I know this place gets a lot of heat, but it is actually quite enjoyable. If you were a bodybuilder, then obviously equipment would not suit your goals. But for me, I’m just trying to be healthier, and keep moving. I do 2 miles of cardio day and leave, nothing crazy. I highly recommend it To anyone that has a relatively inactive lifestyle. I have an office job so this is perfect to get daily movement in.

I like this gym & you cant really beat it for the price. I almost never have to wait for any machine, just once to use the hydromassage after working out. The staff here is friendly and the atmosphere is nice.

Went by to inquire about obtaining a membership & PF exceeded my expectations. Before entering the establishment I had negative thoughts. Staff were VERY FRIENDLY & WELCOMING. YOUNG MAN BROKE DOWN THE PLANS & PAYMENT OPTIONS WITH GREAT DETAIL. I EVEN GOT A TOUR OF THE FACILITY. GREAT OPTIONS, GREAT AMENITIES, OVERALL GREAT ESTABLISHMENT. I STAND CORRECTED & HUMBLE. I MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE JOINING THIS GYM. HANDS DOWN AN OVERALL GREAT PLACE. THANK YOU PLANET FITNESS FOR UR HOSPITALITY. SEE YOU SOON.

I usually go before work around 3am in the morning where there’s literally no one else working out. It’s a great gym and staffs.

Great atmosphere. Small crowd most of the time so you never have to wait long for a bench or equipment. I havent had any issues with any homeless or sketchy people in the surrounding area of the parking yet, but always be aware just in case.

Yeah, I really enjoyed my workout, everything I needed to build muscle is there, Im sixty two years old and in the best shape ever thanks to planet fitness Ill hit my old mass gain of 205, Im only five six and fired up, thanks to planet fitness and its staff

The equipment is in perfect condition. Friendly staff. I look forward to seeing great results as i begin my new regime! The music was a nice addition to the work-out. So were the numerous televisions located all over the gym. Best thing... they are open 24 hours!

100 degrees outside - the a/c barely is turned on. They have 1 big a$$ fan in entire gym- recently moved the stair climbers away from the fan. But theyll turn the a/c soon as its 101... Just notice the entrance door is wide open so all that cold air is going right out the front door. The staff just looks braindead

The staff was really nice. The hydro lounge was broken. Toilets were kinda nasty. No soap dispenser in the showers.

As gyms go, Planet Fitness is by far the best out there. Compared to other Planet Fitness gyms, this one is a little on the small side. I found they have 1 weight machine where others might have 2. They also only have 1 tanning room. They do have 3 Beauty Angel rooms though. I also found that no matter when I went this gym was CROWDED. A nice touch here were the lockers outside the locker room if you just want to lock up keys and such. Plenty of well-lit parking.

Wait for their $1 sign up. Totally worth it, always clean equipment always in good condition.

Worst planet fitness ive been too. 6-10-21 around 7pm it super noisy and dirty. The two employees were to lazy to say anything. Im not going to the location again.

Sad planet fitness is still closed while all the other gyms have opened. I joined Crunch Fitness of Riverside because they reopened many months ago. I pay the same amount as planet fitness. I asked Crunch why they were able to reopen and they said as long as the follow CDC guidelines they can be open. They dont have people waiting outside and let in all their members to workout. Masks are required and equipment is spaced far enough for CDC requirements. Up

Decent club but the music is waaaay too loud! Jeez, like in a night club. Especially in 30 min workout area. I even bought over ear headphones with noise canceling and even they couldn’t help. Hope it will reach the management.

Even before the pandemic, this location has been on top of their sanitization. I love how respectful the members and staff are. Everyone tends to mind their own business. I absolutely love this gym.I would definitely get the black card membership. I love that you can have access to a hydrobed, massage chair, tanning booth, or their gimmicky red light machine lol. You just sign up by the check in area and wait. I love it! You can even bring a guest with you, free of charge, they just need their ID and to sign in on the guest check in list. Ohhh, and you even get to use other gyms! They were normally 24hrs, so definitely try Planet Fitness! :)They also sell protein shakes, water bottles, pre work out (I think), and electrolyte drinks.

Everytime I come here, the men’s shower is always dirty I always see the staff standing around while the showers are kept dirty, the walls inside restrooms are filthy, you guy got to stop standing around and keep this place clean I don’t appreciate them standing around

I havent been going to planet fitness since the Corona virus started. But they took money out of my account all of a sudden! No wonder I cant find there number.. Im not the only one that has this happen! If I go to another gym its not going to be planet! I never got a phone call asking if I want to pay for it. No I dont want to I know almost 20 ppl that got the virus. I want my money back!

Long wait for insatisfactory gym, this its a brand new gym and dont have hot water, and not scale to check ur weight, also and the manager have bad attitude thats sucks

It has exactly what it advertises, so if you come and expect a squat rack or something like that, you’ll be disappointed. That’s your own fault, not the gym’s.The staff is lovely, helpful, and genuine. The gym is clean and has AC. What else are you looking for with ten dollars a month?

Please get more stair master machines. There is always a line for them. I often have to improvise my workout because they are in use. There is literally a line for them as we speak.Facility is relatively clean and staff is friendly.Machines are always in order. I love at facility is open 24/7.

It’s 45 degrees outside and the Black Card spa area has the cold air at full blast. I asked the front desk staff if they could turn the heat up, but they said they weren’t allowed to change the temperature. This is frustrating. I’m not sure why they are trying to make the gym uncomfortable for the customers even when they are asked to change it. That being said, the main part of the gym is comfortable — just the part of the gym that I pay $10 a month extra requires a heavy coat.

Walked in, just needed a day pass since I’m only in town for a quick business trip, saw an employees name that I had never seen so I asked how he pronounces it... He said “why”, I say “so I don’t say it wrong”, he says “you don’t need to know my name for me to help you. What do you need?”, then turns to the girl next to him & points at me for her to help me. Later I tried to joke with him about never learning his name he still continues with the arrogance & says “you can read my name tag. I don’t need to say it”.Man I was stunned! Lemuel, you got a cool name but a rotten attitude, bro. I walked out of there so quick. I would rather die of obesity and be disrespected like that. Oh and $20 for a day pass is criminal.

Spoke on the phone about a possible membership the lady was nice and directed me to the website where you can pick out a plan

Decent gym. Attendants are friendly and usually helpful. Mats are worn and they lack a lot of equip that is typical of a gym; I have to bring me own resistance bands. All in all a decent value if you take advantage of the bring a friend often.

This gym honestly is one of the worst gyms Ive ever been to.The only exception is the convenience because its close to my house and its only $10 a month even though they take it out of my account and then put it back and tell me every month that Im late. This has been an ongoing issue for the last six months and nobody can figure out why. Rocco needs to get it fixed over there at the Riverside location!

The only complain I have about Planet Fitness is they force their staff to say goodbye to everybody who walks out the door. Ive been all across the United States and its the same at every Planet Fitness location. Its false, its not genuine and its really annoying when five people turned you on your way out the door and Ill say goodbye at the same time off key. Lets just quit pretending already, if someone was genuinely saying goodbye and being polite or courteous I would feel it and I just dont feel it.

This place is awesome. It fits all of my gym needs. I like to weight lift and they have an excellent set of dumbbells and weights. They say they don’t have free weights, but I manage to squat, dead lift, and bench a-okay. For just $10 a month, instantly worth it.

Being open 24 hours is a fantastic feature for customers, as well as the sizable parking lot. From what Ive seen, all of their equipment is well maintained, and even the locker rooms are kept clean which is very much appreciated.The customer service is great and always available, and they keep their bottled drinks well stocked.

Great gym! Close to home, friendly staff who always make you feel welcomed! Been coming to this gym for a full year now, since the day they opened it feels like my second home! The personal trainer Eric is the best i have learned so much from him! I love it! :)

Definitely my favorite gym to go to so far as it’s close to home and I appreciate the college crowd. I really like the plaza this planet fitness is located in so I always feel comfortable going with a friend or even by myself to work out. The gyms pretty clean, sanitization stations are usually well stocked, bathrooms are always clean which is always cool, and the staff are always so friendly and helpful as ever. I’ve been going to this particular location for a little less than two years and I plan on continuing to frequent this gym for a while.

I’ve been coming to this planet fitness gym for a little over a year now and it is amazing! I bring in a few of my friends from time to time and they love it as well. Friendly staff, clean equipment, and restrooms as well. Not to mention it’s 24 hours open. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking to find a healthier lifestyle.

Planet Fitness is a very nice fitness Center. And after a good workout, you can go right next door to S3 cafe to get a nice healthy breakfast or lunch. S3 cafe has great healthy smoothies that will put your energy back after a workout.

Love this gym its awesome! And the employees are well trained. Pattie the manager is very helpful and has everything in order along with the rest of the employees.I come here all the time. I like the employees and they keep everything clean. Everyone is very nice and helpful and hard working.

Worst PF so far. Aassociate t had loose curly light brown hair was all over the place and was unfamiliar with rules and policies. No paper towels to be found and one of the employees was clueless to what guests of black card members can and cannot have access to...my home gym is in Moreno Valley and no way I would ever be treated like a commoner (including guest) . Best PF in I.E. not this one . PERIOD.

Signed up about a month ago after experiencing the outstanding customer service of both Karyna and Steve. They patiently answered all my questions and made my sign up smooth and easy. Gym is very clean, and the showers are hot. Convenient location to downtown, and 24 hours. Great work, Planet Fitness!

Everything you need for basic fitness goals. Its a little smaller than most planet fitnesss so it can get a bit crowded around 5 and 6 pm. Its pretty ideal in the early morning though. Staff is great and always friendly. Favorite part about about the black card is getting the massages and the full body machine. Lets me feel refreshed leaving even after a pretty tough workout.

This is so far the best gym I have gone within Riverside area, the staff is always helpful and is 24hr open which is awesome for people who arent able to go in the regular day hours. The gym is equipped with new machines and the place is always clean. I would recommend anyone to come and take a look at this well located gym in the City of Riverside.Also staff always greets you in the entrance and exit of your visits!

Every time i come to this gym all staff are very friendly and nice. All equipment are organized and very clean.i would recommend to any of my friends to sign up for a membership. I gave it five stars because I like that they have showers in restrooms. Overall Im very satisfied with planet fitness.

Great machines, tv work, and its never crowded. No guys dropping weights or grunting like tennis players also makes the experience better than any other gym Ive gone to. Plus free pizza and bagels 1 day a month each doesnt hurt.My one gripe is that the classes take the place of the stretching area so its hard to find a space to stretch comfortably if theres a class going. They should really have a dedicated room.

Planet fitness is a great place to come work out. It’s got plenty of room so you have space to work out instead of feeling cramped. They have a huge amount of cardio machines so you’re never waiting for one to free up, which is one of my favorite parts. They have this cool area that’s kinda for people who aren’t sure what to do during a workout, you just follow the routine and you’re set. It’s also great for people who don’t have a lot of time to workout. My favorite part is the “ Black Card Spa” area. There are massage chairs and beds, a tanning booth, and also body enhancement machines. Cool part of being a black card member is that you’re able to bring anyone at any time for free, and it’s still cheaper than any other gym around. ($20 a month for black card, plus they’re always having specials.) Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a chill and cheap gym.

Its a low monthly rate for a good Gym! It opened last year with all new equipment. So its newer & better than many Gyms. And it often has a security guard in the area, to help prevent problems. So I like it and recommend it!

Love the environment! It’s super cheap andconvenient that it’s open 24 hours. You absolutely get more than what you paid for! & the unlimited fitness training is just amazing!

I’ve been coming to this location with my girlfriend as her guest, and just recently purchased my own membership. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that there’s a Winchell’s donut shop right down the street that calls my time every time I go to the gym

This place is packed during the Monday thru Friday peak hours of 4-7. I havent gone on the weekend yet, so Im not sure of the busy hours during those days. The toilets suck, because you have to press and hold the button several times in order to get a good flush, not to mention, thats not sanitary.

Very small gym and really packed if your there in a rush hour time. But thank god its a 24hr gym so you can easily avoid the bug crowds. Good machines but there is practically 1 for each machine with the exception of a few. And no free weight except the dumbbells.

I love my home gym. I have never loved a gym so much. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Tried the 30 minute work out today for the first time and loved it.

The machines are clean. The treadmills and bikes work properly. People leave you alone while you are working out. Everytime I have went, it hasnt been too crowded.

I just went today, and it was amazing. Its 10 bucks a month with no contracts. You pay 40 dollars 1 once a year for activation. Its only in April that this fee applies, so if you wait until after, you can skip the annual fee.The place is awesome. The staff members leave bottles and paper towels, and everyone cleans up after themselves, which is great. However, the staff people also clean when they have some downtime.Sometimes the machines that you want to you will all be used during a certain time, but if you wait 5 mins, its usually available shortly after.The people are great. The staff is kind. The bathrooms and clean, and there are plenty of lockers to put your stuff in.

Why does it say open online but close and why am I still getting charged.

The planet fitness at this location is very open, not compact or anything, you can really Breathe in here. Dedicated sections with clear signs makes it easy to find what you need, air conditioned to make you qork harder to break a sweat which is great. Fast reliable service as well in the front desk, most youll wait is like 4ish minutes. I would honesrly transfer my membership here if it wasnt so rar away from my home. :)

Get the black membership card. The perks are awesome. I tried the water bed massage and it was the best. There is a ton of equipment here. I never have to wait.

Planet fitness is cool. I love the bring a buddy perk they have here and i aslo enjoy the hydro chair and regular massage chair especially after work the fact that its open 24 hours is awesome!!!! Nice fresh environment to lounge after a workout

I’ve been to different planet fitness locations and this is one of my favorites. They have more equipment than other locations, i.e vertical leg press. They also have lockers outside of the locker rooms which is really cool if you’re sharing a locker with someone who is opposite sex or doesn’t go into public bathrooms/locker rooms. And last they have a hydration station to refill your water bottle instead of just a water fountain. The only cons I see this specific location is that they tend to only have 2 to 3 employees working at a time so at peak times the front desk can get a little busy leading to other tasks taking longer to get attention. But the staff is lovely and they try their best to get to costumers quickly. Overall, I enjoy going to PF and this location specifically.

I would have given you a 5 star review! We moved away from Riverside in May to Las Vegas. When we moved I cancelled our membership and were told by staff we would not be billed again. Upon moving we had some fraud on our bank account and we had to change bank accounts. Planet Fitness proceeded to charge us to the point where now they have somehow got our new bank account debit card info that we never provided and has now been trying to drain our bank account. This is FRAUD! Shame on you all! Now you dont answer our phone calls. People... Please be careful. Change your banks when you leave Planet fitness. I was going to rejoin put here in Las Vegas... No thank you now.

I have been to a few locations and this one is definitely one of the better ones. I always see the staff keep up on the maintenance of the machines as well as the restrooms! I also appreciate that I pay for the black card membership and they actually ask everyone to show before using the amenities. Most locations allow anyone to use.

Staff here are courteous and the equipment is very clean. I like the fact that the are open 24 hrs. gives me more of a flexibility when it comes to my schedule. The gym is equipped with all workout machines and free weights. Its lacking open space for stretching or sit ups as well as exercise balls. Its has no pool but they do offer other classes and scheduled times with a trainer. classes start at 6 am and a few others at 7 AM

This place is awesome! I signed up as a second membership simply because of the hours! However; it is slowly becoming my primary gym! The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating! They have all of the equipment I need! Not overly crowded! And again... their hours rock! Not to mention... it’s CLEAN! 5+! I will keep coming back!

I started going to the this gym for fitness and health. And feel in love . It is clean and they have a wonderful staff. I always fell safe and well taken care of.

Amazing gym! They may not have every fitness machine or 200lbs dumbbells but they do have what is necessary for you to achieve your goal. Also the staff is dope and they rep purple and gold.

Went to start a newmembership. I was greeted right away, given a tour and treated very nicely. The gym was clean and had a nice diverse mix of people and bodies 😁.

Probably one is the best gym in the area especially with such a low price tag. Sigup process was super quick with Yvette. 10/10 would recommend.
