Our bus was dirty, the AC didnt work so it was very hot! I contacted the company for compensation due to the poor condition of the bus and NEVER received a response! Will NEVER use them again!

Had the best time, we had the best service and the most courteous driver. Daryll gave us VIP service. I would definitely use them again.

We are very pleased that we chose Pilot Limousine Service for our Wedding transportation needs. We used Pilot for both our rehearsal dinner as well as our wedding day. This company was highly recommended by our wedding venue. On Friday we rented a Party bus to transfer the bridal party and some distinguish guests from hotel to venue to restaurant and back to the hotel. Pierre was our driver and he was great. By being there early he helps eliminate my nervous worries about Friday traffic! The bus was clean with a great working AC and the sound system was phenomenal.On Saturday I was beyond impressed with Pilot Limousine Service. Our driver, Jessie, was exceptional. He gave us the royal treatment when we left the church. Having a stretch limousine with Red Carpet roll out “Just Married” sign and chilled champagne waiting for us was perfect! He even brought everyone water bottles during Pictures. I could not have asked for better service and the price was great.

So I finally decided to drop a few words for these guys. From making my initial reservation with Eric to the fallow up communication with the company & especially the experience on the beautiful stretch limousine was all top class service. After booking, I received a detailed confirmation receipt with an itemized bill. The driver came on time, actually 15 minutes prior my scheduled time. The car was clean with a well stocked bar. We even had a red Carpet roll out for my wife’s birthday. Thank you guys for the chilled bottle of champagne! My wife loves it. She is still talking about her birthday limo experience to all of her friends. And compliment me for doing my homework and hired a great company for her special 30th. You guys rock!!!

Our service was personalized to the details.With a group of 18, we went wine tasting for my best friend bachelorette party. We reserved a limo bus from Pilot and it was great. Their New Party Bus was exactly as pictured/promised. They even decorated it with our theme everything was pink inside. They had clean flutes on board for the complimentary champagne that they provided and extra wine glasses for us to use. The party was definitely in the bus ride. We even cancelled some of the wineries on our list and stayed party in the limo bus to cruise around. The driver was easy going and makes it fun for all of us. Thank you Pilot Limo you are the best!

These guys are on time all the time both in picking me up and dropping me off. It is always a comfortable ride to the airport. They open your door for you and put your bag in the trunk (if you want it in the trunk) and appear to be happy to do it.Vehicles are clean, comfortable and magnitudes better than riding a shuttle or taxi to the airport.

Very classy limousine service...My buddys and I used Pilot Limousine for a bachelor party a few weekends ago. We originally were just going to order s standard sedan limousine, but Erick told us about a party bus that they had just recently added to their option of limousine, and after seeing it we decided to go with it. The bus was decked out in neon lights, flat screen tv, bar, everything. It really made my buddys last day of freedom memorable for all of us. The driver was also very cool, and down to earth. I definitely recommend these guys

I got this account solely to write this review. I am very dissatisfied. I really feel robbed and cheated. What he does is have you agree to one like stretch hummer and he throws in the wedding or birthday day theme. I asked how much it was without and he said the same. And yes we are talking about erik so he will change his name soon. All the reviews are about him. He has been that dishonest with me. I paid months in advance for a hummer that sat 20 people for $750 with the red carpet and birthday decorations like on the website. What did I get? A van that sat 15 with no decorations he called a bus. I am so upset! I got this for my niece on her birthday. I had already told her I got what she wanted which was a stretch hummer. She is such a good girl that that when the van pulled up she just hoped in it with her friends and had good time so it did not matter what they went in. But this was kind of a big deal for me. At my job I get you what you pay for. He did everything but. The way he gets away with it is at the last minute. What are you going to do? Your event is now. He jumps on that because he is a thief!!!P.S. The van was a free upgrade he said

Thank you all for helping to make my friends bachelorette a big success! I had absolutely no idea what to do as I am from Dallas and have only been to California one other time. The night was awesome and the driver knew all the best places to go. The driver you sent was very nice and it was fun and cool to have someone open the doors. It meant a lot that you took the extra time to help me through the whole process. I know I wont be renting a limo for a long time, but you can bet I will tell me friends to call Pilot! Thanks again!

Excellet service. I travel frequently for work and use pilot for transportation to the airport. Always on time. Drivers are very friendly and professional.

I hired them for my daughters quinceañera and the only reason I hired them was because they offered a quinceañera package which was.....a red carpet, apple cider, balloons and a happy birthday banner...they didnt do any of that 😡😠 the driver got to the church early and my daughter and her court were dropped off early...they were confused about the time which we received an email before on the times we had confirmed..and the court was complaining that the air conditioner wasnt really blowing out cold air so they complained it was hot inside the limo.Really disappointed!!!

Ripped me off.....owner/driver will charge you more the next day dont recommend it
