Working with them is a nightmare. They give a massive window for deliveryyour close to the ware house itll be there in the morning sometime 2pm delivery. I called to make inquiry and the store had a hard time finding the order and couldnt give me any idea or make a call to let me know when to expect them. Driver was rude and a $75 delivery fee became $80 somehow. Don t bother save yourself the headache, buy elsewhere.

Worst company i have ever done business with. They sold as a “refurbished” fridge that was broken. Came to fix it and the issue happened again a few weeks later. Called about getting it really fixed or repaired and said i wasn’t within my warranty anymore, the timing which took place during the pandemic. While speaking with them they were incredibly rude and dismissive and basically said i could either pay full price for repair or buy a new fridge. Upon having a reputable repair person here to look at it, he finds things wrong that i had no idea about and they tried to fix it a completely wrong way, creating a bigger problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I called to get a range of pricing and models and the person I spoke with was extremely rude. It would have been an easy sale over the phone as I work 6 days a week and would not be able to come down and browse. Instead of trying to work with me or at least be kind and professional he hung up on me.

Staff was very friendly. Bought a fridge only to find out it wasn’t properly refurbished. Spending more money to fix it myself. Would not shop there again. Definitely not satisfied.

I love this place because you can get a refurbed appliance at one third the cost. I have bought 900 dollar new units from Lowes and 250 dollar refurbed units from this place. They both last the same time.

Drove out from West Seneca NY to purchase a new washer. Awesome prices and quality. Very nice helpful staff. If youre in need of appliances and dont want to break the bank, I highly recommend checking here first. Definitely worth the drive.

I just want to share the favorable experience that I had at Arctic Wholesale (Rochester). The staff there were absolutely outstanding! I will recommend them to my friends & family.

Kinda pricey, didnt like that they couldnt deliver in a timely fashion( 5 day wait for an item to be delivered or pay 150 for the same day delivery on weekend).

These guys are crooks and the wise investment is a new appliance from a store and manufactures warranty. They sold me a washer machine that broke the same week their Warranty expired. When they came by to look at it the problem got much worse. The service guy was extremely rude to my fiancé and I wish I was home for that... they flooded my basement and left. Then told me its not their problem and to screw. I had a review up before but they managed to delete it.

We bought a refurbished washer from here that arrived broken. It would wash clothes but the timer was off so the spin cycle only ran for a couple of minutes and left clothes sopping wet. I called them to correct this and we were charged another $60 (roughly) delivery fee for them to bring us a different washer that was *less* broken. It works but leaks liquid all over the floor if you add beach to the bleach entry spot. We would not return or recommend this business but hope our experience was an anomaly.

I bought a dryer on March 17, 2020. As today the dryer is not blowing heat I call them and ask about the warranty on the dryer. They said have warranty on parts but I have to paid a service fee for $107, are you kidding me. When I paid almost $200 for it and it broke in less than a year. I wouldn’t recommended anyone to buy from them. So disappointed with there policies.

I called to see if they had a particular type of refrigerator in stock before driving 1+hr to the showroom, and the person answering the phone told me no one could tell me anything about any of their stock over the phone and that I would have to come in in person. Then he hung up on me. Rude and unprofessional.REPLY TO ARTIC:I called to ask if you had any side by side refrigerators in stock. The person who answered the phone refused to simply look around the sales floor (where he said he was) to see if he saw any. When I asked to speak to someone else, he said no and hung up. Thats just super rude. Your competitors dont seem to have any problem answering inventory questions over the phone. We found a great fridge at a great price at Rochester Appliance, plus they were even courteous and polite!

I went into this location because they constantly advertise that they have Washers and Dryers starting at $189 each. It even says guaranteed prices. I went in and told them I wanted to see them. After dragging me around half the selection I finally asked to see the $189 ones. The salesman got an attitude and told me they don’t have any. I responded well thats what you guys are advertising. He told me that nowhere does it say that. I stated that it does in fact say exactly that and that they are falsely advertising. So then I said well I will go elsewhere then. They kept trying to get me to buy the cheapest which was $220 each. He said “Good luck” because I will not find any cheaper. Which he was wrong. These people are rude and their prices are a lie to get you to come in. They didn’t have a single washer or dryer for their advertised prices. Theres the ad for proof that is what they post.

Reasonable prices. Friendly staff lots of inventory. They just did not have what I needed. Apparently they have so much of a turn over in stuff, I would have to make a 45min trip twice a week just to see if they had the appliance I needed. I was told I could call ... but, by the time I got there the appliance could be gone. Thats how fast they move stuff there. They only deliver in Monroe County as well 🤔

Ive been a customer for nearing 19 years. I have bought multiple appliances from Arctic. They all stood the test of time. The service has always been professional. Recently I had an issue. It was attended to above and beyond my expectations, once again highlighting why I will always continue to be a customer and encourage others to do the same. I would not have had the same experience from a chain store. Arctics success stems from the high quality appliances, and the great customer service.

I spoke with someone via Facebook messenger the day before. I was there before the store opened. I came in and two other ladies came in behind me. They didn’t wait on me or ask if I needed help. When I finally decided to leave I was spoken to. Not good customer service.

I purchased a refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer from them all within a 3 week period. I had an issue with my dryer and they were there next day and fixed my issue very quickly with no problems and everyone at Arctic wholesale did everything they could to make everything work the way we wanted it to work. I will continue future business with Arctic and recommend anyone else looking to buy some nice used appliances backed by a warranty on anything you you buy for a very decent price I recommend you at least stopping here before purchasing elsewhere to compare your options. 5 stars all the wayGuys dryers working 100%

Found these guys through IMS barter, and they took 100 on trade for a $1200 net to me fridge. The unit was high quality, and half the price of new, and you couldnt hardly tell it was used. Runs quiet, and everything works as it should. Friendly folks inside, obviously concerned with making sure the client is satisfied, and they were quick and efficient to get the unit on my trailer. I was in and out in 25 minutes; Great services. =]

Worst experience ever!!When we first purchased the WASHER AND DRYER we were told that it would be delivered for 50 dollars ok thats fine but we were also told that they would call us 30 mins before they came and were also told they would install the hoses for the washer and dryer..so They called 10 mins before they got to my house god forbid I missed them I would have been probably be charged another 50 dollars..rediclious..they dropped off the appliancss and said ok and proceeded to leave we said I thought you were going to install the appliances there response was you didnt pay the extra 5 dollars umm ok thats not what we were told and that is pure pettiness..just bad customer service all around..wont be back here again!!

My experience was absolutely horrible. Waited over eight hours for delivery. Called 3 times about delivery process. Was told something different each time. Would never get my business again or my family and friends. I would rather pay full price and get good service. Then deal with incompetence...bad customer service 🐀🤮

I purchased a used stainless steel whirlpool refrigerator back in March 2016. It was a great buy until the freezer stopped working. I called up and it was still under warranty for parts not labor. I had no problem paying the $99 for the guy to come look at it. The repair guy came and said it couldnt be fixed to call and up and they will replace it. With no hassle at all Angelo (manager) said for me to come down and pick out another one no charge. I went down today and picked out another stainless steel refrigerator and it was delivered same day! Not only was this great customer service but everything was handled in a timely manor. Would use these guys again and highly recommend them!

Excellent selection of products and fantastic service. Purchased a dryer from them for $200 plus installation and delivery charge. Worked excellently for 20 months. When it started causing trouble I called them up and they had someone out the next day. Walter was a great tech who got the machine up and running again.

Hey Thanks Mike!!! Mike sold me 3 appliances for my rental and gave me a great warranty. No hassle sales experience. I was able to pick from a plethora of reconditioned merchandise (you couldnt even tell they were used) and get a discount for my junk trade ins. I also got same day delivery (actually 2 hours later) for cheap. All that was asked of me was to pass the word along to my friends. When given an extended warranty at no cost, I told Mike that I would tell the world. So here I am, telling everyone and anyone that if you want great appliances at cheap prices, come here.

Theyve always dealt with us honestly. Weve usually gotten good stuff from them, and we can afford a much better used machine than a bottom rung new one. When we have gotten a lemon, whether the machine didnt work well, or we decided we did like it, theyve always have been willing to work with us honestly till we were happy. We have gotten dishwashers, airconditioner, refrigerators, and a washer and dryer.

I went to four other used refrigerator places before going to Artic. Their prices were by far better. I purchased a side by side stainless steel for 700. Great service and very friendly. Thank you.

Our dryer works the delivery guys were nice but they didnt tell us all the details. They left out the fact we needed to buy the tubing when telling us they would install it. I probably wont go here again.

Their website claims same day delivery but I dont believe it for a minute. The first time I looked for an appliance, the best they coul)d do was two days later. This time, we purchased in Saturday and was okay with Tuesday delivery because of a Monday holiday. Then a major snow storm hit and it got moved to Wednesday. We were understanding of that. Now it is Thursday and they still cannot tell us when our delivery will be made. My wife and I both took the day off to do something special for our daughters first birthday and are stuck at the house waiting for a phone call, which is totally unacceptable. Between my business and two family house, we buy a lot of appliances, this will be the last from Arctic.

I have had nothing but good experiences when I purchased my washer, refrigerator and now dryer. All appliances have come with a warranty and never had to use it. I have recommended them to many people.I will come back again if/when the need arises.

I am a landlord and have purchased many appliances from Arctic Wholesale. I have never had any problems with any appliance I have purchased but I must offer one caveat. I would not suggest buying a dishwasher here. Not because of the quality of the used appliance, but because they do not install them.One of my contractors tried forcing the DW into a cabinet space and bent the frame. After the DW started leaking, Arctic denied fixing or replacing because the appliance was not installed by them. At the time I purchased this item, they did not offer installation and am not sure if they do now. So if you have a problem with a DW, then you are SOL.The stoves and refrigerators I bought from Arctic are fine. I bought all of them to furnish one of my apartment buildings about 6 years ago, no problems.

Waste of money for the price. I own a property management company and was really happy doing business with artic until I realized their used appliances last for about 6 months and then die. The savings when compared to NEW appliances is not significant enough to justify the risk. Of 7 Units that I have purchased 3 have failed with in the first year. I learned the hard way, go to lowes and spend the extra 100$ and have peace of mind.
