical issue. Called said everything was ok pay on Monday. Monday comes blowing my phone up. Said had till 5:45 to bring in car to pay for Saturday and Sunday and switch cars. Ok 15 minutes later three thuggs pulled up beside us like they were swat said they were repo. Said had to split up one in one car one in another. We said no. They called the police. Police came said its not a criminal matter its civil matter. They tell me police they would get us back to where we were staying. Lied. Stranded us there for 3 or 4 hours. Reed had the nerve to have attitude! Called attorney next day said everything they did was illegal. Were looking into this now. They go by 3 names. Corey was hard to work with and Reed. Al worked with us Kenyan did then he changed in front of the big man. They are unprofessional and what they did to us was uncalled for. Hopefully well get this attorney to make a claim for us Im sure theres others too theyve done wrong. They need to be looked for bro by the attorney general or someone. They owe us a deep apology and a free car for a month for what they did to us and what were were through now because of them.

Do not do business with this company!! The employees take the cars home at night bring them back to work with body damage, trash in the car(Gatorade bottles) No gas(you will be lucky to make it to the gas station) and they will make you PAY for the damage...the employees damage..God looks out for widows.I promise you 😉They post a sign that they are BBB accredited. They are NOT! They have several different business names that they work under ( U SAVE IS ONE OF THEM) They buy wrecked vehicles and fix them up and rent and sell them. Please look out for your family!I do not need to contact you for your research. You assured me that I was Not responsible for your employees damage and the fact that youre employee used the car the night before and gave it to me completely empty of gas and the car was received with low tire pressure in All the tires ! And the gatorade bottles I had to remove from the back floor board.I almost ran out of gas! You would have charged me for that damage. You assured me that you were going to reprimand your employees: look who got cheated. U keep my 100. I hope you enjoy it😉 looks like Im not the only one you done dirty! The BBB gave me my info..😉oh and Kenan while you were screaming at me : I believe I told you you cannot remove bad reviews ( unprofessional !) 😉

Kenyan was very professional and kind even though his car fleet was low he managed to find me a vehicle and my family and I were very pleased.😁

We selected this location to rent a large van for our family vacation. When it was time to pick up the van, it was not available. We were told that it may be back on the lot at 10 am but they were not sure. They ended up giving us 3 mini vans in place of the large one. The vans were given to us completely empty. There was barely enough gas to make it to the gas station. While traveling the van I was driving ran so rough, I thought it was going to brake down on the interstate. I asked the other drivers of the other bans thinking it was just my van and the confirmed that their vans ran rough as well. While on vacation, I get a call from the rental office asking if I was going to have my vehicle returned and 9 am Saturday morning. Um we were in Florida. No way the vans were going to be returned at 9 am. We already had an agreement that the vans would be returned Sunday. I think this rental company is unprofessional and need to keep better records. I nor my family will rent from them again.

Wasn’t going to get a rental bc I wasn’t planning on spending that much for a weekend, but when I tell they work with me and the deposit is not much $100 refundable!!! Yes,Yes, Yes I’ll be back! Unexpectedly good place to rent a car. Last minute on a weekend.

Expedia says opens at 0730, so I made a reservation. Sat there until 0745 and no one showed. Had to be at work, so I left and got a car down the road at Hertz.
