I went here today to pick up my car. Even though they were slammed and clearly under-staffed, Devon and the other representative were both friendly and very helpful. They didnt stop moving the whole time I was there waiting to get my rental. They did a great job and I left with a nice, clean rental.

We actually broke down whole traveling to another State and enterprises customer service is horrible but this location is superb. We will be renting from them again.

I have always used Enterprise because of the selection of vehicles, their pricing, and the availability of locations everywhere I travel. When I’ve gotten into accidents, the experience has been wonderful working with them. But I am abhorred that during the pandemic, when I needed them the most, they dropped the ball.The rental shortage forces you to rent vehicles for weeks at a time, the system won’t allow you to rent for less than a week even when you only need it for a few days.The pandemic causes shortages in other places. When both our cars went into service at the same time for issues the technicians couldn’t figure out, our vehicles were in service for a few weeks, and neither dealership had service loaners. We were forced to rent. Enterprise has on many occasions worked with us on rental pricing with insurance claims but when it comes to repair service- we ended up paying around a hundred a day for a mid sized car. All of the prices were astronomical, even for an economy car. During the pandemic, everyone has been squeezed and many are hurting. When I asked them to work with us as the manufacturer for one of our vehicles won’t authorize a warranty repair until they’ve diagnosed the problem- a problem they can’t seem to figure out. And without the warranty repair authorization there is no rental coverage or reimbursement. So when the weeks stretched out and enterprise wasn’t willing to bend on the price to help us out- we ended up turning the rental car in early, having already spend well over a grand in rentals. Our car is still in service awaiting warranty repair authorization for issues the technicians can’t figure out, we live in a rural area nearly an hour outside of the city and from the nearest enterprise. We had to turn the car in because we couldn’t keep paying nearly a hundred a day for an indefinite amount of time that has already been weeks. Our daughter had to drive an hour to get us her car so we could take the rental an additional hour away to turn it in. It didn’t help matters that this last rental car was filthy, which was something that wasn’t supposed to happen with the pandemic but it was all that was available so it was all we could get. I am saddened as I’ve been a loyal enterprise customer for decades, since they were a small growing organization, an d even had a corporate account when I launched my first business. They used to be all about family and I would bypass the Avis and all other counters to go to the rental company I trusted. They have changed, and my heart is broken because there was a time when they cared about the people they serve. I don’t know where they lost their way. I hope they find their way back.

This place is TERRIBLE!! Customer service is bad. After renovations, new employees and I guess changes this place went down hill. They will now ask you for 2 documents a bill and another document for proof of your address. Despite me being a customer with them for over 2 years already, I had advised the employee that I should be in the system. Little young girl lied and said I was not in the system. I had advised her that I had just recently moved and would eventually update my address. She did not care. Makes no sense, I’m never going back.Problematic Enterprise

I rented a car here a few months ago and received excellent service and an exceptionally clean vehicle. I walked in, with paperwork I received from my insurance company, and walked out in about 25 mins. I was given a car which was very well cleaned and received very professional customer service. Would highly recommend.

I usually get a rental from Enterprise and I reserved it online thru Orbitz.... I pulled up there were 2 people in line infront of me..... then my turn I gave them my reservation number an name. They was like huh? Wait we dont have a reservation for that number or name. I was like oh let me look on my phone..... it was at Hertz!!But they were too kind and we all got a good laugh!! They rented us a car that needed an oil change we were advised that the car was fine we let them know we were advised the car as fine by the people they sent us to. One day randomly they came and towed the car they put all our items left in the car outside their business for a week money was stolen items were destroyed our things sat in the rain laptop was destroyed makeup stolen ear pods stolen I would never rent another car even if I could from them after letting out items get destroyed they blacklisted us this was terrible business and we are waiting to still be reimbursed for our damaged property

Enterprise has always been very professional, provided fast service & employees are very friendly. I was a little disappointed this past rental due to minor issues; 3 tires didnt have caps on the air nozzles & those tires were all very low. Also, I was given 2 key fobs on a key ring that I couldnt open. One didnt work. It was frustrating to fumble around trying to find the right one every time I tried to get in the car.Otherwise, great car, great trip.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. It took longer than expected to get going with the car, but that was because the reservation had not been set up by the insurance company. They picked me up from the body shop and I was able to leave the rental at the body shop when my car was finished, so it was very easy. They even upgraded my rental for free because all the standard vehicles were taken already. My only complaint was that the car smelled like smoke so I bought some air freshening spray and fresheners for the vents, which helped some but not a lot. Its not their fault that people break the rules and smoke in the vehicle but it was disappointing to have to endure the smell for over a week. Im sure they would have swapped it out if I had called and asked. Overall, Im very happy with Enterprise and its customer service!

My recent experience with Enterprise was superior. I was having a difficult time with my SUV repair, and had to keep adding days. Great Customer Service from everyone. On the first day, they picked me up within 10 minutes of my request, and provided transportation to my next destination. One of the employees even kept checking on me after I returned the car. I am completely baffled by the ignorance of the employees at this location. I had a full size truck reserved for a 10:00 appointment. We walk outside and he says pick your choice..... no trucks? You didn’t have a time on your reservation he stated.... I’m sorry mine reservation states 10:00, well we won’t have one till this afternoon.. okay I will pick up the truck later.2:00 pm I call yeah we have a truck available. Go up there it’s a Chevy Colorado(small truck). Know I specifically reserved a full size truck. We don’t have any here he states.... well when I pulled in they had a full size Dodge Ram that they were getting ready I stated, his comment was WE DO!!!!!. 20 minutes later I was able to leave.I would recommend another rental car company if your in Rock Hill SC

I didnt have a reservation as I am not from the Rock Hill area but my insurance recommended a repair shop in the area. They were busy but the service was great when I got there and they were very helpful. I asked for a mid size car and they had a small SUV ready to go and asked it that would be okay, I said sure. The car was very dirty on the outside but that didnt bother me, I was told it had a half tank of gas....hmmm..okay, I am not going to be driving around alot so I still moved forward. After signing everything I got in the car and it smelled but not of cleaner like one would hope to smell getting inside of a rental car these days. It actually did not at all appear to have been wiped at all. Dust all over the dashboard doesnt make me feel like it was cleaned, when the sun hit the windshield there was a greasy film inside, it rained one day which brought dirt and grim on the back window, there were fingerprints on areas that should have been wiped down, it was the most disgusting rental car I had ever driven. I had to get back to work, didnt have another 45 minutes to an hour to spend on complaining and asking for another car. Needless to say I barely drove it, wiped what I could down and turned it in before my car was done because I could not pay for another day with that car and I still had it for 4 days. I washed my hands and arms and changed my clothes each time I got out of it. I know they were so busy after a holiday weekend but where is the care and concern for your customer during these times Enterprise? I can definitely confirm I will never rent another car from this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. The 2 stars are only due to the initial service I received.

Reserved one size car but was told they were not available at the time I arrived. Offered me a premium car, which I rejected due to increased price. Representative finally came back with rental price on the premium car equal to the size I reserved. I accepted the premium car, but the car had been rented to a smoker and smelled, windows were dirty (haze inside and out, which I cleaned myself and the tires were down to the wear bars on all tires. On the plus side, we got excellent mileage averaging between 26 to 31 miles per gallon, which was excellent for a premium V-6 cylinder engine. Overall the rental was good.

The selection of vehicles is always limited no matter how far in advance I book. The vehicles are never fully cleaned on the inside or outside. We found toys, a pacifier on a holder and two charger cords in our last rental. Clearly the vehicles are not thoroughly inspected. This is unacceptable especially during a pandemic.

They charged me for 5 days and I only had the car 4 days and are refusing to refund me for the extra day. The lady told us wrong information that she put in the system about the return time and caught an attitude with us and talked over us while we were speaking calm the entire conversation. I guess she knew she was wrong and thought she was going to get out of this. I will not use them again for my rental.

Reserved a pickup. When I got there they had none. Had only one car to offer. Not one I was interested in. Was told they would contact me with another chose before closing. At 10 minutes to closing still no call. I called and was told they had three cars. When I got there I had a choose between two makes neither I preferred but settled because I had to make the trip. I was not comfortable with the vehicle and was unable to accomplish all I had to do without the truck.

Worst customer service I have experienced in quite a while. I had the car due to a car wreck. It was all setup by my insurance and because the office could not get in contact the body shop nor could the insurance company get in touch with the shop they said they couldn’t extend the rental until they got a timeframe from the body shop. Instead of letting me know the situation and that the car was not going to be paid after February 3 they didn’t inform me of this until February 5th when they took the money out of my account for the charges past the 3rd. This caused a banking nightmare and all they could say is we had to take the money. The car was extended by the insurance company and the funds were refunded but it was too late to fix the banking nightmare. I will never use Enterprise again.

I will NEVER use enterprise again ! I told the man I would not have the car back at the time it said . He told me it would be okay and that I could also return it the next morning with no extra charge . Well, I returned the car 3 hours after the time it was originally supposed to be returned. I was charged an extra 31 dollars. When I called, I spoke with the same man who rented me the car which was the manger . He told me there was nothing he could do . I talked to the district manger, which was supposed to call me back about the situation and he never did .

Had a reservation needed it moved to another day and a pickup. Spoke to mckensie who was disrespectful and extremely rude to me. She blatantly lied to me numerous times than when she didnt want to talk anymore she hung up the phone. When I called back she than said she spoke to the manager and he agreed I would be no longer welcomed to rent from that location anymore. End up calling some of my friends that used to work for enterprise come to find out Mckenzie is a real problem but no one will do anything about it. Inhave been renting from this location which merged with another location for 8 years and I will not rent from them again and since Mckenzie is allowed to be disrespectful with impunity I have changed rental brands all together enterprise will no longer be my rental company of choice for myself or my trucking company.

I would drive 100 miles to another car rental place before I ever use this location again! I was given a dirty car and when I complained about not only the dirt but the odor of dog I was given complete attitude and I instantly got attitude from the assistant mgr. Who told me to pick up another car the next morning but when i got there they gave the car they put aside for me to another customer! Upon the return of the 2nd car I expressed my frustration and concerns to the manager who asked me to email him the photos of the first car I was given, So naturally I composed an email and included my photos .. They can’t answer there phones. Put you on hold without saying anything!! I waited on hold for 20 mins yesterday. Told me they didn’t have a car for me after I was told the day before they didn’t have one and they would make sure I had one the next day. Called in an advance to make sure they had one and then told they don’t have one. Very upsetting!! The car stinks like people smoke in them. Then something is wrong with the passenger seat and wasn’t told about it!!!

Great experience! The assistant manager for this location was great. He was very professional and friendly. He got us out of there faster than any other place we have rented a vehicle. The whole process maybe last 10 minutes and was the smoothest process ever! We have been to other locations or other places to rent a vehicle and this by far was the best experience we have ever had. The service was good checking in and the vehicle was good. But in billing was overcharged 17.00 a day and never applied the quote price and discount. Tried to speak with a representative and after two days still never got back to me about it even after I called several times. As of 05-21-2020 the employees at the Anderson Rd. Rock Hill, SC store are severely undermanned and overworked! I recognized this as I began arranging my rental on this day. If you get a rental from them at this time you will have to wait a little longer, maybe an hour. They may need to be reminded you are waiting for your vehicle. These employees are exhausted! However, when they get to you, they will take excellent care of you and get you into your vehicle ASAP! We have all had jobs where we were overworked and under appreciated... remember how you felt when your customers mistreated you on top of the stress of your job duties... Treat them well, they deserve it. Thank you Will, you are a good man, I hope Enterprise gives you a raise for your dedication and hard work!

Got a rental because I was in a car wreck. My insurance set it up so I was not the one deciding how long I was keeping it. But because enterprise couldn’t get an answer from the body shop or the insurance and they didn’t in form that it was due on the 3rd until the 5th they charged my account $186 for the over without informing me prior to doing it. POLICE CALLED/WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Where do I start ok CHRISTMAS EVE 2020, I went to this location to rent a car to see my family back home. I drive a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee however, I wanted to save gas and rent a compact car. I had two of my friends meet me there so we could start our vacation shortly after renting a vehicle. They waited on me for 15 mins in another vehicle and they even stepped out to smoke a cigarette. While I was inside the young worker lady was giving me such a hard time renting the vehicle and I couldn’t understand why. I’ve rented with this location plenty of times and I’ve spent a couple grand with them before they even renovated. The workers inside were acting so sketchy like whispering but I paid it no mind. Long story short I walk out disappointed with no vehicle but POLICE surrounding my Jeep and my friends. The workers allegedly stated my friends looked like they were going to rob the location, I literally told the POLICE “what the HELL”, when he said that. According to the police they were robbed the previous year and so they thought my friends were there to rob them. I just don’t understand what made them think this. I Definitely say racial profiling maybe because it was a blk & white male together. I was so upset and shocked a good way to start Christmas. The deputy suggested that we file a complaint and it’s a great idea. We were free to go after there ID’s came back clear. I will NEVER rent from another Enterprise again sooo embarrassing. Worst experience ever!

The Enterprise associate said they would try to find something and call me. I gave them 24 hours before I called back. I got another Enterprise associate and she said she would try to find something and call me back. No one ever called me.I might use Enterprise again for a car rental but it certainly won’t be this location on Anderson Road in Rock Hill.

TRY ANOTHER LOCATION!!! These people are Unprofessional and rude. The manager who was a woman lied to me and tried to be relatable to my situation. Told me I wouldn’t be charged for the days that I didn’t bring the car back but the next day I woke up to an over draft on my card. Not to mention I never got my $50 deposit back on the car. I NEVER received an email or a phone call saying I needed to return the car which they had access to. I check my email everyday. I’m the victim of a recent car accident which has kept me from working. So being treating so horribly like this seriously sucks.

Walked in today Dec 9th to trade my rental for something other than a mini van. Gieco has authorized me a full size rental while my truck is waiting to be repaired. (2018 quad cab ram truck). The office at home in Salisbury only had the mini van available, so I took it knowing that I can trade at any location. Upon walking in the door and speaking with a young lady she flat out lied to me and said I would have to take it back to the location I picked it up at. Duuuuuh. Even my old self knows better. After I informed her just how wrong she was, she then told me they had nothing available at the present time. But when I was circling the building to leave there were several trucks and full size cars, suvs ect, in the front and side of the building. I know theres know way they were all taking.Wasted my lunch hour being lied too. Horrible to treat a customer like that. Will definitely let Gieco know of my experience here.

Asst Manager, Mellisa Widener was the most professional manager Ive met in this industry. Location is off airport which I use for day and overnight rentals, Parking was advised accross the street in an under utiilized lot, to date without incident. This week my car was towed. Melissa tracked down my car, drove me to pick-up, offered reimbursement. Not only did she do so immdeiately, she brought the reimburement dollar to my home wihtin 24 hours of the incident. Incredible service.

Hold your breath, hands down one of the best experiences i have ever had with any company . Back in May i got into a really bad car accident . The first person that I worked with was Matt . He’s quick to action and very caring personality, made me feel very at ease . After a couple of weeks my insurance stop paying for my rental . Which lead me to have to come out of pocket to pay for the rental for accident that wasn’t my fault . Never the less the worked out mutiple things for me. A couple months later i met with the other manager Melissa . Let me just say she is one of the most sweetest and most caring person i have ever met in my entire life. She helped me tremendously with mutiple different things . And made it her top priority to check on me and see how i was doing . She is truly amazing . I would recommend this enterprise to anybody . They really do care about their customers and will do anything to make things work best for you . I returned the rental today 10/27/2020. And i must say the shuttle guy i didn’t get his name, he was an older gentleman, he was very kind and was a very good driver . He also has a great personality and customer service was top tier . I promise if i ever need a rental by any means necessary, I will be going to only to the enterprise on Anderson . This enterprise is truly amazing, I will literally spread the word to everybody to take their rental needs to this location on . Thank you so much for the amazing experience . I went to the Enterprise on Anderson road in Rock Hill. I dont care too much for this location because they are very slow. They had a good amount of workers but they were moving at a slow pace. I was in line for 45 mins and I had a reservation. Also upon return of the rental which I did wipe clean/vacuum as before according to them I didnt do any of that so I got a partial refund. Please make sure you take pictures of the inside and outside of the rental while you have it and return. This location will try to get you. I can say Enterprise on east main St Rock Hill is better even with their customer service.

I’ve had a few great encounters with Enterprise, with my last reservation the service was horrible. I made a reservation hours prior to pick up. After traveling to Enterprise and waiting about 40 minutes in the heat to be seen I was refused a car. The manager was very dismissive. He said I was unable to get a car because it was a same day reservation yet he was able to provide a customer behind me with a vehicle and she reserved the same day as well.

Ive always had a great experience with Enterprise, and Nov.15 2019 was no different. Great customer service. My customer service Rep. Jay was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that they lease, and thats always a plus.. And because of these reasons I will continue to use Enterprise for my leasing needs.

After a 2-year history of coming to rent cars from this location I was dropped off by my girlfriend and as soon as I came in I was asked to produce a piece of mail after 2 years of coming to the location and never being asked I had to Uber home I will never come back to this location ever again very poor customer service

As an update based on the response from Enterprise to my original review: You have my feedback, if you needed specific information on my rental why did you request a review on Google or Facebook? I have no incentive to continue assisting you in resolving your own issues.Original review: This location is poorly managed, and it shows. I made a reservation a few days in advance, and a vehicle was not ready when I arrived on-time the day of pick-up. They offered a class upgrade, but the first vehicle they offered still had trash in it from the previous renter. The second vehicle had not been thoroughly cleaned/disinfected, but I accepted it because I did not want to delay my departure any further. The return was needlessly complicated when the associate experienced an issue determining if my rental was subject to a mileage surcharge.

Great experience. They pulled my reservation up, grabbed the keys, and walked around the care with me. I signed the paperwork and was out of there in under 10 minutes. The return was just as quick and uneventful.

Jeremiah and the rest of the staff at Enterprise on Cherry Road in Rock were awesome!Will definitely rent the next car from them. They took time to explain all the instructions and were able to change my schedule very quickly without any issues.Would recommend them to anyone who needs a rental.

Excellent customer service! I had an emergency need to extend rental from alamo and also exchange in my hometown of Rock Hill, SC without an extra trip back bnb to airport. Manager there was A+. Ride was excellent and fit my needs %100. I was able to return car at Charlotte Douglas International airport, which was a God send. I filled the tank just before arriving. That attendants at the airport return were fast and efficient. I was even given a card worth a free double upgrade on my next rental just for filling my tank before returning. Enterprise is #1
