I’m not sure how they have so many good reviews when their dental hygienist would ask questions and then speak over me not caring to listen to what I had to say. And talked down to me as if I was stupid. The same goes for the husband and wife. Serious fake empathy and patronizing behavior.Their covid standards are a joke as well. Took everyone’s temperature except mine. Starting to question if they are antisemitic with how I was personally treated.There is definitely a lack of professionalism while an abundance of self righteousness. Will never be back.

I am glad that my friend recommended me this place. Everyone is nice and friendly. I have a pleasant experience with them in my first and second visit. My 2 sons alsobooked an appointment with them.This dental place become our dental care provider, now and in the near future. So, here we are at 11:44pm and my daughter woke up complaining about a funny feeling in her tooth. Well, apparently when she brushed/flossed her teeth earlier before bed she must have lost her new filling that she got two days ago because my husband saw it in the sink.While the staff is incredibly nice I am distraught right at this moment because I have been calling the office with no sort of emergency line or anything. It would be nice for you to have some sort of answering service for patient emergencies. I had to google what to do about this filling that obviously didn’t stick when put in on Thursday and what if anything my daughter could take for potential pain relievers.My previous dentist always had a answering service and would sometimes call you to ensure you all would be well or to instruct you in the interim.I’m pretty upset that there is no instruction for the next 30+ hrs. And I’m more upset that it fell out period.

Had my first visit here today and Tessa was my hygienist. She did an excellent, thorough cleaning yet was still very gentle. I highly recommend her!!

Outstanding visit to Riverwalk Smile! I picked them because of their great reviews and the convenient location near my office and I was just hoping for a decent visit. (Full disclosure, I run a dental mfr product line and Ive been in a LOT of dental offices.) All that said... I was SO IMPRESSED with the service, the spotless operatories and the high level of care. They were using state of the art digital technology and overall it was one of the best dental visits Ive ever had. Im going to recommend them as our preferred dental practice for our Rock Hill HQ.

I had a filling done at my dentist on Monday. On Wednesday I called my dentist to tell them I have been in excruciating pain ever since the procedure. They did not see me and instead sent out prescriptions for an antibiotic and pain meds letting me know that they were closing Thursday through Tuesday for the Memorial Day holiday and to call the emergency line if I was still in pain by Friday. The meds did not help one bit so Friday morning I called the emergency number and 2 hours later, still no call back. I called again and waited another 30 minutes with no call back. Starting to worry since its the weekend and Monday is a holiday, I looked up dentists in my area that took emergency appts. Riverwalk Smile was my first call and they agreed to see me at 2:40 that day. I went in and the staff was so nice, the office was quiet and calm. I went in and was seen by the assistant who was so amazing and took some xrays. The dentist came over and recommended a root canal. I had never had anything like this happen before with my teeth so they took the time to explain everything to me about the procedure and answered all my questions. They said if I wanted to have it done there that they could do it right then. I was in such pain that I said yes, and they quickly ran the costs through my insurance and did the root canal. The dentist and assistant were so thorough and patient. I never felt like I was a last minute patient on the Friday before a holiday weekend. I felt like I was one of their longtime patients just getting a procedure done. Once I was home and the numbness wore off, my pain was totally gone! It was so amazing. I have to go back for the second part of the procedure in a week or so and have full confidence that it will go just as smoothly. I will definitely be switching to Riverwalk Smile for all my dentist needs. They obviously care very much for their patients and are very responsive to emergencies.

I went as a referral from the VA. The process was excellent from making the appointment to the day of the appointment. Covid precautions were taken. My hygienist was excellent, cordial, respectful, knowledgeable. Dentist was the same way. Is never easy to go to the dentist and they made it enjoyable.

They have the best customer service. Availability is great (you can always get an appointment reasonably quickly). The prices are great.I had an adult who HATES the dentist tell me yesterday that he will officially only go to this office for dental work. I was given an estimated cost for dental service that I explained that was more than my out of network cost. I was told the charges were more expensive because of their location their location in Riverwalk. After I questioned the charges, I was quoted a lower estimate. After my oral surgery, I was told I would receive a call to check in on how I was doing after surgery and no one ever did a follow up called.My appointment date and receipt added in next review. Considering reply from owner stating I was not a patient on record.

My experience was fantastic from beginning to end! The ladies in the front were very welcoming and friendly. I also had records from a prior dentist that needed to be sent over and they called and obtained them in minutes. Kim was my hygienist and she was awesome! I had not had my teeth cleaned that throughly in a long time. She knows her stuff and knows what she’s doing! Dr. Seth was also great! I had previously been told that I needed a filling by a prior dentist and Dr. Seth examined my teeth and determined they were not cavities, but were just stains. I came in for a you check me and Ill check you out. We agreed on Wed and here I am 3 days later, feeling so much better. First time with laughing gas too, wow! I give 5 stars based off staff due to friendliness, professionalism, and the ability to get an appointment for an emergency. However, there was a disconnect with new dentist. Smart and friendly, but no clue how to direct that energy. tapped my tooth, several actually, asking how it felt. It felt like you were tapping my teeth, not sure how to answer. She is going to be great, though, mark my words. But her willingness to extract, without question, as a way to compensate for lack of funds and resources should be questioned. I refused an extraction as an option, despite the condition of my tooth. Sent emails to dentists for estimates with info I got today and already one said I did the right thing thing by refusing extraction as that molar is important and that attempts need to be done to save it. At least go and for the staff interaction.edit- had a needle shoved in my face, got scolded for throwing my hands up to protect having a needle shoved in my face without warning. DENTAL NIGHTMARE! I came here after my dentist said I did not need a root canal but needed a crown on a cracked tooth. My dentist was out of network and this was a big expense so I came here because they were in network. BIG MISTAKE! Dr. Bishop swiped numbing jelly on my gum and immediately started giving me shots. He did not give it any time to get numb and seemed to be upset when I complained it hurt. He told me I needed a Root Canal and every time he tried to work on me I told him I could feel it and he was getting more upset and breathing harder. The dental assistant was very nice and trying to calm me down because Dr. Bishop was not talking to me. After enduring what I think was 6 different shots and a clamp that was cutting into my gum, he eventually said “I’m done” to the assistant and walked out during the procedure. The dental assistant tried to calm me down and apologized and sent me next door to Dr. Beam who immediately got me numb the first time he gave me a shot and finished the work. Dr. beam was not in network and I had to pay more than double so I went back to Riverwalk Smile Dentistry a couple days later after my mouth healed and I wasn’t as devistated and asked that they help with the bill since they stopped work in the middle of services that we agreed they would perform at a lower cost and because they were not able to and sent me to someone else that charged twice as much and they refused. I am considering calling Channel 9 to try and recoup part of the expense and to let them explain why their dentist could not perform services.

Ive gone to Riverwalk Smile several times and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The first time I had to call them was for an emergency visit and they did accommodate me the very next day. Dr. Seth addressed not only my concerns but also helped prioritize my dental treatment needs. Everyone working was so experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
