Overpriced and did not repair dryer. Kept coming up with excuses. Tech seemed frustrated and hotheaded. My girlfriend was not happy. She wont ever use them again.

Tech told us the dryer had a bad motor. I found that strange because I could push the start button and dryer ran fine, but if I let go of the start button it would stop. I think he did not know what he was doing. I called another company and they repaired it by replacing a belt switch. So glad i di not listen to the tech.

Technician was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issue and explained the operation to me and my wife. He was courteous and respected our home and socially distanced himself and wore a mask.

I called multiple places and this company just seemed like they really cared about the issue. Wayne was nothing but excellent. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and quick. Called with the water dispenser in fridge having no water pressure. Called up and great customer service on the phone and scheduled me an appointment within a week. $99 fee that is waived if you end up going with their service after diagnostic, no brainer on that of course, of course Im on board. The Technician, Michael, also had amazing customer service, very knowledgeable, and was quick at his job relaying to me what he was checking before finding the issue. Had to order the part, but was just a week, and he was back out and replaced the part in no time at all. Fridge is fixed and has a 1 year warranty on the part and service. Thank you Michael, and thank you Mr. Appliance. I will be using yall in the future and recommending the amazing service!

I could not be any happier with this service company. Wayne came out to repair my washing machine and he was wonderful!! He made the repairs quickly and made sure that the machine was working before he left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks!!

Tech arrived as scheduled promptly found problem and replaced part. Filled out invoice on his computer and said I would receive copy via email. Had to call company to get invoice. Found that I was charged flat fee for the job. No itemized invoice. Later found part online priced at less than $10.00. Was charged sales tax for entire job however my understanding is that sales tax can only be charged for parts but not labor. I feel like this is a rip off and will not use this company again. BBB and SC Attorney General complaints pending.As a response to your reply I would like to state the following: As to your practice of providing me a quote prior to completing the job, the first I knew the price of the job was after he finished the repair. After he wrote the invoice on his handheld, the price was immediately followed by him asking for my credit card. On the invoice there are boxes for acknowledging the cost and signature of the customer. I did not sign or even see those boxes until I had to request an invoice the following week. I realize that its my word against his and understand that will be the end of this discussion. As you appear to charge a flat fee in order to hide your service charge, labor charge and parts cost, I realize there is nothing I can do about that. I do feel that other potential customers should be aware of your practices and that is why I am responding a second time.Good luck with your business.

The technician, Wayne, was on time, professional and extremely helpful! He explained the problem, showed me what he would repair and why. In addition, he demonstrated how to clean the coils and the possible issues that can arise if not cleaned yearly. Thank you very much, Wayne! I will be using your services in the future!!

Mr. Appliance did a great job. Louis was very thorough in checking the appliances and figured out what each problem was. I received a call within a few days that the repair parts had come in, and Louis was able to complete all repairs promptly. He repaired 2 ovens and 2 stove burners for me. The price was also less than another company I had a quote from.

Scheduled to come between 1 and 3. Came at 10:30 am. Got message on phone stating he would be here soon after he arrived. He rang the doorbell once but it did not ring inside the house. We have video camera of him coming to the home and actual times on our phone and camera that note the message came after the door bell/arrival. Talked to dispatcher who was rude and argued with us. We found another provider to do the job.

Very thorough. Did what no one else has been able to do. Saved us replacement of an oven and also a 2nd wall oven, warming drawer, and microwave unit. $1000s of $$$$$ in savings vs replacement costs!.

Although the technician was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and always were a face cover, I was originally going with a company who only charged a $49 trip charge. This company charge $95. I think that’s very high.
