Went to Midas on Saturday all i got to say is way to go guys, i felt so relaxed here all the guys were in good spirit .from the time i drove up to the time i left .the atmosphere was incredible .they offered me free snacks and drinks and when my little girl was crying they even put frozen on the TV for her .The Halloween decorations was a great touch inside and outside the building .And me being a female there was no pushy sales antics from the workers .There was about 3 or 4 other females in the waiting room also .And they also talked about how comfortable it is when they are here .Ps they even vacuumed my car out .i will definitely return to this location ..

I might not always get the news I want to hear regarding the repairs but I can trust them to be fair and honest. Oil changes are also a quick in and out!

Stopped in with some undercarriage damage from the recent flooding. Mason and the others are this Midas location were quick to assist and fixed the issue in no time. I was very impressed with their professionalism as well as their friendliness. I can recommend them without hesitation.

The staff was friendly and took care of my emergency issue immediately. They corrected a previous mistake, the mechanic Josh was super helpful and kind.

Jason and Mason At SpeeDee were outstanding. They gave me the best experience I’ve ever had with car repairs. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I went in to get Brakes and rotors for my car and he gave me a price and told me that it would take an hour. Because he said an hour, I told him to go ahead and perform the services. After about four hours they were finally done with my car. When I went to pay I reminded him of what he said about it taking an hour, && let him know I had been there for four...the he start talking about how he flushed out break fluid, and tightened an oil cap. Which is great. Thank you. But that is not what I asked for so you wouldn’t charge me for that anyway. All I need was breaks && rotors...then he proceeded to say well the delivery guys delivered the parts to the wrong store...which I understand that happens but it is not my fault that it happened. I will not be going back.

Took my car in for front brakes. The guys were very professional and kind. First time here but with the service I received I will be coming back. Would highly recommend this shop

Be aware!!! If I could only give a zero. Marz the mechanic completely lied to us just to get us to bring in our vehicle that we had at another establishment. Do not trust these guys. They will tell you anything just to get you in.

Thank you midas for a great experience ! I was referred by Sam in Pineville and these guys really got me in and out in a puntual fashion. I came in and had a tune up, alignment, and tire rotation. Jason and Lamont really helped me out a lot and I will be back soon. Definitely would recommend!

Was in there last week for oil change ..These guys are very knowledgeable when it comes to service for my new car . The manager Richard even took me to my car to show me why the services are recommended. i did perform a 60k service on my car .But everything was explained what they were doing and why it was needed .Free coffee and water was offered while i waited .After the services was done i went back out to my car for him to show me what all services was performed on my car . I felt very comfortable at this establishment and i will definitely return and send my friends

I would like to thank Midas for hiring such honest employees .On Tuesday i was having problems with my car.so I stopped in your store around closing time,Being a Winthrop student I was very concerned about the cost to fix my car.Upon arriving at your store a very courteous tall gentleman with dark hair came out to help me..I told him the issue my car was having .He looked at it and found it to be a loose battery cable which he fixed.Most places would have taken advantage of a young college student.But thanks to this gentlemans honesty I am know a loyal Midas customer for all my car care needs..Thanks again..Amanda Phillips

My car was making an awful noise and my husband told me to take my car here, the men were very respectful and helpful with everything I needed. My car was fixed quickly, and the guys even vacuumed my car for me and cleaned the windshield! Definitely will recommend to everyone in town!!!!!

Richard and his staff are extremely helpful and honest. I got my first car back in December and I have been taking my car to them ever since. When they fix something, they take great pride in their work and if something is not right, they look at it and tell you exactly what the problem is and will take every step to fix it. I cant see myself going to anyone else but them.

SUPER nice guys that handled my car quickly and very well. Went in with a coupon. They gave no problems and seemed to be a great shop that I will most definitely return to whenever I need somethin else done. This Midas shop is Co-Branded with the SpeeDee Oil Change. They have great service, honest people, and definitely the better choice!! You can get everything here: fast oil change, completely full service center, and all tires. I dont have to go anywhere else!! This is great b/c the dealer takes forever and the Mom & Pop independent shops I cant always trust.

Took my car there, they had it for two weeks, when I pick it up and drove it for one day it had a leak took back up there, and the manager was rude even though I just paid $700 and his mechanic told me there nothing else the car need done. The car has the check light on and its the same problem I had when I took it in. Horrible service the Manager didnt attempt to see the car.

When pulling around to the back of the Midas noticed two male employees coming from side of building when approached both employees had a strong smell of weed made me think twice of letting them work on my vehicle not sure why but let them change my oil noticed they were going to vaccum but first the guy came up from down stairs and went throw my vehicle like he was looking for something in my vehicle so than the manger asked how I was paying I said cash he said cool guess you don’t need no receipt I jus shook my head and said to myself never again

I took my truck in for oil change and break inspection. Was told if they did breaks they would wave inspection fee. This did not happen. Was told need wheel hub and back breaks. When I picked the truck up. As soon as i pulled from the front parking lot on to Cheery Road. Something was rubbing on the tired and the truck vibrated severely. Drove around and came back through Kmart parking lot. Told them there was problems. Tech bent part at tire to stop rubbing. However this did not fix the vibration. Can not tell you what someone did wrong. All I know is that when I took it in, all I knew it need was an oil change. There was not any vibration from the supposedly bad wheel hub. So i put new tires on, had it balanced and aligned. Still didnt fix vibration. When we took it back for Midas to fix the problem. I was told i now needed new front brakes that I did not need previously. Staff was rude, and of course dont remember anything about it. So I gave up and took it to someone else. They of course would not say anything against Midas. But it cost another 900 dollars for them to replace the parts Midas had put on, plus front breaks. Seems like some thing Midas did eat up the back breaks and finished off the front breaks. This oil change cost over two thousand dollars to get the truck driveable again. THERE WAS NO VIBRATION OR KNOWN ISSUES WHEN I TOOK IT IN. So I will never use this place for anything

The guys in the shop were professional with me and the work I needed done, they were honest about what I needed and still did a good job despite being busy with only 3 people. Definitely will bring my car back for all future work.

On my second muffler from them in under a year. Broken welds. Missing exhaust hangers. They can not get it right. They burned a hole in my exhaust manifold removing my y pipe. Then they broke one of my spark plugs and cables replacing the exhaust manifold which left me stranded soon after leaving their shop.1200 dollars, almost a weeks worth of days off and my truck sounds terrible. Even with the lifetime warranty on the parts I will never take my truck back there.

The guys at Midas are awesome..brought my 2004 Lincoln aviator in to replace an alternator and they did it right away. Unfortunately I got a bad alternator and the manager, Rich, gave me a discount on replacing it. Definitely recommend coming here for service....thanks

A good group of people, fair priced

.I dont know what happened to this shop it used to be a friendly shop with A friendly atmosphere.The management has changed there is a lot of new faces there .The prices have went up and its just not comfortable for a woman like it used to be .There was only one car in front of me when this young kid that introduced his self as the new manager finally came from his truck to assist me .Actually tried to sell me additional services in the parking lot before i even got out of my vehicle .i did wait about 15 min before deciding to leave and go somewhere else .I have been going to midas for the past 3 years and always felt comfortable not like an actual automotive repair shop .But this new change they have going on is just not working for me .By the way they did do a nice upgrade on the waiting room though .Sorry for the long post but I will not be returning this shop again..Thanks speedee oil change

My bmw fuel pump died on interstate coming back from a trip in NC. i was basically stranded in a town where i didnt know a soul. this repair was going to cost more then i had in bank account. the manager (richard) dropped price a bit for me to help me get home. he even spared me some change to get a meal. these are some awesome techs with some empathy. a very rare thing when dealing with a business. they have TV with good movies in waiting room too!

This place is HORRIBLE!! Overpriced, filthy store full of perverted men who act as though they never seen females before. The manager Richard looks like a drugged out version of Elvis who hadnt accepted his age. Hes pushing 60 years old and wearing tight fitting American Eagle tshirts he obviously stole from his grandchildren. He tried flirting, but i had no interest in his rehab problems. They double billed me and when i complained they did nothing to help me. I complained to the corporate office and never got a response. I am in the process now of involving ACTION 9 ON YOUR SIDE because public records show this man has a history of theft. I will never return here nor will i refer anyone.

Worse shop I’ve ever been too they did an alignment on my truck 2 times and messed it up both times my truck was in worse condition then when brought in I wouldn’t goto this shop if it was free very very terrible and the manager never once came out and spoke to anyone I’m not sure if they even know who manager is
