I was going through a very difficult time.. and the gentleman running the office was awesome.. friendly.. very helpful.. and also very compassionate in his dealings with me.. He obviously could see my situation.. I definitely feel I was lead to this location .. He was very helpful! and made my difficult circumstances much more manageable!.. Even leaving a smile on my face amidst tears.. If ever I find myself back in Rio Rancho needing storage or a U Haul..
