My wheel was making a clicking sound, when I came in Kevin’s son saw even before my car went into the shop the hub cap was misplaced. He fixed it in the parking lot and said it was free of charge. I took my car in this morning for an issue concerning the brakes. They had a very quick diagnostic and let me know the issue right away. Kevin really look the time to make sure I understood everything, including more long-term fixes they see as potentially happening but aren’t emergent. The mechanics here are extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. If you have a bit of a wait time on your hands you could stay in their cozy waiting room equipped with coffee machine, water, a restroom and T.V. or walk to one of the few nearby eating establishments. Definitely recommend.

Burkes Auto Repair is a great place to take your car. He is very HONEST which is hard to find these days. His rates are very reasonable. I took my car to another auto shop they quoted me $1500.00. My father in law said take to Burkes so I did, he quoted me $800.00 and I get my old parts back. I was a very happy with his work.I have taken my car back to Burkes for other reasons and he always did a GREAT job.I have always been happy with Burkes.

Took my wifes Honda civic to Burkes because her A.C. stopped working on us and summer is fast approaching. Kevin and Bryce were incredibly helpful, courteous, and got us back up and running same day. A.c. is running great, and it ended up being an electrical relay that went bad instead of the unit, and I sincerely appreciate the honesty as they couldve charged me for replacing everything and I wouldnt have been wiser. I brought my car here because there was a loud screeching when I turned my steering wheel and the staff was quick to resolve the problem to find out MAGNUSON CHANGED MY BREAK PADS AND PLACED THEM INCORRECTLY SO THE BREAK PADS WERE SCRAPING MY ROTORS. If youre looking for the most reasonable and honest place to get some work done on your car, this is the place to go. After checking other local mechanics I discovered Burkes had the lowest diagnostic fee. The work done here was quick and friendly with no hidden charges. I was told what should be done on my car and only the things that I approved were done. My car wasnt starting when I brought it in and after getting some parts and installing them my car was back to running. Give this place a call if youre hesitant, I have no doubt that youll be greeted and helped with the utmost respect.

Ive been taking a succession of cars to Burkes auto repair for, gee,a couple of decades now. I recommend them. Getting a car worked on is not cheap, here either, but I have gained a lot of confidence in them that they will fix only what really needs doing, fix it quickly and right, and stand behind their work. And, they are extremely nice to deal with, and very good at explaining what they know. I dont have much recent basis for comparison, because I am not going anywhere else, but they have been much better than my older experience at dealers, etc.

My entire family has been going to Burkes since Kevins Dad owned it and the shop was at its old location. Over the years I have recommended numerous people and they have all loved the shop. Kevin is amazing - very fairly priced and he is very honest. I have taken my car to the dealer before and been told I needed $650 worth of work, and Kevin has told me that I dont need any at all. He will NOT cheat you. One time my husband did our brakes wrong and we took it to Kevin - and he walked my husband through how to do the brakes next time... for free! Burkes is not in the best location, but it is a family owned business full of great people. You will not be sorry!

I have been taking my Toyota to Burkes Auto Repair for six years, and I will not go anywhere else. The service is highly professional and very friendly. Kevin Burke and his co-workers always explain technical problems with patience and in great detail and never overcharge.

I have used Burkes for years and they do a great job. However I called to get brake service on a 1964 Impala today and they refused my business. They do great work, but maybe they should change the pictures of classic cars on the google website if they are going to refuse to work on them. Anyways, times must be good if you are turning away business.

Great guys, helpful service.I took an older vehicle in to them for a wheel bearing job. While they were preparing for that, they found another problem. They let me keep the vehicle in their lot and gave me a lot of advice trying to track down the rare aftermarket part required, and when I decided to let the car go, they didnt charge me anything.

I came here when my AC was acting up. Long story short, Kevin was extremely helpful. He gave me options and didnt charge for the advice! Since I decided against the costly and barely beneficial AC repair, I came back to him for a tune up/oil change before moving to Oregon. He had appointments the next day, thoroughly checked the car and had it done after a few hours.I have never had a better experience with a mechanic! (And Im not just saying that. This place is very unprofessional and I will not be returning, ever! I went to get a diagnostic and they broke my key. After notifying them the manager told me it was my problem and they didnt break it. Funny how my key is in good condition then arrives broken when I get home. Its 2017 nothing surprises me anymore.
