Can’t recommend this Barbershop enough!! I’ve been going to Mike for a while now. Mike is always professional, courteous, and ensures that you like the way that you look. He also is very mindful of Covid precautions and the shop is always super clean. One of the best barbers in the area, you won’t be disappointed!!

Last time I was there I had an amazing cut by an amazing barber, however this time I got home to actually look at it and see its not at all what I asked done. I like my hair rounded but this time its way too boxy. All in all Im very disappointed in my cut but hope for a better experience next time.

My husband and I love this shop so much we regularly travel two hours (one way!) to get haircuts. I recommend Dandedeville to everyone who will listen. We see Laura or Cam, depending on our schedule, and either of them could give you the best fade youve ever had in your life. If you need a new color thats high quality and wont fade, this is the place to go. The atmosphere is amazing in the shop and everyone is friendly. You never know what genre of music is going to be playing and you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. I would honestly give more stars if I could!

I havent gotten a cut anywhere else since 2015. Trevor is my go-to, and to say hes earned the title of Master Barber is an understatement - hell give you a cut that people notice. Ive had appointments with many barbers here - all professional and do great work. Dandedeville is exactly what a Barber shop should be.

I have been going to Dandeville for the past five years and through the years I have had my hair cut by whomever isnt busy and so nearly the whole staff. Anyone of them does a great job and are super friendly (you dont make it as a barber if you arent at least a little nice). I have had Cam cut my hair the last three times but any will do a wonderful job, a reason I keep coming back. I also love the decor and feel of the shop.

This was my first time going here for a haircut. I was only in the door for a little more than a minute and Casey had a chair ready for me. She is very good at what she does. Great cut, good conversation, and an awesome atmosphere. I will definitely come back to see her next time.

I became a first-time customer one Saturday afternoon and will be returning in the future. Parking along Monroe Ave. Arrived as a walk-in and was seen in 20 min, despite a fairly steady customer flow among 4 staff members. Relaxed, nonjudgmental atmosphere with rock/retro punk-themed decor. Respectful staff. Keurig machine available in waiting area.Mel is an enthusiastic cosmetologist relatively new to the Dandedeville team who has earned my trust with her knowledge, dexterous skills, and prior experience working with Asian hair. She was able to translate my vague descriptions into the exact haircut I had in mind. Throughout the cut, she kept up an entertaining conversation and asked for my opinion when she had an idea of a creative touch that I had not thought of in my original request. I never felt that she was rushing. In contrast, she was very meticulous with small details. Hot towel, lathered razor neck shave at the end. Definitely left satisfied with what my $20 (before tip) got me. Credit card accepted. Thank you, Mel & Dandedeville!

I wanted to set up an appointment with Laura to color my wifes hair. I called to try and ask her how much it would be for the colors she wanted, and how long it would take. . I was told by the person who answered the phone that she was not in, and that he would give her my message and have her call me. I waited 2 days with no response so I called back. The same guy answered and told me that him and laura kept missing each other and he would for sure get ahold of her that day to give her my message . I waited another 2 days and I then sent a facebook message to the company with a picture of what i was looking to have done. Waited another day with still no response and so I sent an email with the same details. After another 3 or four days with no response I called again. I was told that laura was in the shop that day and was in the middle of cutting someones hair. Thinking that this was it I was finally going to get ahold of her and get my questions answered. They told me they would have her call when she was done with the cut. You can imagine my suprise 3 days later when I still had no response. I sent an email and then said screw it. I emailed Tru on park and got a response the next day. This place does not care about new customers save yourself the stress and irritation, and just go to a place that actually cares.

This place was my barber shop for a while. Got my wedding haircut there. Lived down the road and was a regular. Was a walk in one day around 10:10. A guy just finished cutting. He then sat around texting until 10:50 then asked if I needed help. Said they had appointments at 11 and couldnt get me in till 1. So what was that guy doing for 40 minutes. This business is just lazy. Great haircuts but get some stylist who actually want to make money. Wont go back.

I got my hair cut here a few months back and I loved the job the stylist did so I scheduled an appointment online almost a month ago with the same stylist. An hour before my scheduled appointment I received a text from her asking to reschedule for the following day because she was running extremely behind. Im disappointed because I made this appointment nearly a month ago. It wouldve been nice if she at least offered the services of a different stylist.

I wont go anywhere else to get my hair cut. I know I will get exactly what I want. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly and Ive never had a problem getting an appointment when I need it. Not to mention I love supporting a woman owned business!

I I have been going to Dandedeville on maybe five different occasions and I always see Dennis. The quality out of that place is exceptional, they are all masters of their craft. I was very pleased with the first haircut I received from there and this last one I just received is the same caliber of quality if not better. They run a tight ship, I am never waiting more than five minutes. The decor is great, the people are friendly and the location is ideal. Not to mention in my honest opinion the rates are very fair. Give Dandedeville a call and see what they are all about.

I couldnt grab a last minute appointment with my barber so I ended up as a walk in to this place. The staff was very friendly. The decor is really great and theres a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Its unfortunate I received such a lousy hair cut. Perhaps I got an inexperienced barber and others are better. Also, I thought they were over priced. $10 extra to have my beard trimmed with just the clippers..no shaving cream or razor service..thats absurd. Wont return.

Had an appointment and received a TEXT stating the person I requested overbooked herself and if I would want another stylist. I booked online a week prior and the time was available. At least make a phone call and dont text. Shows you how they value customer service. It was going to be my first time there. Now I will never use their services.

Went in for a beard trimming and while I was a walk in, it was a Monday morning and I had to wait for over 30 minutes. In the end the beard trimming was uncomfortable and they did not line up my beard as I wanted. Given what other reviewers have said, I may try them again for a hair cut but not for my beard.

Work on your scheduling app online or dont use it I set an appointment for 1:15 the other day and got a call around 12:30 asking to push it back to almost 5...Im not sure if the time frame was double booked due to neglect of the app or what happened but it was a frustrating experience.
