Exceptional experience for me. I have went to Mark here twice and he was great. First time I had him trim and shape my beard for me so I could follow his lines in between visits to him. My beard looked great and better than I ever expected it could look. Second time I had Mark clean up the lines ony beard again after two week and also had him do a traditional high and tight haircut for me because I like my hair short. Again...he did great and the cut was perfect. Plan on seeing Mark every two weeks at Cost Cutters for as long as he stays because he does a great job!!! The rest of the staff was pleasant and friendly to me also even though I was not their client!!! Will definitely be back every two weeks for sure as long as Mark is there!!!

I ABSOLUTELY love Erica...she is the only one my daughter and I have do our hair!! The price is soooo worth any service you receive and if Erica does your hair I know you will be thrilled with the final result.

Went in on a Thursday to get my brassy blonde hair colored dark grey, came out with yellow/golden brown with light grey on just the top and yellow roots, went back next day for a fix came out with yellow under and a green grey over. They want me to come in a third time now. F this place spend the money for actual stylists that know what their doing.

Stopped in unplanned for a cut for my son. We were able to get a chair right away, after getting our temperature taken, of course. The gal was nice, and she was pretty quick. Seemed to have a lot to complain about, but it was the end of the day so maybe she just was tired. Regardless, she did a great job and my son looked like a whole new little man! Will for sure go back.

Went in with a picture of a short inverted bob and got a butchered shaved back of my head and uneven sides that looked nothing like what I asked for. I will not go to cost cutters again.

Came in to get a simple hair cut, just the dead ends nothing special but the lady that cut my hair Heidi totally cut it uneven and I mean you can totally tell. So now Im going to have to pay more money to have it fixed. And they charged $16.99 for that. Ugh!!!

Mark- nice guy! But messed up my hair big time and had no clue how to fix it. I am sorry but not ever going to think of going there or any cost cutters again.

I went in for a simple mens haircut short hair in the sides and blended in. I said I wanted 3/16 of an inch on the side and an inch on top. We had a very long discussion about fractions since its so difficult to understand that 3/16 of an inch is more than 1/8 and less than 1/4. Finally after all of that, this guy who wouldnt stop complaining about his own hairline began to trim down my face. I had just trimmed my beard exactly the way my girlfriend likes it and he for no reason took it away. I thought with a beard trim being a totally separate charge I wouldnt need to plead with any barber not to mess up y face when I ask for a haircut. He quickly decided to leave the goatee which on one side came barely to the bottom of my chin and on the other was underneath my chin and on my neck. The one inch on top of my head was a complete uneven mess and Ive never been so disgusted with a professional service in the entirety of the quarter of a century Ive been alive. That same blumbering clown insisted that I buy a shampoo conditioner combo and guaranteed that psoriasis or not it stops flakes and everything and it was literally a waste of money. If he had cut my hair the first time I would not have even been there twice and I regret the two times I have been there.I paid $20 for a standard mens haircut and received the unemployment special.

The gals have always done well by me and my daughter. Ive done cuts, full colors, highlights, and foils. I have never had a bad experience. Theyve been doing my daughters hair since her first cut and shes always looked just how she wanted even if mama wasnt too crazy about her choices lol.

They had $32 price stickers on their shampoo and told me that I couldnt get that price because it wasnt the correct price. I asked why the sticker said $32 if it wasnt and she said that it was because who ever priced it, priced it wrong... so because they dont know what theyre doing I didnt buy the product

My fiance got his hair cut here and they cut it way different than what he asked for was way too long he had to get it cut again 3 days later.

I had my daughters hair cut here. It was way short and looked choppy and amateurish. Luckily the manager was able to clean it up but neither of us are happy.

Worst salón EVER I had nicole at Walmart south cost cutters paid $100 for ombre went in with brown hair to get a little blonde and I left with damaged brown hair not a bit of blonde did I get the are such a rip off. Then then blamed the terrible hair job on me because of past products Ive used before and all the stylist came at me at once! I felt attacked by all of the stylist I would never go back it was terrible customer service and there are so many flies everywhere that the receptionist had to run around with a fly swatter ugghhh!!

These are the worst hair cuts I have ever seen. I brought two of my boys in for a trim. Now I have to try to fix the visible cut lines in their hair. Not coming back
