Called is get an estimate and the guy helping me was rude. He asked me a question and I didn’t understand and he gave me attitude when he repeated it back. I had him on speaker and my family also caught the attitude. Just overall bad customer service

Uhhhh yeah i dont know about any of the services but just the fact that this lady had me and like 3 other people waiting for over an hour is very unprofessional. Why dont you just open till 10 instead of saying you open at 9 and making people wait? We have things to do too. J S.
