Im a little upset. Her braids came out fine my issue is that her appointment was at 9:00 am I got her there in time for her appointment. She told her mother and I her hair might be done around 2:00pm which sounded the correct time frame for braids. Two oclock came, then three, four, five, six, and seven oclock. She didnt leave until a few minutes to eight. Eight oclock was closing time for the shop. I dont know what the issue was but eleven hours for braids to be completed is unacceptable. I hope she NEVER uses this shop again.
