This nail salon was very clean and nicely decorated. I was a walk in for a pedicure and I was in and out in less than an hour. They used Warm Spa Rocks to massage my legs which I loved! I highly recommend this place!

It is a nice place with nice service. It is nice and clean inside and the workers are all very friendly. They help me decide with the color and it turns out very well! They are very patient and work very careful. My mom and i both like it and going there next time.

This place is better than most, which is why I go here but I would switch if I found someplace else. Your experience varies on which technician you get. My experiences have been all over the board, sometimes amazing sometimes just okay. I’ve even called to get a specific technician for an appointment and then get someone else. They need to step up their expectations and keep it consistent.

The nail tech made 4 of my nails bleed a tiny bit, and filed all my nails on the sides too much into the living part. Also, the electric file burned my nails a little. Also, 4 of my acrylic nails broke in half. The first acrylic as you can see ended up ripping off of after it broke in half. The second picture is another nail (my real nail), it was cracked all the way through, and now i have to wear a bandaid so my entire nail doesn’t fall off. The last photo is another nail that got cracked in half. I can tell it is also cracked all the through my real nail. I do not have a photo of the 4th cracked nail. Also, I would like to note that I didn’t do anything different/weird to make these nails crack and have had multiple other sets of nails from different people in the past and they have been fine.

This was for my friend who went two days ago. She does not have access to Google reviews. The nail tech ground the toe nails down so low that the underneath nail bed is showing through and cannot put nail polish on the nail. Extremely painful and was expected to pay for the service. Do not recommend

I dont think Ive ever been so disappointed with a manicure/pedicure service as I was with the skills of the nail techs in Beyond Nails today. I was straddled with a new employee who did not know how to do a pedicure. The only thing done well was the reflexology message which is a small part of the Spa 1 pedicure - $50. I was directed to another tech for my manicure who I found it was the manager of the salon (thats what he said). I preceded to tell him I was not pleased with my pedicure and he apologized for the service and made excuses for the tech. Nevertheless, I thought by having the manager of the salon, I would receive a skilled manicure ‐ $20. Not the case. They charge $5 to remove gel from your nails. Not a problem, but all the gel was not removed. I have ridges on my nails now. My nails looked like I brushed into something with wet nails, but I didnt. He rushed the manicure process. I am highly disappointed! Save your money and find another nail salon.

My wife and I love Beyond Nail and Spa, we will not go anywhere else. The Spa is very clean and looks brand new. The Nail technicians are very friendly and courtious and do a great job. MY wife gets the Mani and Pedi while I get a Pedi. Great price and you get 5$ off your next visit if you pay in cash.

I had a great experience here. I was a walk-in and just had to wait 10-15 mins until someone could start my pedicure. However, I was sitting in a massage chair with my feet soaking so I didnt mind the wait at all. They use plastic inserts for the tub and all disposable files and sanitized clippers. The person who did my nails was very professional, gentle, thorough, and cordial. Even though I got one of the lowest tier pedicures, I did not feel rushed at all. One of the best experiences Ive had at a nail salon. Definitely will be going back.

This is my only nail salon in the area. Its clean, all of the workers are very friendly. Once you find someone there you like I would suggest making appointments as they are always busy. They could use some newer trendy gel nail colors but you will always find something, they dont thin their polishes down w acetone which is nice and you dont get that rippled polish look nor the thin coverage.They take their time to make sure your nails are perfect.

My experience here was terrible. They were so rude. When I brought their attention to the old toe nails and foot dust they became angry. I will never go again

& I’ll write another review sense you feel professional to argue with customers on GOOGLE. I called prior & asked how much for each and those were the prices you gave me, I asked more than 1 time (probably like 3) if I can do regular polish NOT GEL, whoever was on the phone kept asking what? Saying “gel polish 45” & when I’m directed towards gel polish when I arrive I’m going to assume that’s all you offer. Regardless, I respectfully paid the $100 and did not make a fuss about it manager or not, what I will fuss about is the fact that it’s very unprofessional to demand a tip out of someone. She did not just ask me if the tip was for 2 people she pointed to the tip line and said “you can leave tip here” I tip based off the service I receive. & even so $5 is better than nothing because I’m coming in here spending my hard earned money on nails to feel relaxed and get done that you over charge for a tip is appreciated but should never be expected. ESPECIALLY when you treat customers like this, your professionalism speaks for itself for the simple fact you feel you need to argue with people on Google reviews.

They do well with nails, don’t get me wrong, but when you tell me $28 for a pedicure & $45 for a full set & charge me $100 for both that doesn’t add up. Then ask me for a tip (which is unprofessional and rude) and when I tip $5 she asks why I’m only tipping $5?? Lucky I tipped them anything for the simple fact that they over charged me $25. So now you’re up $30 and going to question how much I’m tipping you. I’ll never go back, they must think they can over charge people and they won’t say anything about it. Apparently they charge you to sit in a chair

The staff is very nice and as busy as it is Ive never had much of a wait. They did an amazing job on my acrylics! Plus, the massage they give is very nice. Its clean and pleasant.

This was my first time here and I got a spa pedicure. It was one of the best pedicures I have ever had! The woman was wonderful and did not skip a single step. Massage was great and my toes came out perfect. Prices were extremely reasonable and salon was very clean and nice. Can’t wait to come back!

Its very hard to find a nail place that you absolutely love. I was blown away by my experience and with how detail oriented they were with my nails. Also received a neck/hand message along with a nice paraffin dip for hands. My nails turned out fantastic and will definitely be returning.

This has turned into my preferred nail salon but if I find better I will leave. If you can get a member of their “A-squad” then you will have a great experience and walk out with an amazing treatment. I’ve found they give the A-squad to new comers. Once you are an established client they pass you off to the “B-squad”. You’ll still end up with a better manicure or pedicure than most places but you’ll leave feeling disappointed after what you previously experienced with the A-squad. I don’t recommend making appointments as they have so many walk-ins that the appointments end up sitting and waiting. If you want a large group definitely try to find an off peak time. Their powder dip manicures entail cuticle clean up and nail shaping. The powder application is good and they are diligent at keeping you clean. The paraffin treatment and hand massage are nice too. All for a good price. Overall not a bad place if you get the right techs.

The nail technicians are from China which is unique! I enjoyed my experience getting a combination manicure plus pedicure for 25% off with the postcard for only $30! Yet, I gave them big tips on the usual amount as one should do. I hope you try Beyond Nails & Spa very soon! It is a beautiful place with massage chairs, and I had Jackson do my manicure and Dana did the pedicure! I know you will LOVE this brand new Beyond Nails & Spa at its Grand Opening! They offer 25% services now.

Went here to get a pedicure and was so impressed! Vivi was professional, and didn’t rush the process. So often I get pedicures and they’re rushed and unenjoyable. This was probably one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! Recommend 10/10!

They tell you to make appt. You do and they still make you wait 45 minutes and act like your not even there. The nail techs are young and inexperienced. The owner is rude and and could care less about your time. Plus they raised there prices 10 bucks on all services. WY way overpriced for the quality.

I have chosen Beyond Nails for 3 pedicures and 2 manicures since they opened. I’m obviously not a weekly customer, but I would be if I could be. Today I got the regular manicure ($15), which included a mini neck and shoulder massage and the soothing wax dip for my hands. No up-selling, just peace and quiet in a clean, friendly environment.

Ive had at least 6 or 7 gel manicures here. Their quality is consistent. The price is similar to other nail salons in the area but after they add the paraffin dip and shoulder massage, its a great value.

They made us wait and put every white person who came before us a priority and I had my 6 year old who was disappointed because she was soaked in water for nearly 20 minutes without anyone coming and she felt ignoredSo of course I keep coming back to this nail salon coz it is convenient close to my home clean and decent price. However staff is very discriminating they charged me in advance which never happens at a salon I didn’t mind however once I pain the staff thought I received the service so me and my daughter were ignored finally a staff came to ask why we were still there . . Very sad

I love this place. I came for a mani/pedi when they first opened and now I wont go anywhere else in Rochester. The techs are very nice and do a great job every time. Prices are decent and even the basic manicure includes a paraffin wax treatment and a shoulder massage. Highly recommend!

Dana took her time and made me very comfortable. The parafin wax on hands was awesome. My experience was relaxing and worth every penny!

Did a wonderful job for my wedding! Walked in with 6 people for Mani and pedis. Took us without an issue with smiles on thier faces! They helped me figure out which nail extensions would be the best for me as well since I have weak nails (gel dip) and they look amazing!!

I was able to get my nails done right away without an appointment on a Tuesday morning. They had a limited but sufficient choice of powder dip (aka SNS manicure) colors. The man who did my nails (Aiden?) was very thorough, gentle, and attentive to detail. I let him know at the beginning that my nails are thin and prone to breakage; he listened, and was very careful in shaping them. He noticed that one or two of my nails looked a little dull at the end, and without my needing to ask he fixed the problem with an extra layer of (gel!) topcoat. Everyone was cheerful and polite the whole time. Excellent experience, will definitely return when in town.

Consistent, quality nail services Great price and care spent while getting you in and out in a good time. Always accomodating for walkins but call ahead is best. Gel manicures by Aiden and Melinda are thorough, they make sure the color looks right and it lasts on average a month before needing a fill. Wee (spelling ?) Is the best pedicure ive had in rochester, its worth the gel price and easily lasts me 2 months. I come here monthly for the last 2 to 3 years.

First, let me say- this spa is really beautiful and clean. I was excited to see this salon open near me and they offer a great schedule. Tonight was my third visit and I left feeling upset and like I wanted to go home and wash off the treatment. The expert providing my pedicure was talking and laughing at various times to the associate next to him. When he wasn’t talking he was sighing and I left feeling bad. I do not mind that he was passing the time with small talk but I do feel strongly that when you work in body work profession- the provider must be responsible for the transfer of energy to the client. It really made me feel bad and i do not think I will return. I hope this salon reads my comments and makes changes so that other customers do not have the same experience.

Awesome spa pedicure for a great price

Great service. Sauer was cold for pedi. Had to ask multiple times to make it warmer. The stag was very polite and very reasonable. None offered the mani pedi special for$40 though. My firsttone going so i didnt know. But that really mage me a little annoyed but still great time ! He charged wrong amount inn my card so i had to give him extra cash ... But id still go back

A very very clean place. I called for an appointment and when I got there the only wait was me finding a color! However, my dip nails have chipped after only one week :( I will for sure go back there though!
