Getting waxed is somewhat of an anxiety inducing situation for me but M.E. Makes that anxiety disappear. I love the chats we have while she’s waxing. I also had lashes done by Danielle and she did a great job. Very professional practice. Highly recommend.

I had a very weird experience on Saturday. I had a 10 AM brow tint & wax appointment with Jodie and I have never had her before. She was very kind and relaxed, and she waxed my brows very well. When she showed me the end result of the tinting, it looked very blocky and I was not satisfied but I was nervous to say anything so I paid and gave her a 20% tip anyways, because I figured I could just fix them myself at home and call to ask for a discount so that I wouldn’t have to tell Jodie I was unhappy with the tint result. Again, I am not the best at being confrontational and I would’ve felt so awkward and uncomfortable to tell her I was unhappy with the brows because I figured I could just call and explain that to someone on the phone. Well, I did just that and I called their other location, Mark & M.E., so that I wouldn’t have to speak to Jodie about my issue. In fact, the person that answered was very apologetic and kind, and I never even gave her my technician’s name. All I wanted was perhaps a discount, and I had pictures of how they looked before and after I fixed them myself. Well, she took my name and number and told me I’d get a call soon. Later on I get a phone call from Jodie herself and she explained to me that I could have told her myself (but that was the exact route I tried to avoid, so it completely defeated the purpose!). I don’t like to upset people and instantly felt embarrassed, and she then told me that I “didn’t need to get her boss involved”. I just felt upset by that because I had no intention whatsoever to do so. I simply wanted a discount (if possible!). So, I apologize if I offended anybody. I won’t be going to that location any more and will hold off on going to Mark & M.E for some time. I apologize for getting her boss involved but never meant to tattle on anybody. I hope she was not scolded or anything, truly. Again I never even mentioned her name! The phone call was not necessary if she was just going to essentially say “Oh well, you should have told me.” /:

I’ve been going to Mark& Me for 10 years and now Wax it All for 2 years. I always get an excellent Brazilian & somehow they make it so comfortable like it’s no big deal you’re laying legs open chatting about what you made for dinner last night. You won’t be disappointed!

I went in today for my first Brazilian, ever. I am so elated I picked Wax It All! From scheduling my appointment, to my waxing professional Danielle (officially the bomb!), my whole experience was amazing! The business has the most feminine touch, which instantly makes you feel relaxed, and welcomed. The receptionist is very welcoming, and knew it was me coming in the door! There is also a very strict protocol for hand sanitizing, which I applaud during times like today. The client rooms are so private, and also relaxing. Danielle was extremely professional (and personable, a huge plus for me!) and my wax was so pain free, I forgot she was even doing it! I love my after care bag, and that shows how much they care about their clients, even after you are done receiving your service(s). I highly recommend coming here not only for your waxing needs, but also for the many other services they also provide😊 Thank you ladies, I will be back!

Just finished my 1st visit at wax it all for a Brazilian. I saw Danielle, She made me feel very comfortable and was fast and efficient at waxing. The entire place smelled amazing and was very comfortable. I mean they even have a heated toilet seat!

Came here today and got a wax done by Danielle. She was awesome and very quick. Also, had to bring my 6 month old with me and the girls there were fantastic and kept him entertained. The best Brazilian bikini wax Ive ever had in Rochester. I moved here in 2015 and have been trying to find a place that I liked that was quick. Everyone I have been to takes 20-25 even 35 minutes for a Brazilian. That is just torture. Danielle was done in under 10 minutes. She was quick, professional, not that uncomfortable, the venue is very clear and I am so glad I finally found a place I like. They even had an opening for me on the same day I called. (I doubt that will always be the case once everyone hears how awesome they are here.) Stop reading more reviews and book with them now!

I have been to both locations and love them. Been going to see M.E. at Mt. Hope for several years and the more convenient location in Pittsford is a bonus.
