Very rude, no customer service. You will not get any email confirmation. Will only take cash the day of. Never was informed that it had to be a 4 hour minimum at the time of booking. Got mad with me because my church changed the reception time and said they had to book people around me, which is a lie. Then just rudely hung up the phone. Take your money and business elsewhere. This is the kind of treatment I got over the phone I can’t imagine what a nightmare it would have been the day of my wedding.

When I called the salesperson was automatically defensive saying not to worry about alcohol as they are not allowed to have it since they are under aged and if caught they had to be picked up by a parent. Ummm, ok. Im assuming something just happened & he was upset about it. Other than that I was disappointed to find a nice dent in the side of the car. Honestly, if you are paying for this service there should be no dents and the car should be in tip top shape. Driver was very nice & on time.

This company was recommended be another company which I was writing a review for so thought I would review Amazing Limo while in the process. Amazing did a fine job. Would recommend and will use in the future. On another note: it seems difficult to locate specific companies on google maps, would not give a good rating to google itself.

Rick and Art were the two that drove our group of three to & from LAX on for an international trip. Both of them were stellar professional in all ways. Worth every penny.

Called to get a quote, person who answered was combative and extremely rude. I did not book with this company for that reason. You can only make 1 first impression.
