We signed up my son for some kickboxing classes, uniform was included in the package. Long story short, we have been asking to provide my son with the rest of the equipment for more than a month. keeping an existing customer is not their priority as long as they have your card on file. They also told me to buy the rest out of pocket, they wont credit me or refund anything out of their pocket. The instructors are awesome dont get me wrong, its management that needs to step it up and be more discipline and lead as example.

Been going here a few months now taking the Muay Thai class 3 times a week, and it has definitely changed my life. Its a fantastic environment with people that train together regularly so everybody gets along and treats everyone with respect. The instructors are also very attentive and make sure you get your work in and are taken care of. And the facility itself has everything you could ever need, and is just big enough to make you realize its a full scale fight gym, but small enough to make you feel like youre in a home environment full of people you will soon be friends with. It rules, I highly recommend this place.

Ive always been athletic, toned, tonight tho, i feel my age, out if shape with Jell-O muscles, yet my mind set has felt this amazing in years, my instructor was incredible, my anxiety and panic not controlling me. I hate the fact I will not have the ability to come back as I can not afford it. But major thank you to you all whom helped and did more for me then you will ever know. I would of loved to train here. you changed my life

I have been associated with this organization since it started in 1972. Everyone is given excellent instruction, personal attention when needed, and respect. Truly a family oriented organization. If you train here you become part of the family. I cannot recommend it more highly.

My experience at USKO has been awe-inspiring. Seeing everyone with the same goal is motivating, we’re all there to improve our health, our physique, or whatever it may be. I have even found it to be stress relieving and it helps me sleep much better at night. The trainers are all great! They give us just the right push to get through our workouts & they’re very knowledgeable. I specially love Dedra. She is body goals! She’s patient, kind, and always giving us guidance and motivation. Mike too was great as far as explaining the 16wk challenge and what to expect etc. Can’t wait to see my end results on this fitness journey!

The USKO family/staff have been the most engaged, supportive and caring individuals. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE 16 WEEK CHALLENGE!! THE WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE, EVEN AFTER THE 16 WEEKS IS UP! I HAD NO IDEA THEY USED A THIRD COMPANY TO BILL YOU! I AM NOW LOCKED INTO A YEAR CONTRACT CAUSE I DIDNT CANCEL ON AN EXACT DATE. I ASSUMED IT WAS AUTOMATICALLY OVER AT 16 WEEKS! NOPE! BE AWARE IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THE 16WEEK CHALLENGE, MAKE SURE YOU DONT ASSUME ITS FOR $15.92 a week for 16 weeks, and than its over! It more like a year challenge!!

Ive been coming here for almost a year, and I really enjoy the classes. The instructors are patient and helpful. They compete regularly in their respective martial arts, so theyre in tune with whats going on. I like the vibes of the gym, and everyone is friendly.

Extremely upset with this place. I was signed up for a Class then was Injured before even attending and had to be excused. I kept trying to cancel bmy membership turns out you have to do everything by mail because they refused to accept emails or Faxes even though its 2019. I was finally able to get my letter to them for cancelation and apparently it needed to be certified which is Stupid. Finally cancelled it today and they refused to reimburse me since the date signed on my Doctors excuse not. Worse place ever!

Great classes that work for any level of experience. Staff is really friendly, Mike is very approachable and Dendra is the best coach. She works with everyone on an individual level if needed and will accommodate to everyones needs in order to make sure they feel comfortable while getting the workout done.

USKO has something for everyone! The atmosphere is extremely family friendly and welcoming. I was a little bit hesitant to start training because I had ZERO experience but the trainers were very patient with me and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The kickboxing classes will kick your butt! Very high intensity and they do a great job of switching it up to keep things different and challenging.After only a few sessions with USKO, I can tell its a family Im glad to be apart of.

Outstanding senseis and senpai. They strike the perfect balance between discipline and fun. Our 7 year old loves it. My only gripe is the throng of unattended younger siblings making a real mess of the small seating/viewing area.

Caring and encouraging instructors with the best facilities I have seen. They offer so many different types of classes it is hard to justify going elsewhere. Although, this did start out as a karate school they now offer Muay thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

USKO is for everyone all ages .there are 3 different types of of training for kids:karate,jiu jitzu and mauy thai. if they dont have a class to go to and the guardian has a class they have a day care program that they can put there child in.there are different kinds of adult classes, there are different time and days so they work around your scheudule .they have very good instructors becuase they all have alot of experience . i myself have learned alot of great values just from training at usko. for example it helps you if you have anger issue,hels you become more focused and teaches you discipline

Horrible experience and service wouldn’t recommend all the other reviews are fake . Fraud Owner didn’t do anything to employee (Tall, Fat, glasses) who was rude spitting on people face, disrespectful, and hitting a little kid.
