Its okay. I checked in online, I sat in the parking lot waiting for my turn. The time frame bounced around a bit. Its also the first haircut Ive had that requires me to leave my mask on once seated. They could have at least removed each ear string one at a time as they buzzed around my ears instead of leaving long hairs. Im giving 3 stars because the person who did my hair was quick and enjoyable. Once my phone said they were ready I walked in with zero wait time..theres definitely kinks that need be worked out and covid policies that are in excess to the point Its hurting the quality of their final result. Would I return? Yes. But probably not until the mask protocol has been adjusted. At least let the mask be removed for ear trimming if not the entire cut.

When I walked in I was greeted by an employee that didn’t even bother to look up from her phone. She clearly did not want to be there and had horrible customer service. You will loose customers because of how awkward and unwelcome she makes you feel. I would come back but I’ll definitely be requesting a different stylist.

Got the absolute worst hair cut from here. Have been a customer for years, but not anymore. Stylist took no care at all, could tell she wasnt paying attention to what she was doing and the quality of the work shows. She shaved a quarter inch semicircular above my ear... looks terrible and is very noticeable. Ive never had someone do this before. theres no easy way to fix it either, so Im stuck with it.

They denied me service to my two year old girl. I had never been discriminated against and these people with their lack of empathy did it in the worst way. I brought my 2 year old girl to get a haircut but they did not give me the service because she did not want to enter without me and they did not let me in because I was with my other 1 year old baby. We all had masks and they did not consider the situation. I was waiting for a while to be attended, they had already noticed that I had 2 children. Terrible place

It was great. The first haircut Ive had since the Phases started, and they did an excellent job. There was a little bit of wait time, but it was used effectively to clean in between clients.

Lady cut my hair in about 4 min. 2 were working while their non-worker friend was hanging out in another chair. While cutting the back, she said The back of your hair is weird and she proceeded to cut down to the scalp. When I got home, I looked at the back of my head in a mirror. It looks so messed up and when it grows longer, the hair will be sticking straight up due to what she did.Do not go here. Go to a real barber. Same amount or less money for a better cut.

Terrible location. Ive been going to sports clips for almost 15 years but am never going back. Ive had multiple horrid cuts in a row and the worst customer service possible. Rude employees who ignore you and do an awful job. Not worth it!

Wait times can be longer than desired. Maybe a bit understaffed at times. The stylists are friendly and do a good job.
