Took my van in to be detailed. We have five kids and it was dirty! They did a great job at cleaning the leather, panels, and the console. They did an awful job on the carpet. They claimed they went over it several times. I believed them :/ when I got home I touched the carpet in the areas that were bad and the stains came up on my hands. I bought a bottle of 4.99 whoolite carpet cleaner and my carpets look so much better. On top of all of this they said they would have my car for 5-6 hours and had it for 8.

Well I went there for a detail so I parked where it said detail. Apparently I was in the wrong line because after I told him what I wanted he said I should be over here. He apologized for the situation but I wished I would have told him. That if it said this lane for this kind of detail and this for the other kind he wouldnt have to apologize. Outside of that a decent job. Although when I showed them the area I wanted them to concentrate on it could have been better. It was around the shifter they got some of dirt and grime out. But I had to go home and finish it and you never want that.

I have used this location a few times due to living so close (down the street) it is by far the worst experience i have ever had. My car has been damaged at which time they took no responsibility for, I gave them another chance (years went by) hoping service was better. Employee hit the hood latch and never said anything .. I discovered this by driving down the road and was able to notice prior to hood popping open. Store manager took over a month to call then never offered a remedy to service being rendered. This is by far the worst experience a hope delta sonic will not screw over anyone else.. so passed right now

Brought my 4 cars here regularly for car wash oil change and detailing until a week ago i went through the car wash and my running board on the passenger side was ripped off during the tire shine. Also my trimming on the passenger side (that says the make and model of my car) was peeled back from the fender back. I filed a claim with there claims dept. which was denied in less then 24 hours. The supervisor also took 6 days to file my claim then tried to buy my silence with free detail passes. The person who dried my car never told me my car is damaged. He just continued to dry. They have a bunch of unprofessional children working here. I asked for a supervisor and a 19 year old came out and had 0 sympathy for destroying my car. Now my lawyer and insurance company will take care of the rest and i will be switching to royal car wash . If i could give 0 stars i would!!!

So my running board and trim was ripped off my traverse. Delta sonic of course wouldn’t take responsibility. Now my hitch cover was ripped off my Escalade and destroyed and delta sonic once again isnt owning up to the flaws of they’re own business. Calling the better buisness Bureau and over to spectrum news to try to get a story ran about the damage to customers cars. People work hard to own the things they do and the monthly subscription isn’t cheap to have to worry about damage to our vehicles during a car wash

Worst car washing i I ever had. Paid 34$ for interior cleaning, just wasted my money. Clean by yourself would be better. Pictures after cleaning.

Purchased a monthly membership and was otherwise happy with it until there was an incident where a reckless driver damaged my car in a hit and run at the beginning of the car wash!!! That means he hit my car, the employees knew about it, he was allowed to go through the car wash, I had called the police, not one person stopped him. Not that I expected anybody to get involved per se. But its been a couple of weeks now and the company has been uncooperative in providing any information, including video footage which they definitely would have had. They might still have it. Im waiting on my insurance company to let me know whether or not they do. But the company overall, Delta sonic, has been terrible to deal with. There are so many other ways they could have engaged with me on this. I just got off the phone with their customer service department letting them know that I was unhappy with how things have been handled and likely to cancel my membership if they did not show more interest in helping. Instead of helping I received an attitude. Just be aware That if you take your car through their car washes and there was an incident which there are often because they are very busy and theres lots of construction and confusion. Just know that they will not back you up as their customer. I would have been a long-term customer... But I dont have a lot of patience for large companies who allow snotty teenagers to run their customer service with very little flexibility to help when things like this arise. Who knows, maybe they will intervene and somebody might see this review and show more interest in my business. But until then I am no longer customer

I’m a member and I get my car washed and dried often. Today, I received THE BEST drying service I’ve ever received, by Jon B!! He not only blew out the mirrors, but he blew out the window edges and door seams. He greeted me with a huge smile and he appeared to enjoy what he was doing. That makes a HUGE difference!!! He carefully dried my whole van and I saw him lift and dry the back wiper blade. Delta Sonic - this young man should lead your training. This is how it should always be done. Please recognize him for being a fantastic brand ambassador for your company.

Didnt move in line to pay for 12 minutes with only 7 cars ahead. Excuse was they were signing up someone for unlimited. Asked to speak with a manager and no one sowed up. Person who was walking the line walked away when I asked what tje problem was. Area is full of dirt. Car was coated in dirt after leaving due to construction on site. Very poor customer service.

I pulled into the wash lane confused and looking how to get to the lube shop. A very gentle man named Jay helped me get to the spot. 10/10 he’s a reliable guy

Delta Sonic in Greece is the best car wash company for me. I like their service but what I love the most is their helpful personnel especially Megan. She was the one who wiped my car and she did it thoroughly. I tried other car wash companies and they always seem to be in a hurry to do their task but Megan made sure that my car was really clean. She’s also really friendly and I’m really satisfied with her exceptional customer service! Will definitely recommend Delta Sonic to my family and friends!

West Ridge Road has the rudest staff at their booths. I usually use the express lane. I have had the unlimited for as many years as they have had the option. On this particular day, express was very long. So I decided to use the other lane, which is a option for express clients. The young lady told me if I did not like her talking to the customers in the car ahead of me, which was more of a hook up chat than a car wash receipt. That I should of used the express lane. Where she said I belonged. Really!!! She was very snotty and should definitely not be talking to customers in her snotty personality. I called the manager and he said he would take care of it. Collin, I’m sure you talked to her so when I go back she will be talking to customers in a business tone. Looking forward to writing a new review. Hopefully a better one. TY from a client that has been very happy with the service up until last week.

I went to this Delta Sonic yesterday and had one of the best experiences. I was having a hard time finding the particular flavor of monster I frequently purchase but Emily in the convenience store was kind enough to help me out. Not only did she stop what she was doing to help me, but she joked around with me and turned my bad day into an awesome day. Megan was an excellent seller! She sold me an unlimited super kiss plus! I liked the way she explained her washes and different options, she was very friendly and tries to keep the line moving which I like.

I stopped in for a wash last week. I received some of the best customer service at this location. From the wash manager, Milt to the person that dried my vehicle off (Brad). Each greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. Simple acts such as this can make a person’s day and reflect not only on them as individuals but the entire company. I just wanted to say “thank you” to both of them.

Good service. But the thing is they should make sure every part of the car clean and not missing any dirt in the corners or dark spots inside it! Now I appreciate the service from a worker called Tonio he is such an excellent guy to do the finishes inside the car if a customer ask about him, do just ask for him and he will satisfy you as a customer . Great all in one place for gas, car wash, oil change, detailing, and just a snack or drink. West Ridge Road - Kristina came out to the gas pump to make sure my experience at Delta Sonic was satisfactory and wanted to know if there was anything I needed. Megan at the Greece NY location listen to what I was looking for and was very helpful. The wash how ever was below par, the lower portion of my truck never got sprayed which led to me having to go back through the wash a second time. This should be taken care of the first time. John in the oil change area was awesome! He provided our family with excellent service even though the shop was very busy and it was very hot out. He was friendly, gave us regular updates on how long things would take and went above and beyond to update us on our headlights and tire pressure. This was our first time visiting Delta Sonic for an oil change. John ensured we will be back!

I go to the Delta Sonic on Ridge rd in Greece almost every day to get my car washed. Zana always does an excellent job no matter what station he is working at. I got a car wash the other night and my windshield whippers broke off and when I came out to get it dry, I rolled the window down to tell the kid and he was beyyonnnnnd worried and helpful! He immediately fixed the whipper for me and apologized for the inconvenience! I was so thankful and beyond impressed with his attention to detail and thoughtfulness! His name was Brett! I took both my cars in today for wash a detailed service. My experience eas excellent. All the employees were helpful and friendly. The girls at the booths were awesome plus the young lady in the detail shop.(cant remember her name) with the red area and glasses was kind friendly and courteous. Would like to thank the manager, Thomas for his help today with my unlimited plan. I recently got a new vehicle and had no idea they kept track of the tags and license plates. Upon hearing that the cashiers needed that, I was afraid they couldnt recover my plan but the manager was able to look it up by my card and get me a sticker on my new vehicle. Always a good experience with Delta Sonic. Car not clean enough? They do it again no questions asked. Lube Shop gets all of my oil change business. Theyll even replace a blown headlight bulb. Great business and a great value.

Delta sonic Greece is the most efficient and meticulous about the cleanliness of your car! I can’t remember who helped me out at the drying station (Kristina I think??) but she took the most careful and detailed orientated approach to cleaning and drying my car! Her customer service was also on point! Someone give her a raise!!!

So I had a great experience with an amazing delta sonic employee Sara, I was debating which monster to get because I was on my way to work and it was hot out and I needed a quick pick me up and she suggested a new flavor I hadn’t tried yet that she loves herself so I took her word for it and it really was great. I been going to Delta Sonic in Greece for 4 years now and it is one of the best places to get my car on point. I had so much help there, especially from this kid named Steven hes an amazing, nice, and out goingyoung man, even though he havent been there for that long but thank you guys all for the help I needed when going there!

Went to Delta Sonic in Greece on west ridge road and had a great experience. The check in girls Meghan and Bushram were helpful in sorting out what service we needed. Keith who was training Angel provided WONDERFUL customer service Angel did an amazing job cleaning the interior of our car that was a mess from our twins.

Sara was very nice and came up to me at the vacuums. She asked how every was and was very friendly. This is the first time I was approached by an employee while servicing my own vehicle at delta sonic. It made me feel appreciated.

I had a issue with the air machine Cullen refunded my money and then got machine to work. He then checked all my tires and filled them up for me as well. He did a good job of taking care of my issue thank you.

The car wash manager Edwin was such a help today! While i was vacuuming my car out the head of the vacuum fell off and the suction stopped working. Edwin apologized multiple times while he was fixing the issue and had a smile on his face the entire time! He showed great customer service and did not seemed bothered at all. Thank you for caring!

Very poor wash. I intended to have the interior done also. But!Attendants seemed to be preoccupied and not paying attention to making sure my vehicle was even washed clean. I was so upset I left without having the vehicle wiped. The day before I had to go back through with my truck(very attentive employee, thank you). She even offered to have me go back through a third time since not all the mud was manually sprayed off out of the wheel wells. I was So disappointed.

Brad was very helpful I saw him helping an employee who looked to be on the newer side and he dropped what he was doing to show this person how to do it and he did it very polite and respectful.Love this delta sonic and that’s what keeps me coming back and keeps me an unlimited member!

I’ve visited the W. Ridge Rd. location this morning to get a car wash and one of the girls that worked in the booths was very rudeAnd unpleasant. I told her if she didn’t like her job that she should get another job somewhere else and not working with the public because this isn’t the first second or third time that I’ve had this problem with her. I don’t know who she is or who she think she is but I definitely won’t be going back to Delta sonic I’ll be going to another car wash from now on so I don’t have to deal with people like that

I went in for an oil change. I got the oil change, and air filter change and tire rotation. About an hour later on my way to work, something seemed like it blew under my car and there was a horrible grinding metal sound. I pulled over thinking I had blown a tire but it was the heat protection plate that had popped off and was dragging. I called this location back and they immediately sent someone out to where I was on Elmwood. The guy took the plate off for me, showed me what had happened. (Bad design by Honda. Plastic screws.) He took it and told me to come back later to have it re-attached. I went back later after work, they re-attached it for me and refunded me the cost of the oil change. (They also put in a couple of extra screws.) The guys at the location were really nice. I gave 4 stars because customer service and the office seemed a little confused about who was going to refund me what, but I really appreciated them coming out to where I was and helping me and giving me a partial refund.

Zana at the drying station is amazing, never had someone really take the time and make sure that the car is dry and that they have gotten all the water from around my windows and mirrors. Thumbs up for him.
