Id like to start by saying I apologize for not explaining after the star rating that I gave. I no I would definitely want to no whats up. But again, Im very sorry about that. Unfortunately the last few salons have closed early and or not enough stylist. I would have also stated I believe it was through no fault of yours or anyone elses. Its been a tough time. The reason I was going to the hair zoos because I remember going years ago and was very happy. Sam at this location is amazing! I came in pretty deflated about my last cut/color (done elsewhere). I was so unhappy. Sam listened to what I wanted, discussed what would be flattering, and transformed my hair. On top of it, she was friendly and it was easy to spend the time there. I found the entire place clean and appreciated their COVID measures. Most importantly, the next day at work I got huge compliments! Thank you Sam!!!!

Taylor was my stylist yesterday. She did an amazing job. Exactly what I asked for. Ive been a few places since my stylist retired and no one has done my hair the way Ive asked except Taylor. Very pleasant conversation also..

The lady that cut our hair was in a big hurry even tho no one was there, She gave us bad hair cuts (me and my boyfriend) my hair is all choppy and my boyfriends hair is to short and not what he asked for. Then she would comb though our hair too hard, she cut my ear open and she cut the back of my boyfriends head open two times. And was only doing his hair with one hand the whole time. Then she told us our total was $50 so my boyfriend handed her $60 and she asked him if he wanted change not only expecting a tip but actually thinking she deserved one.

Sam (Samantha) was able to get me in on short notice, during a snowstorm, and did a great job, so I could look good for a big job interview the next day.

Samantha K was great! Quick clean cuts for me and my son,5, and she was chatting him up like a boss! So personable and professional and even stayed after close to finish my son. The best service, the nicest stylists and outstanding value. Will be back for sure!

Got my hair cut after a really bad anxiety attack that left me looking like a Barbie after a 3 year old discovers scissors... They fixed me up right and was so cool about it. Only $15 to fix it. I love my new hairstyle I have found so many new cute ways to style it! Will be going back for a trim! 😃😍😊

One of the worst Hairzoos Ive been to. The woman cutting my hair had one hand on hip the whole time and one hand on the clippers. It seemed like I was bothering when Ive was there. I gave them a second shot but had the exact same terrible experience when I was there. Hairzoo has much better locations, Im not sure why this is so bad.Edit: What additional information do you want?

I came in a couple weeks ago and had a GREAT experience. Stevie was wonderful, very friendly and patient with me. This was my first time at this location and I will definitely return. I walked out of there with an awesome new hairdo.

Came in for a haircut. Scheduled an appointment for one time, had to wait 30 minutes beyond that. They spent literally 4 minutes on my haircut. I had to wait for them to spend 30 minutes on somebody elses hair who was getting a similar cut only for them to rush through my cut without regard for how it came out They did not cut it straight. They missed several patches. They cut it shorter than I asked for on top and refused to do a no guard on the sides. The end result looked like a military buzz cut I could have given myself and now I have to spend months regrowing my hair so that I can fix what they ruined.

Very disappointed. They offer online booking and send a confirmation text, but according to the person at the counter it books it whether they can take you or not. So basically I wasted an hour of my day driving there for nothing. Dont offer online booking if you cant stand behind it.

I received a much better cut this time than the previous two cuts. It all depends on the stylist doing the work.

VERY FRIENDLY AND DO A GOOD JOB

Visited them yesterday evening for regular haircut. White lady cut my neck while using machine clippers and talking at the same time. It was bleeding. She tried to wipe it using dirty towel. Hopefully, I was not infected. Personnel MUST be trained better and stay focused when performing their essential job duties rather than keeping unnecessary conversation. Very frustrating experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND them!

This was my first trip to a hairzoo and they do things a little differently then Im used to. I was there because of a botched haircut at another establishment. Emina did a very good job at fixing a real mess as I had let my hair grow long enough to fix. I will be back but my hair will not be as long. 😎

My hair cut was fine, but my mothers hair was ruined. We were in there for 4 hours. It was dyed too dark then they put a bit of bleach in to lighten it. They charged her for their screw ups!

My free Birthday haircut....I had an appointment but, asked for foils upon arriving. The girl stayed overtime which I appreciated. During foils I purchased 2 products and upon paying found my bank account hijacked! The bank manager bypassed and paid the transaction. My haircut looks not much different then when I walked in and the $50+ foils non existent. I’m not happy and normally suck it up...NOT this time. I let online my disappointment and no response. I would give no stars but, my hairdresser stayed over and did her best.

Like any place you get your hair done, it depends on who standing behind the scissors. I always get a good haircut here.

I dont write much review but I have to do this time as I was so upset, my entire family Was going there, but last time girl working there did such a bad haircut, Completely chopped my hairs and when I tried to explain her she was so rude, custom service is a big 0 .. The girls needs classes for what customer service is.My family wont go there ever.

Was just there on Saturday, all I wanted for my daughter was long layers, the girl seemed nervous and unsure of how to put layers into my daughters hair. I indicated to the girl that I did not see any layers, she said she was going to put more in. After the cut I still felt like there were no layers, stylist said they should be more visible when the hair dries but guess what, there were no layers. Super disappointed and upset with the cut because now I have to find another place and pay more money to put layers into my daughters hair because even she was unhappy. Its just layers, not happy, wont be going back unfortunately. Giving one star because all of staff were super friendly.

Company is trash! Owners treat their employees terribly! Better off going somewhere else!
