By far the best insurance office I have ever dealt with. I have had State Farm for over 10 years and dont plan on going anywhere. Staff is very knowledgeable. Erika is AWESOME! She is very personable and always makes me feel like family and as if my policy is top priority with whichever question or concern I may have.

My experience with the office has been great. Its always a pleasure talking to the girls in the office. My claim was handled very fast!

I have attempted to change my address 3 times. What they have on the system is correct. However, Im still getting mail forwarded from my old address, which is causing a major delay in receiving notices. Including a cancellation notice from an automatic payment that should have come out, but didnt, because they have the wrong card # on file FOR THE SECOND TIME. Beyond frustrated and getting no assistance from the Office Manager. I will take the funds to re-instate my insurance and find insurance elsewhere. This has been going on since November 2016.
