I came to the riverside address looking for this shop and it does not exist here anymore. This needs to be updated so people know that its gone. sadly was looking forward to seeing the shop and what it has to offer.

Not to interested in its customers (if they dont fit their profile) Second time dealing with this company in 2weeks. My daughter went in to buy a ukulele and today when I called for voice lessons. Very vague. I am starting to question if they are in the business to sell. If I have to ask repetitive questions, viewpoint questions followed by a secondary question cause you couldnt thoroughly answer my first question. #exhausting they have a great selection of musical instruments but dont expect a whole lot of help or information. they are the sit behind the counter kinda shop. In both cases I bought a ukulele from someone else and I am getting on the web to search for a vocal instructor direct

Saved our Church money and also got us all the products quickly. These guys are bookmarked. From our first conversation they were very professional and knew exactly what they were talking about.

Poor customer service. No on site repairs. Experienced major scheduling issues with lessons. The owner John argues with customers and is totally unprofessional.
