Jacques is the manager there his is wonderful. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable about cars and tires. I would recommend this particular store to anyone in the area or in the surrounding areas because they are good reliable and very knowledgeable on everything. And they do not mind helping in any way that they can. If there was more than five stars I would rate them on a 10 scale.

Just do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money here. The customer service is just as bad as the tech service. First customer of the day bright and early at 8am and my truck has yet to be serviced 3 hours later. All it needs is a front end alignment. Go to Drums Tire.

Ive been buying tires a long time, but Goodyear was one of my great experience, they helped me they they sold me good and New tires they put the right brand on my Lexus. Will recommend to others !!

Went for simple tire work. Chose them simply because they were the closest shop, and how hard can it be? Long story short, I wouldnt stop there for service again if I were pushing my car.

Where to start?!? I have guys working in Rock Hill and they had a flat. So I find this Goodyear store on Google and find the exact tires that are on the truck. I go through the whole process and set up an appointment for the following day to get them installed. Fast forward to when my guys get to the store they are informed that the tire has been discontinued, but they can sell them a similar tired for $160 more dollars!!!! They never emailed me or called me ahead of the appointment to tell me this even though they had almost a full day to do so. Very unprofessional way to run a business just to lure my guys in and try to upsell them. So if you value your time (in my case two guys on the clock), I would shop elsewhere. If you are looking for a shady dealer that doesnt communicate and may or may not have what you want and lure you in just to try to upsell you, then these are your guys.

Brought my 2015 Corolla in around two weeks ago because I was having an issue with the oil filter canister being torqued too tight the last time my car was in, the new GM here, Jacques, took amazing care of me.He pulled me into the service bay, got it off for me, switched the filter with the replacement I had in the glove, topped it off with a few extra quarts, even noticed my coolant was a little low and topped that off too.The guys here now are incredible, I won’t be going anywhere else. They’re working very hard to restore the image of the place and making sure everyone on is doing top notch work.Thank you Jacques & Tony!

I had the best experience yet at a Goodyear Auto Service store. The manager, Jacques, was an absolute pleasure and went above and beyond my expectations. He did some of the work so I could get a tire and alignment and get in and out as quickly as possible. He is definitely an asset to the company and this location will be my go-to after a great experience.

Great experience. Jacques was able to get my vehicle in and out of the shop very quickly. The tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work they did on my car. Ive had poor experiences with goodyear in the past and will only be going to this location moving forward.

Clowns. Took my sons car in for a flat repair, which they advertise as free. Tires had some inside wear indicating an alignment issue however they still had plenty of life left. I am a former ASE certified tech and always check into anything my son is told is a problem. They told him it needed ball joints. This is false, the car actually has worn control arm bushings. I said I would fix this myself, they refused to fix the flat after unsuccessfully trying to sell us over $2000 worth of work on a 2005 car with 208000 miles. Dont advertise you fix flats for free then throw a fit when you get called out on your parts list and refuse to repair the tire.

The place does look old and out dated. BUT They answered the phone, they were polite and they made repairs on time. Over all my experience was great with honest, reliable service and handled in a timely manner. Good year just invest some in your building. The guys in there come to work.

They did phenomenal work on my truck! I took my truck to Firestone to get an alignment. After 3 time of them failing I came here. They told me my balljoints were shot and tie rod ends were. I ended up changing them myself and went back for an alignment and I was VERY happy with the results. Staff was extremely knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle here.

I asked to have the flat on my rear tire changed, then rotated to the front because I had another new tire up front. When I came to pick up, they had changed a good tire on the front and left the flat on the rear. Also, they managed to drive it out from the garage and park it without noticing, apparently.In summary, par for the course from my experiences at the shops.

A Poor Way to run a business. I’m early before they open. Of Course after they open the technicians are apparently all late. 40 minutes later I’m told the wrong tires were delivered for my installationA quick $1,000 purchase they will never see Time is valuable and apologies are not. If I could give a negative 1 star I would.

I got my jeep aligned here. I didnt buy the extended warranty but a few weeks later I noticed it pulling to the right and thought I noticed some loose jam nuts. Stopped by and they gave me a realignment free of charge and no hassle. I didnt even ask for that. Ill keep coming here thanks to this level of customer service.

The employees here are very helpful and friendly. Prices are pretty reasonable, but I suggest leaving your vehicle with them and come back because the wait can be all day long. Other than that, I highly recommend them over any other place.

Out of town and needed a valve stem repair on our daughters car. Called at 8am, took us at 915, back out with a courtesy for our Winthrop athlete by 10am. Thank you Goodyear, and Chris for quick responsive service.

I have been here multiple times and I always left with the problem fixed. In my experience, this store has great customer service. Always eager to help! Came in a little late one time and thought they wouldnt be able to help me, but they were kind enough to fix the problem for me. Over all, I never had a bad experience in this store and for that–I usually recommend this GoodYear to close friends and family members.

I purchased 4 tires, an alignment and transmission flush from this location. I am very happy with the services I received. The employees were all friendly, the service was prompt and they knew what they were doing. No ugly surprises... I like that in an auto service center.

Been going to this Goodyear for approximately 2 years now, The guys up there have ALWAYS done me and my GF right and they treated us with respect no matter which 1 of us went up there. The manager and techs are always personable. When i left I ALWAYS felt confident in the work that was done to any vehicle we brought up there for repair. As long as I live in Rock Hill they are my mechanics of choice. A+++++++++++++

DO NOT, I REPEAT, PLEASE DO NOT take your car here. I only went in for an oil change and the only light Ive ever had on in my 2013 Hyundai elantra was a tire pressure light because I dont have my spare in the trunk. When they pulled around my car the check engine light was on. And he wasnt even professional with explaining why. He refused to give me upper management or directors number. Also talked to me like a nobody and was very rude. He walked away when I was talking to him and expressing why I was upset. Emailed the director and never heard anything back. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING AROUND. WOULDVE GIVEN NO STARS.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.I was pleased with this shop, the work was done quickly .Then I noticed half of my spare change in my console was taken. I went back to ask the salesman about it and he replied We dont go through nobodys console and take anything. So he asks the technician and comes up with nothing, but offers to give give my money back....

They told my brother they couldnt fix his car and he would have to take it to the dealership but it honestly seemed like they just didnt want to work on it. Another goodyear repaired it previously with no issue. Overall they are friendly and they are fixing my moms car right now so hopefully that will be a good experience.

Highway robbery. I stopped by to get a price for an oil change and was told it would cost $175 for my truck! That is the definition of price gouging. 3 gallons of Rotella and a mopar filter cost just under $62.00. I wont be returning to a good year store for any reason if thats how they run a shop.

This place needs more workers! It took almost a hour to moount and balance 2 tires. Even then they overtightened the lugnuts with an impact wrench without a torque stick. Poor customer service, this will be the last time we come here!

If you want your car jacked up even further than it already is sure go right ahead and take it there, i took my 2002 Chevy Malibu to have the oil changed. just the oil changed mind you, what did they do, they took my car apart, said i needed the intake manifold gasket repaired, took the wheels out and did a poor job putting it back on, then they tried to get me to pay $800.00 for the overall job, i still wish i had sued the pants off them but it wasnt worth it. but my advice dont take your car there
