Called and left message for someone to call me about fixing some restaurant equipment. No one ever called me back. Dont waste your time with this company.

The address that came up on Google was a Fairport address but I was still charged $55 for travel. Then the tech opened up my ice machine, pushed the button to start the machine, which it did then called the manufacturer to see what the problem was. He then put his gages on and by doing so removed 4ozs of Freon. Scottsman told him to raise the water level to increase the head pressure and it ran for a few days after charging me $245.I called them back and they sent another tech who immediately put cafes on and told me that the Freon was low and had a leak and needed to be recharged for about $400 more.I declined and had another licensed service tech come in and he first found the water level raised too high, the Schrader valve caps finger tight and the Allen valves not tight. He informed me that each time the other techs put cafes on my unit they emptied 4ozs into their lines out of my system. Over the following week the rest of the gas leaked out of my ice machine leaving it completely inoperable.When I asked for a refund of at least some of the money I was told I could go somewhere else and can part ways.The free call back was just a ploy to get another $400 plus for all the was originally needed was a good cleaning with ice machine cleaner for about $35.Bay & Goodman Pizza Fairport
