I went to get my nails dip like I do usually. One day later my is lifting up from the dip powder. I call the gentleman told me to come in so it can be redone. I get here he tell me that it’s up to the person that did my Nails. False information from the owner. They wanted me to pay another price. No you gone have to call the police. I’m not going. These people always trying to get over on other people.

I went to this shop on Friday evening to get full gel set . Today is Wednesday and my nails has all ready started to lift as in if I need a fill in . I have been getting my nails done a long time and I know for a Fact that gel set does not suppose to be lifting in a week . Gel set is 50.00 flat to so there has to be some quality in them. Very poor service .

Came for a chin wax, asked the price and she said Id have to look to tell. She said 20, the usual cost is 10-12. I know I didnt have to get it done but I was omw to work. She said if you want a discount leave a tip haha...girl😒😒I couldve plucked for free.

Ok so I’ve been going here for some time now and I get everything done. Nails,Toes, brows, lashes you name it ! I moved to Texas and guess what ! I still make a trip to Mississippi to see the staff here because there is no place like home and the ppl here make me feel exactly like that. Like I’m home! Good services and great prices ! I will forever be a customer. I highly recommend!

The guy that’s in there does a great job on my nails. . At first he told me $20 for gel polish and I said okay. He went on to tell me I could pay $10 just for today. When I told one of the ladies that checked me out what he said, she got really rude with me and started yelling in front of other customers. I was really embarrassed. I went on to tell her a few times she did not have to yell at me. I felt really embarrassed because there was a better way she could of handled especially being that she is the manager. For that purpose, I will not be going back.

I was asked about my weight and was told that i was suppose to be charged because i am a bigger women. Honestly, i usually dont write reviews, but ive gone to over 50 nail shops and have never been told that i was to big to receive adequate service. Really, i was welcomed to many places because of my big personality not my size. I am very disappointed in this place with so much potential.😟😟😟

Tips and Toes is my favorite nail shop in N. Jackson. I am always pleased with the level of service there. I have many options to choose from in gel polish, and Im very pleased with that. I recommend tips and toes every chance I get.

They over charge you!!! Everytime I have went they have charged me different prices adding their own to the original price ! I got short square nails and they charged me as if I got long nails with custom style which I paid the same price for prior to the short nails ! I had a problem the last 3 times I have went and I said something about it and it seems that she charged me even more after ! I will not be going back they are not worth it and I have witnessed the manager scream at another lady about the same problem

I stopped here to get a fill-in and the guy who did my nails didnt even talk to me but he did text throughout me getting my nails done. I asked for a cut down and he didnt ask me how short just cut them down as far as he liked and kept moving. When he finished the set he just told me to wash my hands and didnt even put cuticle oil on my hands. He would leave me waiting while he sent texts on his phone. A little conversation and professionalism goes a long way when people are paying for services. While he did a decent job on my fill in, he was rude.

Terrible. Can not do dip powder. Nails are wavy with lots of chemical reactions. Please do not waste time and money. Worst place to get nails done ever!!!

Okay job mostly, but the guy who did my fill-in was a bit rude & there was nothing said not even a greeting, he only told me to wash my hands and didn’t even put any cuticle oil on first and on the nails was not drilled down properly and left a jump on my nail.
