She worked on my suite jacket. I asked to shorten the sleeves and to take it in in the back. Sleeve buttons were to close to the sleeve edge and they look piled on. Jacket looked uneven once buttoned. Paid $50. When I came to pick the garment she didnt offer to try before leaving the store. I had to take it to another tailor to re-do all the work.Definitely not going back. If you dont know how to do it or if you dont have time to do it just be honest and save everybody a headache.

Wendy is very professional and knowledgeable in her field. Took a tuxedo several pairs of pants and 3 sport coats in for alterations. Very reasonable prices Everything fits perfect now and all were delivered on time! Highly recommend the Werk Shoppe!

I came to this place three times during their business hours, and each time both the front and rear doors were locked even though their website said they were open. I called several times with no answer and no option to leave a message. Between parking meters and unable to actually find a person inside - too much of a hassle. Will just find another tailor. Too bad too because I get a lot of alterations done and would have given them a lot of business...

I work at one of the local hospitals and needed some lab jackets that the hospital purchased for our specialty group to be taken in. I finally took them to the Werk Shoppe and she did such a wonderful job, not only do they look great, she was so fast and supports front line workers! Her generosity will not be forgotten and will definitely be taking any further alterations to her!

1. Just picked up three ski pants, which were not easy to repair. Excellent job, well done, very good value.2. It is upstairs: enter the narrow door, then climb up the stairs, first door at your left.3. Yes, they do not take credit card; but their charges are very reasonable on the other hand :)

Wendy does an awesome job. She has shorted all of my pants to 27 inches and she is very reasonable priced. Cant say enough about her and her abilities. She is a keeper for sure. Thank you Wendy!!!!

I have taken multiple dresses to be hemmed. Always turned out great and very well priced!

Shop smelled of smoke. They made the bodice of my dress too small so the button on the back popped off while I was wearing the dress.
