Im sorry to see that there were previous not so good reviews associated with my business. It was not eclipz salon at time of complaints. It was under another business name which closed unfortunately and because of the address association that is the problem. We are a friendly busy salon with great experienced stylists. It was my first worst salon experience.The coupon sounds great because it is only 99$ for 300$ value brazilian smoothing treatment.While the products cost 120$ even after 20% discount from the salon.(I found later that you could buy with 80$-100$ shipping free from website,exactly same products!)Including slight haircut and long hair charge which I was not told beforehand,I paid 280$ totally.The worst thing was that I was never told that I needed to blowout and iron hair by myself everytime after shampoo to keep hair smooth.I dont want to spend time doing that after I paid 280$!!So I went to another salon for hair straightening with 70$ only which includes treatment and haircut even.I just need to make hair dry after shampoo and it looks and feels great.The most important thing is that it doesnt waste my time!!Then I asked to return products which I only used twice 2 of 4 of them totally,but was refused.Though I think I should even get refund for the treatment!280$ for nothing, worst salon experience!

I purchased a Groupon for full highlights, cut and conditioning treatment. I never got the treatment and if full means hardly any highlights on the bottom and sporadically thrown on top, then they did their job. My highlights also start about an inch from my scalp. Save your money and go somewhere else. The staff seems like they have no idea what they are doing. Waste of my money and disappointing.
