Visited the Roanoke Rapids location and my representative gave us the best customer service! Nicky Thomas Was top notch! Very satisfied customer.
I typically upgrade my phones online but came into my local store today due to charging issue with my IPhone6. I explained to Brent and he was very informative and helpful and I ended up leaving with a brand new upgraded phone that was setup and ready to go. My phone is very important to me for home and business so I appreciated the knowledgeable and customer friendly service and would recommend anyone go to this location to ask for Brent! I am a long time Verizon customer and I am once again happy with my service received!
On 5-22-21 I went to get 1 son a new upgrade & transfer an iphone 8plus to the other sons line for his upgrade from a iphone 6. Maria was very courteous and respectful from us entering the store, during our tranactions, and upon us exiting the store! She was really patient with answering my inquiries and addressing my concerns. She gave us several options to choose from to ensure we had the best possible service and accessories! Also, Nicky assisted us during our visit with pure excellence for any questions I had that needed to addressed by management. Both staff members were very knowledgeable and left no stone unturned! The entire experience was awesome and the customer service was quick but very detailed! I would definitely recommend Maria for all of your Verizon needs in Roanoke Rapids NC. She is the Verizon plug for me and if she is not working that day, I will come back another day lol
I needed help setting up a new phone for my 89 year old mother. The representative that helped me was Shay.. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Glad I chose to go in the Roanoke Rapids store yesterday.
I have had a company cell service account for 30 years - when the company was called 360, just before becoming Alltell, now Verizon. My experience with Brent today was so smooth; he is so knowledgeable and personable...I felt I was in very capable hands, receiving reliable advice and information about my account service. Brent is the best representative I have had dealings with at this Verizon store in many years.

As a long time customer, I’ve always been dissatisfied with the customer service received at the Roanoke Rapids store. They are always understaffed, unwelcoming and lazy.Today went went in to purchase an Apple Watch 5 series. After entering the store, I noticed one customer and two reps. Neither greeted me. After asking for service, I got the bare minimum! Finally, I decided to purchase the product but was quickly advised that the watch would have to be ordered. How do you sell product that you don’t have in stock. I immediately walked out and purchased online.This establishment has some serious customer service issues that need immediate attention if I’m going to continue doing business there!

Always a good experience, so nice just wish the had more people so its not so busy all the time but COVID19.
Facility and staff were very Covid prepared. Not a very long wait and staff was able to diagnose problem on new phone, replaced defective SIM card, and got me on my way very quickly.
Brent was fast and knowledgeable only downer is with the new covid-19 rules the wait was a little longer than expected

I just walked out of the Verizon store and I’m writing this as I sit in my car. Very unsatisfied with the customer service I experienced. There was a young girl with long golden hair working and I came in to try to get an offer from my email for a free iPhone 7 but I wanted to trade in my mothers phone for this iPhone. I was told that they didn’t have that iPhone in stock and that I can’t terminate a line in the store. Well that’s fine but I explained that I have tried to call customer service 4 times now (also tried while I was in there with them) and I have not been able to get through to anyone. I sat on the phone one day for 30 minutes and nothing. The phone call they made in the store was 15 minutes with no representative answering. I truly would have been agreeable and fine with waiting if the store representative had acted like she cared at all, but she didn’t. Her customer service is just terrible. I work with the public all day long and I know how it can be but a smile and a little acting like she wants to help would have went a long way. Very disappointed.

My phone was not working this morning. I couldn’t make, receive calls, text or do anything. I went to the local Verizon store and the lady told me my SIM card was bad. She replaced and had me back working.
Maria was great and helped me in a timely manner.

Dont buy from here, go to Rocky Mount. This store will not accommodate you at all. If you purchase from a direct Verizon store like Rocky Mount your 14 day Holliday return period is extend and they strive to make the customer happy. The prices are lower and if you have issuses they actually care to help you. I purchased 2 phones before Christmas and had nothing but trouble with them. Since it passed the 14 day period the store sets they basically said suck it up. The Roanoke Rapids store sells its own inventory and does not have to uphold to Verizons standards

2 people working in the location. 6 people waiting with me being the 6th. Found out from first 2 in line they had been in the location for 90 minutes and the same 2 on staff were working with the same customers when they arrived. No thanks. No wonder people go to Rocky Mount for their needs.
