Ive been trying to make an appointment for months. Months dude. Everytime I call they say that someone has to call me back, but they never do. So I wait a few weeks with no call and try again, rinse and repeat. Whats worse is that this is the only place the hospital will set me up with. Dont waste your time here, and if youre able file a report with DHEC. Hopefully theyll do something about it if enough of us report them for their negligence.

I visited this place one time almost 8 months ago and wasn’t anything they could do for me as far as medicine I normally took. Here it is Sunday September 12th and I got a bill from them for 356$ in which I don’t owe anything because they done nothing for me and lady there even said don’t worry it want be any charge for this and now I’m getting a bill 8 months later for something I didn’t even get any help from.

I went here for awhile, since I’ve moved to Rock Hill, SC. I liked Kersha and always looked forward to going to the appointments and feel like I accomplished something. Well, then I called three times to reschedule two of my appointments, every time they said “we will have to call you back” Never got a call back and since they apparently just didn’t care enough my case got closed and now I’m out of therapy. Office people seem to just not care. I did love going there.

I’ve had the best care of all times they are the best place ever! Thank you for all y’all do.

My son is treated here absolutely the most unprofessional place I have ever seen. They do medicine changes and dont tell me on my son medication I go to pharmacy and find out k ask for appts to be set on same day it never happens we live a long way. He is absolutely unsatisfied with my childs care here.

Horribly uncaring staff!!! Had counselors here previously tell my child “you’re too old to act like this..stop being ridiculous and just listen to your parents”…she’s since been diagnosed as schizophrenic..by real doctors.. Not to mention all the times front desk never relayed messages, no one ever responded to messages, being rescheduled (to inconvenient times to counselors we didn’t know (who didn’t keep their appointment anyway))

Horrible place. No wonder so many people dont seek help. Maybe the back is ok but the front women both of them must be the same ones in charge of the milkshake machine at McDonalds. What a joke literally. Tried to get help for sucidial person who is harm to themselves an others an they told me I needed a appointment.

Office staff had always been very kind to me! My therapist and psychiatrist were also very kind and helpful in treating me! LGBTQ friendly, abuse friendly, depression and anxiety! I highly recommend going here for mental help!

100% DO NOT EVER GO TO CATAWBA MENTAL HEALTH.They overcharge (even after discounting it due to income- I know this because I have since switched to a different location that also accounts for income total), they do not provide quality service (they will discuss what they will do with you, and never actually do it), they do not do labs on you for medications that require labs, they will literally NEVER call you back (even when youve called well over 10 times in the span of 3 months looking for SAME information), they are unorganized (they literally lost some of my paperwork), I once tried to make a payment, but no one in the office knew how to use a card reader (in 2020) and informed me this AFTER they asked if I wanted to make a payment, legit 99% of the front office staff acts like they dont want to be there (I usually was on the receiving end of some kind of pointless attitude), they are unprofessional- a lady was literally eating on top of paperwork and getting food all over it (seriously, ew), I was never notified when medication was ready to pick up- indeed once it wasnt even labeled with my information and I ended up being turned away, I went in for crisis once and the triage nurse acted like she was confused as to why I was there, they will put you on hold and literally forget about you.YALL. It was nice having someone to talk to, but they literally did noooooothing for me. Ever. Honestly, theres probably more that I am not thinking of.

Been canceled for appointments at least twice. Had to quit anti depressants cold turkey due to the last cancellation. No one approved a refill i suppose. Therapist was good at least so they get a star.What if i had been a touch more dependent on meds?People can slip into psychosis during withdrawal from anti depressants and other similar chemical compounds. It’s everyday it seems you see violence on TV. You think they would’ve thought about that.

Suffer ptsd and severe anxiety. Had therapist which helped me cope and feel i had safe place to release my feelings without judgements. But they cancelled my therapy said all i needed was a nurse and a dr to prescribe meds. So now im dealing with some really hard times and need my therapist but im having to deal with this alone. They get you in get you treated by great drs and nurses ive had so far. But new management changes has hurt a lot of us whom.needed that support. Id give them 5 stars if theyd give the therapist back to those like me. But as of right now.im very disturbed with the changes made a few years ago. And now meds arent called in like said. Just frustrated

This is a State ran facility and for that, I give them 5 stars. It isnt easy following all the rules that Im sure the state puts on them, but they do their best to care for all that need mental care. The counselors (in my experience) truly care about their patients and their well-being. If you do what you are supposed to with their care (like calling ahead for refills, or making your next appt.) then you will not have any issues in getting what you need, when you need it. I had ONE bad apple there once and she is no longer there, but when there is an issue, they address it with their staff. My councilor assumed I was drug seeking on my first visit and kept redirecting me every time I said the word medication. Every word after that was interrupted and I was told to keep taking meds that are giving me day long headaches and other things... I could not even tell them I wanted to DECREASE because the moment you say meds they think your a druggie and treat you as though you are incompetent and unable to actually think for yourself. I only give 1 star because I can not give 0. No one here cares for you. Just come in, do as we say, and get out as quick as you came so they can move on to their own practice. This place sucks.

Worst mental health facility Ive ever been to. I havent been a patient in over 10 months but Im still receiving bills for services provided in 2015 because they only file insurance four times a year. I have nothing good to say about this place. They only got one star because I couldnt give them none at all. Save yourself the hassle and just go to a reputable clinic in Charlotte... trust me. -10/10 would not recommend.

I took my girlfriend here to get help with her problems and they made a good first impression, untel it was time for her second visit. She ran out of medication and they wouldnt give her a new prescription tell she saw the nurse again, but then canceled on us 3 times in a row. When they finally got a chance to come in we waited for an hour and before asking what was going on, just to find out the nurse had gone to lunch and wed have to wait another half hour.Dont take your loved ones here if you care about their mental health.

Very unprofessional. Office staff are rude. Ive been canceled on 3 times within 2 hours of my appointment. Tried to get med refills and they couldnt do it because it wasnt on file. Malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen.

I didnt even want to give 1 Star..very very unprofessional especially Dr Williamson.. I cant imangine the other poor ppl she sees..its a shame and if any of them question why when another mass muder shooting happens well just look in the mirror..

A waist of time. Doctor refused to see my son, just wanted to refer him somewhere else in the same state even though hed been there before.

Why have walk ins and not tell the patient you will be waiting two hrs while all the therapists are in meetings then be called back just to be told you have to come back when walkins start again. Complete waste.

Dont ever go here...these people do not care about their patients and will never return calls regarding a patient who is in their care...this place is a joke

Tired calling every day for three days now to get an appointment, receptionist takes our number and says someone will call us back. Have yet to get a call. It’s a shame when you have someone who is trying to get help yet can’t. Shame on you!
