Went to the Tire Choice in Riverside on Camino Real. They people there were friendly and helpful and priced matched identical tires found at another dealer. They worked on my vehicle promptly and got me out in a couple hours. Would definitely recommend this facility if I need my vehicle serviced.

About 2 weeks ago I went in to replace two tires and have a tire rotation as well. Matt provided me with excellent customer service by giving me all the information I needed about the tires and the 3 year warranty they provided for a couple dollars extra which was amazing because the tires themselves didn’t have mile warranty ( the no mile warranty is from the tires manufacture). Matt gave me a time frame which was no more than half a day. I dropped off the car that same day and ended up needing a new lug nut and stud due to a different shop over tightening them. I still had the car finished by the time frame they gave me with Rodney doing an amazing job fixing up the tires, lug nut, and stud. Both Matt and Rodney provided amazing customer service and are a perfect example of amazing workers who go the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction. I’m definitely coming back as their skill and service is amazing. I highly recommend this place.

I stopped in on a Saturday morning for oil change and brakes (was told from my last dealership servicing that I’d need brakes soon). Rodney said they could be done in about 3 hours. I got a call and he asked if I could come in so he can show me the brakes -I was expecting the worst. He showed me that they were nearly brand new and would NOT need brakes any time soon. He also showed me that I had a leak from the radiator cap and was able to get that fixed. Thanks Rodney (and Tire Choice) for being so efficient and friendly throughout!! Will definitely be coming back!!

Im bad with names, but to be fair Im not sure I ever got the name of who helped us. Went in for an oil change and came out not realizing they added a hubcap to my tire! Otherwise I would have said thank you! Very informative people and first time I’ve come across a geniune tire shop who puts your best interest first.

We got a flat tire during our road trip to Arizona and came across this place to try and change our tire. Their tires were good price but we didn’t even need to change it- Rodney just patched up the tire and had the best customer service!! He not only saved us money but our trip. The place also has very clean bathrooms and a nice facility. Thank you so much for the best service!

I came here last minute when I found a nail in my tire and I was grateful that these guys were able to help me out. A lot of other places were by appointment only, especially with the pandemic going on, so it was nice to be able to get help right away. The whole process was quick and simple. Went with my fiancé for the first time and we had an amazing experience. Matt explained everything so that we knew what was happening with the car. Furthermore they also called us because to let us know that when we went somewhere else the screwed on a bolt to tight to which it broke and they cross threaded the stud. They were the most competitive price, beating the local mechanics by almost $200. Rodney was also very kind in helping out with the whole experience and gave my fiancé a good deal. Very happy with my experience and whenever my car starts giving me trouble I know when I’m going to go 😊.

Ive been coming here for a few years (since it was still a Goodyear). I have to say that since the change in management, things are definitely improved! Matt and Rodney even patched a tire for me for free as thanks for consumer loyalty!

I have been using this shop for the past 3 years and they haven’t disappointed yet. Every time I come in for a oil change, nail in tire, or major work they are always on it. They communicate what needs to be done and the cost so there is no surprises. This team works well together and makes sure the work gets done correctly. If I ever have questions about what is being done they show me and/ or explain it so I know where my money is going..

I have been a loyal customer for years. I came in for an oil change and when I got my car back, the check engine light was on. While I cannot definitively prove it, the workers broke the solenoid switch which cost me $190 to have replaced. The manager refused to acknowledge anything. Congratulations, you just lost all my family members. We will no longer do business with you.

For starters, I’ve been going here for almost every maintenance for the past decade and have never had to complain. Even after moving to Orange County and LA, I still choose to come here because of mainly the customer service. As someone who has no clue about cars, they will take the time to walk me through everything (especially Ralph!) I’ll keep it short and end it off by saying keep up the great work, you guys are an important part of this community!Also the new remodel looks very clean and modern!

This place is pretty amazing! The manager Alex was very helpful and help me find a great deal on all four tires on my truck. If you do not want to pay too much for tires you can just negotiate with them and they can come up with a solution that is ideal for you. Again manager Alex is pretty cool.

My Dad came here a lot before they switched to tire choice. He always told me if my car needed anything they would take care of me. I’ve taken my car In a few times now, And Ralph and Beto are the best. Other places I have gone saw a women who didn’t know anything and took advantage of that. But Beto and Ralph always took the time to explain what was wrong and why it was important to have fixed. They always take care of my car. I had an incident with my battery, alternator and Triple A, and Beto tried to talk to the triple A battery guy to replace my battery and the guy wouldn’t. My car was shaking and making a noise it didn’t before. Beto came to the rescue and took care of the issue. Ralph and Beto are the best!!!! Thank you!!

I drove in after hitting a nail in a tire and they were really busy. Alex let me know that it was going to be a little wait but he assured me that he was gonna take care of me. Another gentleman named Miguel actually did the patch and install. And did it with a smile. And all of this was IN THE RAIN. Most definitely a returning customer. Great customer service. And the wait wasn’t even really that bad. 35-40 minutes and I was done.

I love this place. Their customer service representative are amazing (Alex in particular) their mechanics are also great and very knowledgeable. I drive 1+hr (from Lancaster, CA) to this shop whenever I need my car serviced. Last time I was there and noticed they had changed their name and ownership but same crew was still there which I think was great. I highly recommend this place, ask for Alex on the front desk, he is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a tire blow out on the freeway and stopped in to get it fixed. I told the sales guy Ralph I was late for my brothers wedding in San Diego and he had my car in the shop within 10 minutes. He gave me a more than reasonable price for my tire and I was out the door within 45 minutes. I made it to the wedding just as the ring bearer was walking up the aisle. Ralph saved the day for me. I will definitely go back there for my next 3 tires.

Great service! My tire needed to be replaced and they gave me a great deal for $400 for all four wheels with service warranty and those tires will last in at least 55,000 mileage. Not only that my car was taking care right away and it was done after 45 minutes service! How awesome is that!

Worst tire shop ever I bought two previous white wall tires at a different Goodyear and I bought the other two I needed there at this place these guys install the tires they did a fairly okay job on that but they neglected to ask me if I wanted to put that black Tire shiny stuff on my new white wall tires they put it on without asking me then a week later my white walls look yellow. And I called and asked them what the heck did you guys do they said nothing then I tried getting new tires or seeing if the warranty would let me get different tires or new White Walls they said no and I kept telling them why wont my white walls go back to White they said it wasnt their problem

Had a slow leak in a tire (had a screw tag along as a hitchhiker, hate that). Remembered that Tires choice (good year cert tire center) was on the way home and Ive had good experiences in the past so what the heck.Color me surprised, other than the 10 minutes waiting for a baby to open I was in and out in another 5 to 10, tire patched and ready to go. And it was no charge, which I didnt know.Thank you Tires choice Rubidoux!!
