Services are done quickly but without sacrificing any quality. They have a large number of employees and available tables/pedicure chairs on any given day but I will say that you probably want an appointment if you need a specific time on the weekends or around a holiday because they can get quite busy. However, they always accept walk-ins and are pretty good about estimating an accurate wait time.

It was my first time at this place and I MOST DEFINITELY will be going back. I got the organic pedicure which consisted of the jelly water, hot rocks, paraffin wax, hot towels, and some other things. It was the best thing money could buy. Myra did an excellent job!!!

First time here! Quick and easy! I called 40 minutes before they closed while near by and was able to be fit in. Jay did my pedicure and it was neat and quick. Clean inside and theyre prompt at greeting you and getting you settled in with water/wine/soda. Will be back :)

I went and got this set a couple of weeks ago and it was $65. Yesterday I went to go get a fill in and gel polish-i had all my nails, not one nail was missing and she charged me $62 for a fill in and polish!! And look at this work, its sloppy and my nails are big and bulky and she asked, do you like your nail? I responded saying, no, I dont. And she said, ooooh, have a good day. And there was this one time, they forgot to put the top coat on my toenail polish and it smeared everywhere. I would not recommend. Very unprofessional!!

This salon always takes good care of me! I made an appt with my favorite nail tech for 6pm today but couldnt see him until a little after 7 because shes very popular and phenomenal at what she does. The salon offered me a generous discount for my wait which was pleasant. I didnt want to reschedule since my nails always come out perfect! I will continue to recommend this salon.

They was not friendly one of the ladies told my 5 year old to shut up and also snatched her money from her. They charged 5 year-olds all that money for gel polish and on the way home one of my 5 year old polish came off. I felt a bad vibe and the negative energy toward my family.

I called and made an appointment. Customer service was excellent, parking is amazing, no wait. But guys just look at my nails. WOW guys she actually took care of my nails. My nails look soo good. I would definitely recommend her. But rather not so you guys dont steal her away from me. Will definitely come back.

We came to LA for a photo shoot for my daughter and we were early and just had enough time to get her nails done and we went to two places before coming here. They squeezed her right in and they are Sooo nice. Flower did my daughters nails and we told her we were doing a photo shoot and were in a rush and she rushed for us and still did a wonderful job. Very nice place in a nice area with good prices. If we lived here we would come back.

This place is by far my favorite place for a mani/pedi. The staff is always SUPER friendly, their service is always very timely and its also an added bonus to enjoy the best spa treatment while sipping on a glass of merlot! Ive been coming here for about a year after my old salon changed management and their quality went down. Ive never had any issues with rude employees or feeling rushed through my services. If you have any issues with your nails they go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. I will continue to frequent every time I get my nails done and I recommend them to all my friends.

This salon saved my nails! I had gotten a dip manicure at a different salon that began chipping off and destroying my nails in less than two weeks, so I decided to stop by here to get the rest of the powder removed and a regular manicure to hide the horrid state my nails were in. Not only my tech was able to easily remove the rest of my dip without any damage, but she was able to completely transform my other damaged nails and make them look normal again. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into my nails and am very happy I decided to stop by here. Its safe to say I found my new nail place in town!

Ive been coming here for 3 years and the only place thats does an amazing job. Ive tried other places in downtown and the service is not the same. Even on busy days, they still take the time needed with every client. I go to the manager for my mani and any nail designs since shes the pro. She is great and gives the best foot massage. Everyone here is awesome!

My nail tech was super sweet but my nails were very rushed. They are not clean and I have acrylic on my hands. I tipped $10 to leave with dry cuticles and sloppy work. Again, loved my nail tech though.

This salon is great. Very friendly front desk, and they constantly asked me if I needed anything. I have been hesitant to get acrylic nails because salons have previously done them poorly. This place has wonderful technicians who will give you exactly what you want. Cant wait to go back.

Very bad customer service and work ethic. Rushing and talking ugly during my visit. Acrylic all on my skin and a hair even in one of my nails! Manager came to take over after I asked them to stop and just remove the nails they had already put on. Nails look horrible! Never again! Do not recommend!

Nail tech was horrible & did a rush job on my nails so she could run to do pedicures. My new set was thick & lumpy & she attempted to do a style she clearly didnt know how to do instead of saying upfront she couldnt do it. Unless you are going to Shanna or the shop Manager, dont waste your time or money.

From the moment you walk in the customer service in this place is absolutely incredible. From reading comments before about how busy they get on the weekend I showed up before they opened so I could be first in. My nail tech explained exactly how much my service was going to cost before he started anything and asked me if it was okay. I definitely see myself coming here from now on.

Ive been coming here every 3 weeks or so for the past year to get SNS & a manicure. Ive never waited more than 10/15 minutes, and usually I am seated immediately. They are always fully staffed, super friendly, and work quickly. My favorite nail salon in town by far. Literally no comparison.

I came in here with zero expectations except just to get a manicure and pedicure. I walked through the doors and the atmosphere screams sophistication! I was welcomed with a big smile by whom I believe was the owner. The prices were reasonable. I am so excited because I have Been looking for a place to call my relaxation retreat and I truly believe I have found it.

Omg love my nails and I probably just had the best pedicure I ever had in my life!! Im 5 months pregnant so my ankles have been so swollen and their pedicure really did the trick! Swelling went down and no pain. Highly recommend!!

Haven’t been here in years...didnt care for the way Hannah did my brows but they were my last resort. I have a broken foot and desperately wanted a pedicure....the guy was really gentle with my injured foot and it actually felt pretty good once he was done

I absolutely love getting my pedicure done here. I HIGHLY recommend booking an appointment(they can do same day). The application is flawless, theyre reasonably priced and have lots options to choose from. They have the best pedicure. If you want the best pedicure I would say youve found your shop!

This place is great! We called ahead and they were happy to fit in an appointment for us right before close. The staff was very nice and welcoming as well as. I was very pleased with the end result, believe me, you will want to return. I was so impressed I sent my mom the next day.

They use a cheap gel top coat that ends up chipping on my dip powder nails. Overpriced. Paid $51 for this set and they do a way better job outwest for about $36. Also the nail tech i saw didn’t know the difference between acrylics and dip, said i was tripping until another tech came & confirmed my facts. They’re also uneven and lumpy at angles.

Enjoyed my relaxing visit to the salon. I got a pedicure. She was very thorough. She was also great when i asked to not cut my cuticles. Sometimes this can be a challenge and they do it anyway (at other places) but not here! The massage at the end was also fantastic and went beyond the basic quick hand/arm massage. This is my nail salon! I have tried many many different salons over the past few years and never found one I wanted to go back to. Lee nails is the best. I always get a pedi and shellac polish and it is amazing. The staff is friendly and efficient. This is the only place I go to now.

Walked into the Salon without an appointment after reading Google reviews. The receptionist showed me all the colors they had. After choosing my color i got seated into a very comfy chair. PS the spa is spacious beautiful and very relaxing. Will definitely go back!

I gave a 4 because she didnt clean my hands after my soak off so I had hard stuff all over my fingers. She also didnt put any oil on my cuticles. But everything else was wonderful. I went to three nail shops and decided on this one. The prices were reasonable, they get u in and out, and are very friendly. First of many visits.

One thing I noticed was how clean and sanitary they were while working on me. They open a sealed pack of nail tools right in front of you and get to work. Also within in seconds of completing the pedicure, It was already cleaning and sanitizing the pedicure tub to prepare for the next client. These ladies sent me on my way with a file, buffer and a first class nail job. I will definitely return and although they accepted me as a walk-in, I will probably book appointments going forward to make sure I get to request the same ladies again.

Extremely happy with this salon! Everyone was friendly and you are treated like an old family friend! Beverages were offered, the owner greeted us at the door and escorted us to our seats. It was phenomenal and explained everything was doing and made recommendations when I was undecided about what I wanted but there was no pressure! No upselling! Everything went wrong. I asked for the best tech the lady said all of us are good. With that being said table 10 did the worse pedicure and nail job I have ever had. My toe nail polish did not match he put one coat on one foot and I assume 2 coats on the other foot. As soon as I got home my nails chipped so I went back the next day and the day after that they chipped again. I went back a lady re did the fingers that were messed up and she fixed my toes. She was so sweetBut yesterday my pinky chipped. I decided not to go back to get it fixed. It’s just not worth it. They are in a hurry and the quality I received was very very poor. This use to be my go to spot but over the last 3-4 months I have not been pleased at all..especially my last visit which was 1 week ago. To travel 30 miles out for dip services and then 2 days later it is chipping off is a huge disappointment! i was trying to hold this in but the continued chipping has truly frustrated me.Don’t get me wrong they are very welcoming and prompt..... But the dip service is not it.

They have horrible customer service!!!!! And the man who did my nails did them so fast not fully covering the nail! The nails are half polished! And one of the workers got an attitude when i asked him to use my shoes instead of the fake shoes they have! I will not be back to this place!!!!!

That was a first for me, but I didnt mind. Prices are comparable to other places Ive gotten a gel manicure and pedicure at the same time.

This is my go to place! I enjoy the staff! They are so polite and extremely talented. They listen to what you want and deliver each and every time. The salon is always clean and the price is affordable. Saturdays tend to be their busiest time (just like any nail salon) but its worth the wait. I tend to go on weekdays for shorter wait times.

Long post alert, I would’ve given Zero stars but there wasn’t an option. I’ve never felt inclined to leave a review however I would hate for anyone to have the experience I had. I usually go to classy nails however since I was in already on the mall I decided to stop here as the reviews were decent. Right away I knew there would be issues, there were two techs working on my nails at one time and they seemed to be rushing through. I got a full set using dip and the tech kept forgetting to dip all of my fingers he constantly had to be reminded. Within 15 minutes they were completely done with. Never have I had a full set done so quickly. After 3 days nails starting falling off just from doing simple tasks such as getting dressed or scratching my head. I called to bring this to their attention and go figure they knew what I would say before I even explained and I was told to come by the next day and they would fix it. They “fixed” my nails and here I am two days later right a review as two more nails have fallen off. After paying $50 for nails I expect them to last more than 3 days, I’ll never be going back and neither should anyone else!Update* after being told to come in and have my nails fixed free of charge I go against my better judgement. The techs were extremely rude one even started cursing and making a big deal about me being there. After waiting for 20 minutes someone finally decided to help. I told them that I would just like a full acrylic set as I was not pleased with their dip nails. I was told if I did not want dip then they could not help. What I wanted was far less expensive than what I originally paid for but still they did not “fix my nails” as I was told. This place is a joke and so are the rude employees they have horrible customer service. I would rather throw money in the garbage than spend another dime here.

I recently moved to Jackson, and I chose this nail salon because I frequently visit the mall & it was closest to my home. The first two or three times I went there, everything was fine but afterwards every time I went for service the prices would always be a different price. My polish did not last long at all, my nails were uneven & the last time I visited which was in September, my acrylic full set did not last long at all! I got my nails done on a Thursday & by Monday 3 of them had pooped completely off and 2 of them had broken off. My acrylic had been applied so very thin I could understand why & my nails were short. Every time I’ve gotten my toes polished there, it was a different price but I always got the same thing done to them. The polish would ALWAYS chip within a couple days. My friend has been going there for years and she has decided to no longer visit this salon because lately her nails have been uneven and lumpy, and her pedicures aren’t as good as they once were. This used to be our favorite salon.

I found this nail salon on Google and since it is a block from my house I thought I would give it a try. WOW! The wait was not long at all and the owner made sure I was comfortable. As I watched what was going on around me everyone was getting the star treatment. The pedicure bowls have liners so you know they are clean. Those getting a pedicure were enjoying and using their laptops. The salon itself is very clean with a cute & trendy décor. This salon is far above all of the neighborhood nail salons and is a great value for the amazing service . I will definitely go back. It really is that wonderful!!!!

I have visited this place for the first time last month I’m February. My nails were beautiful. I got so many compliments, and I just loved them altogether. I also loved my visit. This time, I was not happy with my result. The price that was paid for my nails was not worth it because of the result I got. The $5 that was paid for coffin shaped nails, were borderline SQUARE shaped. NOT the nice, narrow, and topped off look coffin shaped was supposed to have. The nail tech also helped me pick a color, but she should’ve told me how it was going to appear, because the “color” was literally just glitter, instead of white like I thought. It was pretty like she said it was going to be either. When putting the tips on my nails, she glued the front, AND the back? Now my fingers look crusty because of the nail glue, and so does the back of my nail tip. The tips of the nail look worn down, instead of fresh and sharp. That’s how they looked the last time I came here. Neat. Not like Ive had them for two weeks already. They looked brand new. This time, they look old. I left with extremely dry hands, because of acetone, but normally I’d get some type of oil on my hands, like last time. I didn’t. I left with crust on my fingers from glue, and dry fingers. They don’t look HORRIBLE, but they look less than what I paid for. I even had my mom come with me this time because of how well they did on my last visit. The lady couldn’t understand me that well either, and neither could I understand her that well, so she didn’t really have a nice conversation with me like the other nail techs around me. That shows hospitality. I hate to submit this review, because I love the place. But I wasn’t happy with my result at all.
