Super unresponsive, got agitated with my several questions and then hung up on me and refused to answer. wouldnt let me to a manager. awful awful awful. the OWNER is attempting to lie about the situation. i am not from any company nor have i worked with them. this was my true and honest experience with this company. i made ONE request with them and they blew up on me because others made similar requests and took it out on me. disgraceful

Avoid this place! We did our taxes 5+yrs. here and they would change the amount on our refund they are liars stealing money from hard working people. The way we found out was by the way our check was given it does not state that is from the IRS. Please be careful.

Central Pro is the pinnacle of professionalism and kindness, the likes of which weve only seen in phony TV ads. The staff there displays the utmost in customer service and quality in their work. Aside from being handsome as all get out, Franco is extremely helpful, and if he cared about my taxes anymore, he would in fact be me. I sincerely wish there were more than five stars to rate Central Pro Insurance with, because if there were, theyd have the entire milky way galaxy.

This place has been recommended from a friend of mine who prepared her taxes there last year. Ive always gone to h&r block in the past but they start to charge too much in my opinion so I decided to give it a try.The place is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. I asked for Adriana, she is the owner of the office and the one who takes care of tax preparation. She is an expert and very detailed in her work. She gave me a great refund! Much better than what I used to get! She really cares about your needs and takes the time to explain you everything.I really recommend Central Pro Insurance to anyone. For tax preparation they are the best in Riverside. Ill come back next year for sure!

I did my taxes with them for 2014, and they did fraud, they put down things that where not true and kept the extra income from it, I am now 5000$ in debt, and since you sign off on liability, there is nothing you can do, freinds and family that I have recommended to the same place have had a similar experience, avoid this place

More than a month to grab your check every time you have to sign something .... It is MY last year ... It is not so efficient
