I dropped in for two weeks and the owner Sergio runs a fantastic gym and has lots of CF knowledge and it shows in his coaching! All of the athletes are super nice and welcoming, I would totally check them out if youre in town.

My favorite gym ever. I love the staff and the workouts they design. All the coaches are attentive and knowledgable. Great place for beginners and experts alike. The friendly environment is perhaps the most enjoyable aspect of CrossFit MoVal

I was staying in Moreno Valley for two weeks for a work trip for the Air Force, and decided to join Crossfit Moreno Valley! Sergio was amazingly helpful from answering my Facebook messages before I came- to being a great attentive coach. The gym is awesome and everyone there is like family. Sergio made me feel very welcome and so did the members! I would recommend anyone to come workout here for any military TDYs or residents in the area. Hope to come back soon to visit, thanks!
