The staff have been great...from the customer service people who set up appointments to the repair staff who come to the house. Weve been very pleased with the service they provide and highly recommend them. Steve was our most recent repairman and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient with his time.

This was a service call to get our dryer repaired. I wasnt home, but my wife was here. She said he was very nice and punctual, but he was not able to do the repair because he determined it was an electrical problem. He did his job, but its frustrating that we had to wait almost a week and pay $100 only to be told that we need to hire an electrician. Is that something that could have been troubleshooted (troubleshot?) over the phone? Or, at least, a warning that it might be something he couldnt repair would have been nice. (As I complete this survey, an electrician is hard at work on the repair.)

Very disappointing! Poor customer service. I scheduled an online appointment for my dishwasher repair for a week out, I received an email confirmation of this appointment.I didnt receive a confirmation call the day before, so I called the morning of the scheduled appointment. The automated appointment confirmation system had no record of my appointment. I called back to get a real person, there is no record of my appointment. I have a Frigidaire dishwasher, and they dont service those. Okay, but why did it let me create an appointment, send me an email confirmation, and then... What? Delete it?

Evan, the technician who diagnosed the issue with our washer, and James, who came during a follow up visit to replace the leaking valve, were both very professional in our home. They were punctual and very friendly. I cant recommend Appliance Tec enough. They have some great people who obviously do their job very well. They made it very easy to make this repair on our brand new washer that was still under factory warranty. I will gladly hire them again if I ever have another appliance issue.

Evan was extremely helpful. Prompt. Multiple notices ahead of time for scheduled service. Call day of that he was on his way. He was extremely knowledgeable and it took him all of 10 to 15 minutes to fix our washer. Fair prices and great service. Didnt know this kind of service existed, very grateful it was a relatively easy fix and a fraction of the cost of buying a new washer. Extremely pleased! If ever needed will definitely use again.

The technicians at Appliance Tec KNOW Maytag, Whirlpool, and Kitchen-Aid (and most likely a lot more brands). Appointment easy to set up online, and I was kept up to date on the repair time with website showing my place in queue for repair date. Jason was polite, estimate was fair, and service was prompt and clean. Wore a mask the whole time too. Great work. Appliance fixed. Happy Family.

Our service tech showed up on time and we get several updates about the time he would be arriving. He repaired or dishwasher and correctly reinstalled it. It was very loud after it was first delivered and installed by the appliance store. It must have been installed incorrectly. After our tech, Dave, re-installed it, the dishwasher was VERY quiet.Thanks!!

Dave came to fix our gas range. First time I’ve had a service technician wear booties in our house to keep our floor clean. I’m usually having to mop the floors after we need something serviced. Not this time. Very respectful. Super friendly. Not to mention he fixed our gas range.Couldn’t be happier. I now know who to call with any of my future Whirlpool product issues.

I LOVE when a service company has a program for you to see the schedule of the tech and when they will be at your house. In addition he still called me to give me a 20 min. warning. Appliance Tec, Older gentlemen white hair in one of your transit Vans the smaller 1500 model. license plate (23614 ME) was very upset that merging traffic was entering 104 near the medley Center. As the vehicle enters the Employee of the company tried speeding up and forcing myself off of the side of the road (I was already on 104 and he was tailgating extremely close) Needless to say I would not recommend anyone to this coming based on how the drivers are showing acts of road rage and Un-professionalism. Personally I believe this man should be terminated. This happened Thursday 12/10.

The initial appointment was scheduled 2 weeks out, which was a long time to be without a washer, but other repair places didnt even return our call for an appointment. The online scheduling and confirmation process was very professional.Washer had reproducible F3 E1 error, water drain pressure sensor error. Tec cleared the trap and error went away for a few cycles, but next day error returned once, but then hasnt appeared again in subsequent 3 or 4 cycles. There was also an error the next day where there was a flashing door lock light but no other lights, which unplugging and re-plugging cleared. We might need a follow-up call.

This was our 1st experience with Appliance Tec.Dave L. is an excellent tech who serviced our GE Refrigerator. He was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable on how to assess/fix the issue. We appreciated that he explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions.He went the extra mile to vacuum the rear sections of the fridge when he replaced the control board. Dave F was sent out to fix our Kenmore dish non-washer. Called ahead, was on time, extremely personable (mask not withstanding), and was very thorough and efficient. He had to order the part that our machine needed -- I was a bit dubious about the cost, but when he returned with it the following week (called ahead, was on time, v. personable), I could see why it was so much. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Appliance Tec, and will call them without hesitation next time we need work done.

My Refrigerator/freezer stopped making ice and freezing July 27, 2020. I called Lowes since that is where the appliance was purchased and I opted for the extended warranty. The first available date Appliance Tech could come was August 13. On that date the Technician came and diagnosed the problem. The Tech stated he needed to order a part and would come back on August 25 wrote that date down on the job invoice - attached.) The part arrived and I received a text on August 21 instructing me to schedule an appointment for install. I called and was told that I was not scheduled for August 25 and the earliest someone could come would be September 2 . The part was installed on Sept. 2 (over one month without a freezer). The Tech said it should be working within an hour and I would have ice within 2 hours. As of today, I still have no ice. I called Appliance Tech again on September 3 and was told that a manager would call me within 2 business days. I never received that call, however, I received an email informing me my appointment is September 17.

Technician came to my home to assess the problem and had to order parts for the repair. I was told theyd take about one week. I was always kept informed regarding this process.When he received the parts, he came out to repair the unit. I was told to give it a day for the refrigerator/freezer to get cold. I waited, but it did not cool down. I called Appliance Tec and they were able to get the Technician out very quickly. At this point, he determined that the unit was unrepairable (its going on two weeks since they determined the unit could not be repaired).The only problem that I had was when I contacted New Leaf (the Warranty company), they said they hadnt received the Technicians notes to make a determination about my refrigerator. I have called both companies multiple times with no resolution.

I liked that I could track the technicians progress through his stops for the day and have a better idea of timing. The service was fast and the technician was friendly and so far, the fix seems to have worked well! Also, it was nice that I was able to call and talk with a human right away to make the initial appointment. I left messages with a couple of other places but Appliance Tec actually picked up the phone when I called, so I was able to get on their calendar right away, rather than wait until someone got done with all their jobs for the day and then came back to check and respond to messages.

He not only checked items that could cause the issue but checked other components as well to insure a perfect job. He had (luckly) all parts on his truck so everything was completed before he left. I called Jason at Orvilles to let him know the oven I purchased from him had an error message. He contacted Appliance Tech who emailed me a confirmation for an appointment to look at the oven. They offer a tracking app so that you can see how far out the technician is on the day of service. The service Techs were knowledgeable and friendly. From the time I called, until the time the oven was repaired, it was just a little over a week, including the time to order the part. Great job! Thank you!

My repairs began July 26 and as of today, September 22 the repair has not been completed. The tech has been very professional, however, after several attempts of diagnosing the problem, I would like this issue resolved. With each visit a new part is ordered then 2 weeks later it is installed just to have it not work. The cycle begins again, a diagnosis, ordering a part, and wait for the arrival of the part and install.

Our problem with a cooling failure in a two month new and obviously still under warranty refrigerator freezer was addressed very promptly and with kindness. We scheduled an appointment with Appliance Tec for service on our Whirlpool Dryer. Scheduling the appointment was very seamless, and not even a issue when we called again to reschedule. Our technician, Dave Flint arrived promptly at the exact time that was promised, and called prior to the time to tell us he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the heating element. He was punctual, efficient, and fastidious about cleaning up. We would definitely call Appliance Tec again should other repairs be needed on our many appliances. We have never had such a positive experience with an appliance repair technician and company. I had them come out to investigate why my dishwasher had started to get loud. The technician come out and investigated, he listen to it, took the bottom sprayer arm off and told me that it was the motor that was the problem. Ok, no problems there however when he was putting it back together he broke the piece that holds the sprayer arm on, proceeded to glue it and tell us to check it after a day to see if the glue held. Well it did not. So I called to let them know. They informed me they would have the tech call me, he did and told me he would order me the part and it would be here in a couple of days. Well its a week later and no part. I went from a still functioning loud dishwasher to an unusable dishwasher. So now after a week of no dishwasher I am buying a new one when I probably could have lasted another few months with the loud one had I not had them come out to work on it. Not very happy!

We have had a series of warranty service calls on our Maytag refrigerator. The latest problem required a service call on June 18th which resulted in defrosting the drain line . Within in a week the problem reoccured much more severely post the initial repair. As it was a warranty repair it required an 11/2 hour wait phone time with Maytag to arrange the repair visit. Despite being a follow up for an unsuccessful repair lead time was a full seven days. I called Appliance Tech directly to see if something could be done sooner. I explained that Jim was here June 18th....the reply was emphatically and abruptly We have no Jim that works with us! Turns out the individual who came on the first repair was named James and all he would offer was a cancellation list addition. Since that time Maytag has offered a replacement however the service call would have to be canceled. Bottom line it looks doubtful that a replacement will be available by mid August ....maybe???? As a result a result I am paying for a service call and the repair technician can not understand why the drain heater was not repaired initially on June 18! Bottom line stay away from the Maytag -Appliance tech connection !
