Do not bring delicate items here! Brought a beautiful full length dress in to be cleaned for $18.95 and was told there was a possibility some of the jewels of the front buckle would fall off if I had it cleaned there. Understanding that, I had them clean the dress, not worried if a few crystals were misplaced. However, when I got the dress back I noticed the piece looked much different. There were strands of the piece that were completely broken off and damaged, it looked entirely different. See photos attached. First is prior to cleaning, and then other photos show what it looked like after. You can see full strands are completely missing, bent in, and you can see where the piece attaches to the dress when you couldnt before. No one said anything about the damage to me when I picked it up. I called after I inspected it at home and asked what happened and the woman working there said stuff like this can happen because items go in a very large machine and get banged around. Well, it would have been nice to know that prior to having it cleaned. I told her all you said was that jewels could fall off and she said I know, Im sorry and if you find another jeweled piece we could sew it on for you. No offer to refund any of my money for the damage. Very, very disappointed. Use caution when bringing delicate items here, as you wont get enough of a warning to deter you when you bring something in.

Refused to take my measurements as I’m having a custom dress made. Stated they did not feel comfortable taking my measurements despite advertising being a tailor.

I was told that they did not offer measurement services, I have never heard of a tailor who does not take measurements. I hope that I was not told this because I am African American, I an still very perplexed by this encounter.

Overpriced and Unfriendly. Unfortunatly, both tailors in Chili..SUCK. Ill take my tailoring to Westgate Tailors.
