We had a great experience with Home Appliance Teks when they were sent out by Homeowners 2-10 Warranty to work on our fridge. The tech was professional, courteous, and on time. Unfortunately when the fridge stopped working again (in the same way) two weeks later, they haven’t been answering the phone or returning calls from myself or the warranty company. Completely unacceptable. We’ve been without a fridge for over a week in large part due to Home Appliance Teks.

I am a pretty handy guy but some things I just rather not mess with. They came out to fix my washing machine that would not drain the water out. They were friendly and professional. They replaced my drain pump and now everything works as it should. Great service.

My refrigerator stopped working and the other company I called first never showed up for the appointment. I contacted Home Appliance Teks Monday morning, and explained to them that I had been without a refrigerator for 3 days. They told me they had a full schedule for the day but would do their best to fit me in. They showed up that afternoon! They were extremely helpful and informative. They didnt try to sell me on a repair or replacement but rather gave me options and suggestions. I chose to have the repair done and the guy left to get the parts and was back within the hour. I was so glad they were able to fix my refrigerator, I wasnt looking forward to going another day without it. I dont write reviews usually, but the service and experience I received was above and beyond what I expected. Ill be recommending your service to my friends and family .
