Hes been here 3 times for different appliances and has been honest and straight forward and fair in his pricing. Quick to respond and make an appointment for a service. And hes done a great job on his repairs. He had the parts we needed and we didnt have to wait a week to get a part in. I would recommend him.

We have a 1 year old Scotsman nugget ice maker that we really love. When the clean light came on we werent really sure how to clean it. After reading the manual it became clear it was an involved process. We called a few local companies, but couldnt find anyone who services the Scotsman brand. We went to the Scotsman website and found Pleazer Appliance listed as an authorized servicer. We called them, scheduled a visit for a cleaning. We were really impressed by the thoroughness of their work, they did a 2 part clean using solution for the machine portion, and cleaned the bin and all removable parts, the whole process was about an hour.. We had numerous questions for the technician which were readily answered. We were a little shocked by the maintenance level these machines need for the cost, but we really love the ice. We will be using this company again for future cleanings and service needs.

Ive called Pleazer Appliance many times in the past and have always enjoyed Fast and reliable service. Chriss lengthy career in appliance repair gives him the ability to diagnose problems virtually over the phone and most of the time he comes with the part needed and its fixed that day !!!!Chris has serviced my appliances for years and always calls and keeps me updated on parts and the cost associated with the repairs. ( There are NEVER any surprises ) I will continue to use Chris in the future and have recommended him to my friends.

Chris is prompt and his service excellent. My Bosch dishwasher stopped the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and while most Bosch repair services were scheduled 1-2 weeks out, Chris was able to stop by the following Monday to evaluate the situation. When scheduling his visit he emphasized there were no guarantees of a repair by Thanksgiving, especially if a new part was needed. Fortunately the issue was resolved that Monday by re-setting the filter assembly, the dishwasher worked and the charge was minimal.The second time I called Chris for help with the Bosch dishwasher he was equally prompt, effective, and to the point on the repair. The charge was reasonable.I highly recommend Chris for Bosch dishwasher repairs.

I used Pleazer for years as a out of warranty repair service. In 20 years of selling appliances I have never utilized a better service tech. I highly recommend Chris. Never once did I have to send another service out behind him. Usually It would be Pleazer that would go out and correct issues created by other repair services.

I have both LG, and Samsung appliances, which I regret buying. I was referred to Pleazer Appliance by another company who does not service these brands. They were able to fix both my samsung washer, which was leaking, and my LG range, which was not baking. A door gasket, and bake element were ordered for both. The turn around time from diagnosis to completion was 4 working days. Acceptable in my opinion. I give 5 stars for their promptness, experience, accurate estimate, and willingness to service these brands. After calling a handful of companies this one was the first I found that serviced these brands. I plan to use their service again in the future.

Take it from me Dont use this company to do nothing for you.. Fixed something messed the whole dryer up refuse to repair again cause I left a bad review And told me I wanted something for nothing....Like dude I didnt wanna use you I wanted to use 123 Appliance..Do Not waste ur money.....

Nice over the phone when I made appointment. Told me it would be between 8-12 shows up at 810 and called me said he was at my house I asked him to wait for someone to be there because I expected a phone call prior. He said yeah I guess I can wait. Not very good customer service and wanted to charge 350 to repair the main panel on my dishwasher.

Pleazer Appliance has been my preferred service company for the last 6 years. They have repaired several appliances, and perform the cleaning on my under-counter ice machine when its due. I will continue to use their services in the future.

Chris is the best appliance repair guy in charlotte. I have a MAXX brand outdoor ice maker that no one would touch. Chris went out of his way to contact the manufacturer and order the parts I needed to get it done. He got the wrong part in the first time because they gave him the wrong information about the error code. He Was very determined to get it fixed so he called them back returned the part and reordered the right thing. He got my ice maker working again and I’m very happy. He also replaced the broken glass on my oven.He is very professional and is always on time to every apt we have ever had. Thank you Chris.
