Fantastic experience! John was my driver and he was great! Also had a very comfortable vehicle. The communication was seamless, were on time and courteous, their driving was excellent, the cars were beautiful. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Easily the best limo service in Riverside! They were very responsive to all my needs and very fast with their service. The drivers were super professional and nice to my guests and I will definitely will use their services in the future.

They didnt make you feel more comfortable or consider that we are purchasing a limo for how ever long without seeing it not knowing the standards how it looks nothing. Not to mention the deposit was only suppose to be 50 dollars without notifing me before charging me 58 dollars they just ran my card. Its only 8 dollars but due to my dad being hospitalized I had to cancel I knew I would lose all 50 but not 58 thats my hard earned money I dont care if it was .50 cents its the principle. I asked for pictures of the limo they sent me none of the inside and maybe 3 or 4 of the outside being covered by the big group in the picture super frustrating I had to reach out multiple times for those lame pictures. Then when I canceled THEY told me theyd send me a copy of the cancelation IM STILL WAITING.

We hired them to give a customized tour and they attended to every detail, listed to our needs and came through. Their driver was professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a success.

Perfect Transportation Limousine and Sedans is wonderful. He is incredibly responsive, on time, very kind and thoughtful. My group of 8 spent the day..... the Escalade limo was perfect! Air conditioning ran cold...speakers were clear and loud throughout! Seats were in very good shape and comfortable! It also had two coolers full of ice cold water and soda waiting for us...!!

My experience with the Perfect Limo was excellent. I called and they answered promptly. Albert guided me thru my kids Prom reservation and he reassured me that my kids will be well taken care of and safe. Michael arrived on time and made me feel comfortable. He gave me and the other parents his number and he was willing to send us updates if even they arrived to dinner, prom location and when they were on the way back home with an ETA to arrive to my house.
