Friendly services and theyre super professional. A little pricey but the work is worth it! Their tint material is legit. They have that special ceramic material so you know it is great quality. System upgraded and it hits hard. Very satisfied with the results. I had to leave and come back because they were busy but they courtesy called me to let me know whats up. I will definitely be coming here for all my car needs that they handle here.

Got 4 door speakers and a 4 channel amplifier (255 W RMS x 4 ch) done here rather than installing myself because I had recently injured my back. It is my interpretation that what was requested to the older salesperson in front never made it to the installer in the back (younger guy was cool but he wasnt the person I was communicating to about the install, just talked to him during my wait for the install).After confirming with the salesperson in the front that I would need new speaker wire due to the amplifier putting out more power than the stock speaker wire was rated for, the installer still used the stock wiring that began to cause problems within a week. The wire began to melt its insulation at my driver rear speaker and began shorting to the metal of the car, causing the speaker to blow and my amplifier to go into protection because it was grounding out from this contact.The RCA for the amplifier was ran with the power wire, something any installer should know when using high power amplifiers especially in a vehicle that has a high output alternator (I told them the car had this and they would see it when connecting to my battery). Due to the higher amount of power in the power wire and close proximity of the RCA, the speakers would whine at higher RPM when the alternator was giving higher amounts of power due to the interference.Despite being told that I would be receiving my stock speakers back from the salesperson in front, the installer gutted my stock speakers to use them as brackets for my aftermarket speakers. Because of this when I sold this car, I had to buy new speakers to take my speakers out. Not only that, but since it was not properly mounted in a new bracket there were air gaps reducing volume and creating more rattles as the high power mid would shake in the improper mounting.After recovering enough to be able to fix this, the only salvageable part of their installation was the running of the power wire and I had to redo every other part of the installation. Due to my impatience to wait to do it myself, I paid for installation and a new speaker, yet I ended up having to do the install myself anyways. Take your car and your money to somewhere that takes pride in doing their work properly rather than cutting corners. They are cheap and you get what you pay for.

This place is shady and I would not go back. I called ahead and they said to come right in but when I arrived the person there could not help me and I had to wait for someone else. There was a ton of confusion about a setting for the stereo I wanted installed. It could not be set the way I initially wanted and they explained that and I said ok. Then they explained it again and had someone else explain it. I kept saying it was fine and they made it seem like a huge deal. One guy quoted me a price then the guy ringing me up asked of it was a cash price. He had to talk to the other guy again before he could charge me. I wish the prices had been clearly listed. Then halfway through they realized they were missing a part, which I had failed to give them. They made me come back it and go in the back to talk to the tech who showed me the part I needed. It looked like a leftover from another install. So I asked how much for the part and without looking anything up a guy said $20. I said its a cheap cable adapter that can be gotten online for a couple bucks. But since they had already charged my card over $200 to install a radio I provided I agreed to then$20 but made it clear it was a bad business practice to make up prices. They got everything done and it was working fine but now a few weeks later there are cables dangling down by the pedals because they were not properly secured. I dont trust them enough to go back to get it fixed. I would give them one star but Im saving that for something really special. These guys were just shady and did bad work.

Quality fast service for stereo and tinting.

I had new aftermarket headlights installed on my Toyota FJ Cruiser by Auto Stereo Riverside. They looked great, however, the signal lights would randomly shut off after a few seconds. After taking the truck back to them to check out the work, Jimmy mentioned to me that lights where bad and told me that at no extra charge he would install replacements. After I received the replacements, Auto Stereo Riverside re-installed them at no extra charge just as Jimmy stated. He is a class act, so give them a visit for your vehicle electronic needs.

Went in for a sub and amp install and they did it pretty fast, good price too in my opinion.

Custom enclosed sub box for F250 crew cab for wifes birthday (her truck) great job, busy place so expect to wait awhile, but the system sounds great and the install looks good.

Went here to get my daughters Mini Cooper Windows tinted. Jimmy was very helpful.Went back the next day to look at stereos for the same car. He showed me what options I had and never tried to upsale me or make me get more than what I needed. He was super helpful and friendly. The windows are stereo are great. Definitely recommend them

Im the typical I tried installing it myself but it doesnt work. Customer and with my busy schedule I wasnt able to make it in during business hours. These guys are so good he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was over the phone!!! I had to have my mother take the car while I was at work and she said they were super helpful and nice! All said and done I had missed a wire and they hooked it up and everything was perfect and at a really low Diagnostic charge! I highly recommend these guys!

This is my stereo shop because they always help me out and hook it up!! They fixed my windows and put a system in my explorer in a few hours. This is my 4th truck I brought here and they fixed everything, Im very happy with my windows and system!! I been taking and referring people here for over 10 years!!!

Everyone read the reviews and responses.These dudes are completely out to rip you off. They tried telling me I need a new stereo and wiring for $400 +. Went to a different shop and guess what? It was 1 broken wire, which they fixed free of charge. Youll definitely get a complaint from both the BBB and California BAR, I have documented proof of what you tried to pull off.

Owner operated store with great service, but a tad more expensive than other shops in the area. In the end I opted to pay extra 5-10% because I liked the staff.

I just purchased a great car stereo and speakers! The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. Moe helped me with my purchase and was very polite and knowledgeable. I am 66 and have never purchased a car stereo and Moe explained all of the features of each stereo in detail. The installation was done very quickly (less than 1/2 hour) and when it was completed Moe sat out in my truck with me and explained how everything works. He even programmed my radio stations for me. I would definitely recommend this place. Ask for Moe!

Had issues with a stereo that I purchased close to a year ago. Jimmy had no problems taking it in and getting it to work (found out it was a user issue and not the radio). I highly recommend Auto Stereo! They do excellent work and stand behind their products. My only place now to buy stereos!

I had an alarm installed 4 MI small car they were average price they worked on it for about 2 hours the staff was very nice personable theyre set with their prices. I still think its a good place to have maybe stereos alarms anything you need when it comes to audio to your car.

If you value customer service DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP. After the experience I had here, I would not send my worst enemy here to get their tires checked. This place is horrible and in need of some serious management changes. The company that referred me here actually comped me after the way I was treated in this establishment. I will be going on every site I can think of to write of the horrible treatment I received here. I had my own amp and speaker box and bought touch screen pioneer and they still charged me over $500+ when I spent about $150 total on equipment. 🤔🤬 ridiculous. I will never go back. Screw me once and I will never come back and word of mouth is a business best friend. SMMFH

This has got to me the worst place to take your car. I do not recommend it. I called to make an appointment and let them know I didnt have my receipt. They called me back and told me they had found it and made an appointment for later that day. I went in and they told me I had gotten scheduled wrong, that I was right but who scheduled me was wrong. I rescheduled my appointment and came in 3 hours early just to make sure they did have me for that day then I come back at the time of my appointment and they tell me that they cant help me because they dont know who I spoke to but they dont have my paperwork but they can give me a deal. That is complete crap the way they tried to brush off and say I didnt talk to them and I hadnt called them to tell them. I would NOT recommend this place. Go to Pacific Stereo in Riverside instead. I would rate them zero stars but I cant.

Bought an amp, and had installation, first they quoted $175 for the amp with install, then called 2 hours later to say that we needed to pay for wiring, said that wasnt apart of the install price. Are you kidding me, so then we get it back the next day, no sound now, horrible will never go back. Now I have to take it somewhere else in order to have it fixed.

Very cool, basically went in for a window tint and added some more things, all at a comparable and decent price, not bad of an experience i would say.

Went by with my vehicle to get a price. When I dropped the car off in the morning to get the work done 2 days later, I was called that afternoon and told they wouldnt work on it. I explained that I was leaving on a trip and needed a stereo and was told the owner didnt want to do the work. I had to find another shop to get my stereo installed and fortunately I found Pacific Stereo who took care of the install and went above and beyond getting the best reception possible by upgrading my antenna. Never would visit Auto Stereo of Riverside again.

I have a 2005 Silverado and asked them to install a double din with rear view camera which the guy told me it was going to be $125 with everything working the way it supposed to after 30 mins he called and said I needed to buy a microphone for $40 so bluetooth works as well even though he had told me $125 for everything to work I agreed so took my total to $165 a couple of days after installation I got an error message and had no sound so I went in so they can fix and now they are telling me I have to pay $75 so they can bypass factory amp!! Thats $240 for something they promised would be $125...I should of waited for the stereo shop that I usually go to but they were too busy so decided to try these guys out and regret it. horrible way of running a business....respond to owner...no thats not bad thats great but you obviously miss the point of the review and maybe thats why you lack the knowledge on how to run a business...you should give customers the correct price from the start instead of giving a number to hook the customer and keep on ripping people off by adding stuff you said I was getting for a certain price from the beginning. Look at all the reviews it obviously shows that you have the same issue with many customers...train your guys better on service writing cause you can tell just like you...they dont know how to do business.

Hi, I came in last week for my Nissan Versa Note SV back up camera and service was excellent. Jimmy was great and even provide me wireless interface worth 100$ along with in Dash to work. FYI - When I called Jimmy Today and he was thinking I reviewed with the name Manpreet Bath and gave them bad review. I just called Jimmy and clear the confusion. This place is terrible. First of all didnt replace the wired they said they were going to. Didnt leave any extra to have wiggle room. And to top it off used mixed and matched harware to strap it all down so in professional. It gets WORSE they blew my $400 2000w amp and basically told me Im screwed and they cant do anything. Been Coming here for years and never had an issue. had my 3 cars tinted. though they are not the cheapest on tint, they do a very good job, so Im happy with that. you get what you pay for. I also had them install a radio for me in my moms van and she loves it.. They are friendly and easy to deal with. They normally do everything while you wait and pretty fair with the pricing. they have a lot of stuff in stock so pretty easy to find something for your price range. Im not sure why the negative comments, I deal with a guy named Jimmy and hes always pretty chill and actually pretty funny dude. I would recommend this place to others.. Maybe the bad reviews were with other employees cuz honestly i dont get that negative vibe some of the others are talking about.. Ive been into the car audio scene all my life and i use these guys a lot and its been legit. ya its not the biggest or prettiest shop Ive ever been to but its a stereo shop not a 5 star restaurant lol.. just price check the stuff before you buy and they will match it.. i did that on my alarm and they matched a best buy black friday special.. Maybe they changed but i say its a cool shop with reasonable prices..

Had the worst experience ever here . I came to buy a touch screen radio and a couple of days later it stopped working completely and then I noticed that wires were hanging out from the bottom where the gas and brake pedal were . I called them and asked for a refund but they said no refunds and then told me to bring it on in . They had me sitting around waiting for hours and they couldnt understand why I was upset . I paid almost $700 and Im expecting it to work right the first time . They though that it was an error with the radio but the error said it clearly on the radio screen tha it was a miswireing error which means that they didnt put it in correctly . Do not come here they have no clue what they doing . They didnt even offer an apology or something for the inconvenience

So i called for a price over the phone for keyless entry. I get there and the guy Sam says he didnt charge me for this or that and forgot to add tax and labor. In the end the price jumped a $100 from what was told to me over the phone. I just left and was dissapointed.

Very bad service I have a chevy Silverado 2007 I bought all the vosinas for my alpine brand truck I only went to replace them and they told me that I had to buy more things I bought them in the end they were $ 750 dollars and I paid them after I got in the truck I heard a lot of noise which was not so before I came back and what they did is that they cut the wires from the front doors and said that it was all they could do, so I left it to not argue but in Seri they did not attend that place because It is a very bad service
