Mr. Joe is a great store manager of all the locations. During the last 10 years, I have been to three locations and he is the best manager without a doubt. He is very professional and gives you an accurate estimate on repairs.

Carmax sent me here for a replacement tire. A half hour later I got two tires from this place with not a penny spent. I was within my warranty at Carmax, but still, the way these guys took care of me was really lovely. Great shop.

Fast, friendly service. If you have to go there, might I suggest doing so during the a.m. hours. They tend to get dussy during the aftermoom. Wait times could de up to one hour or more.

When I say the Best Customer Service.. I was running around asking for Centric Rings, no one knew what they were. Went to Buds and I tell you he gave me a 101 on what a wheel spacer is and does... Since I was about to head back to Ga with my moms car I Inherited and he didnt have them in stock, he drove me over to a top quality rim shop (the wheel shop also excellent Customer Service))and Im omw to Ga. Called at 11:30 for a quote on 4 new tires. Received a quote right away on the phone and was told they could do it today (on a Saturday). The price was great! We arrived around noon and by 1 they were done. Customer service was great, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I had called several other places as well, and these guys even beat the price from places offering one free tire if you bought 4. We have 2 cars, a truck and a motorhome and we will for sure be using Buds for all our vehicles. Thanks you guys!

This is the only place I will take my cars. I found them several years ago and they have consistently provided excellent service. They are honest and have never tried to cheat me. Went in to get a simply alignment on my vehicle. They said they needed to inspect the truck since the alignment was was off. Dropped it off, few hours later, wanted to charge me addition $100 for the alignment cause they had to readjust the steering arms. After the alignment, it was still way off, so I just drove it home when one of the adjustable bolts flew off. The safety clips were missing. Took it back on a tow truck. They said we will take care of u. Took about 5 days to get my truck back and running. Had to pay additional $100. Front deck were pretty rude, just telling us we knew nothing about cars. Now the right side is cricket. I highly consider going somewhere else.

Yesterday afternoon I had an emergency develop with a bad alternator. I called late in the afternoon after discovering that I needed it replaced. The service writers and service techs were able to get the part and replace it right away. Service and staff were excellent and kept me informed. The people here are great! I got 4 new tires, alignment, oil change and new suspension yesterday. They gave me a great deal. Shortly after leaving the low tire sensor came on and started blinking. Brought the car back today and they are replacing the sensor for free.

Fast service grade attitude went in for an oil change. Plus they put air in your tires for free

This is not a shop that is trying to get customers in, take as much money as possible and get them out. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean and pleasant waiting area. Sat while my car was serviced and it was done in a reasonable time. I felt they were honest about what work needed to be done and what I did not need to have done, which I completely appreciate not feeling taken advantage of.

Took my Nissan 350Z in to fix a flat, but my car was so unaligned that they were all bald on the inside. They gave me a great deal on 4 new tires and an alignment. I even got a student discount. Awesome service, work was done in a day.

Great service. My go to auto mechanic shop. Fair pricing, fast service, good recommendations for repairs, very honest.Had radiator and brakes previously replaced then went in today for a transmission that was leaking. They tightened a few of the pan bolts and said, to my surprise, that they couldnt find a leak and didnt charge me. Thank you Buds.

Came here to swap a tire from a rim with a crack in it to a new rim I had purchased online. The man at the front desk was very direct and straight to the point. He asked me what I needed and after explaining to him he didnt try to rip me off like the last place I was at and told me it would be no charge. Ten minutes later my car is ready to go and I was on my way. Very good customer service and will come here for any tire needs in the future.

The manager Oscar is a great guy he makes sure you are taken care off. We take all our cars to be serviced there. The reason I couldnt give them 5 stars is because of the wait time.

They did a great job of installing a new tire once . Very friendly people and nice place. So I asked if they do engine work and they do he said. So I had them replace the timing belt on my Mitsubishi Sport about 6 months ago. After the work, from day one it rattles like marbles are in the crank now. And it is obvious that the sound is coming from the timing belt area. I took it back and they said it was a external tensioner- not part of timing belt . I then replaced all the external tensioners and it still rattles bad on cold start up. I took it back again- they said they could not find anything and gave it back with same issue- it still rattles bad on start up in morning and it was perfectly quiet before getting the belt replaced. Think twice about getting work done here.edit 7/22/2019Bud called personally after reading the review and expressed that he wanted to make my car run like it was supposed to. He very quickly bought the part that we knew was the issue and had it installed. Now runs much quieter. They did stand behind there work and i give them credit. Thank you for doing the right thing. Integrity in business is everything.

So I brought my car in for some suspension work along with a alignment and tire rotation. I get my car back and noticed they never did the tire rotation. I spent close to a grand that day. Now I have to go back once again to get something done that they were supposed to do and forgot. No charge but time consuming....

[Update] Buds was finally able to figure out was wrong with my car and also fix it. They were also very apologetic. Of course Ill continue to go to them for car repairs because as Ive said before, Ive been going to them for so long and have never really had a problem in the past. Ordered one tire .bud called down for installation. drove down said they were overbooked. come at 7.30 am. next day.2hrs 15 minutes . my file sat ready for 20 minutes. got up ask to ck out. wow. bad system in place.

I lived in Riverside before moving to Arizona. I had to return the day after Christmas to bring my mother home for her funeral. I had always used Buds for my car. On my arrival I had a flat tire and naturally went to Buds. On a busy day he got me in and out and on time for the funeral without charge. Such good people.

Took my Trans am there for 2 front tires and the young guy there took it for a test drive. Wasnt happy about that but everything else is good.

Lack of concern for customer situation. Second time they have not honored what they say and my warranty.... the owner himself had a lack of concern for my issue when he was sitting ten steps away.... Buds Tires doesn’t care about how long you been a customer nor care about how much money you have spent with them over the years.... they deserve zero! When they ask to buy into their warranty, don’t do it. Save your money.

I went in because my low tire pressure light had come on several times during the current and previous week. I had put air in the tires and the light kept coming on so I thought it was time to get new tires. I went in to Buds just after they opened, expecting to have to replace all four tires. It was busy but I was seen by a very nice gentleman who was bi-lingual English/Spanish and he took my keys and said he would be back with me shortly after he took a look at my tires. It was less than 10 minutes and he came over to me in the waiting area and told me everything was fine and my tires were in good shape it was the unusually cold weather that was affecting the warning light. He adjusted the light and sent me on my way with no charge. I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars and wouldnt have questioned it. THAT IS EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND TRUST!!! I will certainly shop there for all of my tire needs!!!!!

I recently took my sons 1998 Chevy Blazer in for service, it needed a lot of work and we didnt have a lot of money to spend. I was very thankful that his salesmen went over the things I could wait on and what work I needed to be done now. His staff is honest and very friendly every time I am there. It is nice to see that there are businesses like this that still exist, they are very rare!

Low tire notice on my car on Monday on way to appointment. Pulled in here and was quickly helped. Low air and Jesus quickly checked and filled all 4 tires. Very friendly and professional.

Had an alignment here on a 4x4 with a lift- they had no issue with it. I also had tires I bought from somewhere else mounted. They followed all the directions for an otherwise confusing request to a T. They were also able to move my TPMS units from one set of wheels to another.Great, fast service with very reasonable rates- they are not trying to just get as much from the customer as they can but make it so you come back and become a regular visitor.

Bought 8 tires from them. When you get a nail it will take 2 hours for them to serve you. Buy from Tucker Tire in Orange County you will be seen in 20 min for a nail even if they are busy. It is about customer service after I buy the product, so that I keep coming back.

I recently bought tires here good prices for my Toyota Highlander ..came back to do tire rotation and tire pressure service yesterday...i told them I had a nail in tire to get removed...waited 2 hrs tire got rotated yes but they didnt put air in tires and the nail was still in the tire which i had told them it was specifically there...they rotated the tire with the nail to the front now I cant move my truck because it has a flat front tire bad service overall ...

My cars hub got damaged so i went to my KIA dealership to buy the part. I then asked how much it would be to have someone put it on, they told me it would be 65 dollars! Thats how much i paid for the part!Being a female thats not knowledgeable in cars at all, i called various (13 to be exact) shops in the Corona/Norco/Riverside area and they were all telling me theyd charge me 35-50 dollars. Finally i just searched for the nearest Tire Shop that came up and Buds came up. At this point i was willing to pay whatever. It was my first time there but the man who helped me out treated me like i had been coming there for years. I was treated with such respect, not a moment passed where i felt like an idiot for not even knowing what the part was called (he let me know it was the hubcap). He took it to the shop and had me pull my car up. Within 5 minutes the mechanic and him had it on. He didnt even charge me. My experience at this shop was amazing. It feels great knowing I have a reliable, affordable place i can go to for my car tires needs. The staff and atmosphere of Buds is definitely top quality. I cant wait to let all my family and friends, (especially all my non car-savy females) know about Buds! Thank you so much!

My tire blew out today. Had it towed to CarMax because thats where I got it. They told me that they dont fix tires (which made me mad because whats the point of having a service center when youre not going to provide service) but that theyre connected with Buds Tire and Wheel. So I called they said they could fix it but they just had to order it. So I went and by the time I got there my tire had already arrived! The whole process took about only an hour. Im so glad because I thought I was going to be carless but no they saved my car. Experience with CarMax -100 but with Buds 5 out of 5. I really recommend coming here.

Contrary to Mr. Taylor De La Ossas review, I wish to differ. I had shopped around for the best deal as I am a retiree. Bud, not only matched the lowest price I was able to find, paid the out of state freight, and gave me a senior discount. He went the extra mile. if he sold dresses, my wife would shop at Buds instead of Nordtroms.

Brought my 2005 jeep liberty in for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation the price was fair. I live just across the street so I dropped it off in the morning and walked home. I also asked them to inspect the vehicle from top to bottom as my warranty on my vehicle was about to come to an end soon. I never received a call from them to pick up my vehicle and had to call them several hours later to make sure my car was ready. When I arrived there was no one being helped at the counter and still waited 5 minutes before someone even said anything to me. When I finally got helped the buds associate rang me up and handed me my receipt with the suggested maintenance. It had the suggested maintenance services from my previous visit that I had already taken care of. I asked him about it and mentioned to him if these things where still wrong with my car. He said they must have not updated there system. I was still concerned and asked if they found anything wrong with my vehicle this visit and he said no. So he handed me my keys and when I got in my jeep I noticed the little sticker that reminds me of my next service had the date and milage of my visit and not the suggested milage for my next vist. I really wanted to like buds tires as they are right across the street from me but I felt the service was not good enough to keep me coming back and I would rather drive down the street for good service.
