Stopped by this shop for a manicure and pedicure. The staff was very friendly, hence the 2 stars. But the quality of work was extremely poor. I spent $77 for work that was so poor that I had to go to another shop the next day to get it re-done. The gel polish was all over the skin on my toes. The nail shapes were all over the place with absolutely no consistency. My manicure was done with room temperature water and no oils or anything. Definitely wont return.Picture was taken immediately after leaving the shop.

This was my first time here. I got a fill-in, cut down and toe polish. I enjoyed my services and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and return!

I live in Memphis Tennessee but Im originally from Jackson and I came last weekend to take my niece back to school shopping and to get her nails done at Northpark mall. Within a week one of her nails broke completely off so being that Im back in Memphis I had my mom take her there today to get the nail repaired. They had my niece and mother wait 45 minutes for a nail repair and then when they were called back the tech was rude and accused them of being at the wrong shop and lying. My mother FaceTimed me and I told them I could show the charge on my credit card statement. They kept acting like we were lying and said that she needed a refill I mean who needs a fill-in after only one week? I will never go back to this establishment with my niece. We will definitely find somewhere else to go. They were rude and unprofessional and he had the nerve to call for the manager who never showed up. I wish the manager had a showed up because I dont appreciate you calling my mother a liar when I can prove I was there a week ago and paid.

Do not go to these horrible nail techs if you want pretty nails! They are horrible! My nails are very ugly! Would rate zero stars if I could!

People were friendly but my nails are not cute at all, the paint is scratched up and it looks rushed. there is also paint on my skin. not recommend 2/10

I was afraid after read the reviews, but i take the risk. Im glad to toke it, my nail care specialist was Rick. he do the best acrylics nails i ever done. So glad and plaesed with the service.

I went to this nail salon for a full French tip set. I was seated in front of the nail tech (Michael). Dont ever let him do your nails!!!! I told him several times while he was attempting to remove my old acrylic nails with a fake nail and tweezers, youre hurting me, please dont do that. I must have told him 4 times. I should have left. He proceeds and rips half of my real nail along with the rest of the acrylic!!! I was bleeding, and in pain and he wanted to proceed with the nails anyway. I told him you could cause an infection, I want to leave. He could barely speak English. Guys do yourself a favor dont ever get Michael. 😪 and find a new nail salon. They dont care about the people at all, its about money.

Our party of four were welcomed right away for mani pedis.... miss Lily did a great job on my gel french mani and french pedi.... they did not rush even though we ran over through closing time. If I lived here I would come often. Not too expensive but I guess it depends on your budget. Thanks again so much miss Lily!

Will not be going back. My sisters and I got our nails/ toes done. The nails were half painted and thick. My nails came off in a week(powder dip nails) and my sisters came of the next day. I came here because of the reviews but I see you cant trust that. A waste of money and time.

I recently went here Sunday. My nails were poorly done by Michael. They are not painted well at all, shaped differently and crooked, and he gave an overall poor customer service. I will not be coming back.

9 months ago - I will never go back! They did an awful job that chipped in one day and then wanted to do a patch job to fix. This is the second time I left there with my nails looking like the had been painted by a kindergartner.Nov 2019 - went back to spend time with my daughter. She always uses this shop for her gel polish and has her favorite technicians. I have been getting dip at another facility in Ridgeland so just continued with dip today. Staff very friendly and my nails look much much better than they did the last time I left. Still loyal to my new shop but will use when I’m in Jackson with my daughter.

I am a regular client here. The people here are very friendly and professional! Although they are always busy on weekends and the wait is quite long, I still prefer this salon over others! Utensils are clean and they also use liners for the pedicures so thats a bonus.

I am so glad to have finally found this salon’s new location in the mall!! They’ve been moving everything around and it’s hard keeping up lol. Very nice folks and conveniently located in the mall. Great experiences here! I usually shop at Northpark and this nail salon is in it which makes it very convenience. They have HUNDREDS of gel polish colors and wide range of dip powder colors! ALso great pedicure chairs and very clean tubs!

Ive been to so many places and I just gotta say, this place does the best job on dipping powder and they have a huge selection for it! Dip powder always last 2-3 weeks plus on my nails. They are always busy on weekends so make sure you come in on mondays or tuesdays to get the best service.

Surprise! I was running late in prepping for a sales meeting and didn’t have time to get a mani. Was Simply walking through Northpark when I saw the salon and popped in to check it out. It was very clean and they had an opening so I sat down. They have gel nail polish with matching “regular” polish for toes so I got a pedi too! I am so pleased with the results and their service was great. Not sure of the young mans name but he did a perfect mani pedi.

I don’t recommend!! Will not be coming back!!I went in one day for individual lashes for me and my sister.... the same night all her individual lashes came off as a strip on both eyes. We went the next day the lady that does the lashes never showed up and they said she would be there in 30 min and we was sitting there an hour and 30 minutes. And they wouldn’t give me a refund!My little sister went in for a full set ($26) and got coffin nails. The man told her it will all cost $26. When it was time to pay he said $32. I said it’s a regular full set and he said it’s regular for square nails and extra for other shapes. I said why we paying extra for the shape when all you did was trim/cut the square it should be the same price. Everytime I go in there they keep changing the price or they don’t know what they doing!!!

I love this place. Have been using it for a few years and only been disappointed a couple of times.

I have been here several times for the same service but never pay the same price. Annoying, yes, but not worthy of a bad review. On my most recent visit, however, I decided to let them do a full manicure in addition to my powder set. BIG mistake! Apparently they didnt sanitize their tools properly and I ended up with an infection in my left ring finger! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. I will never go back!

I went to get a full set and they were not friendly. Also they overcharged me for my full set so do not ever go there ever.

I had an horrible experience. From them trying to rush through my service to having polish all on my fingers, uneven nails, and a horrible kindergarten paint job!! Honestly, the worse I have ever had!! I was so mad when I left out of there!! I even told the guy Kevin and he did nothing about it!! I WILL NOT be returning!!

One of their ladies was harsh on my nails . She wouldn’t paint the tips of my acrylics, she didnt smooth out the gel at the bottom of my nails either ! It left my nails bumpy !

I had my nails dipped 4 weeks ago at this location. I went today for a re dip/fill in And I was told they didnt have this color so they couldnt re dip or touch up my nails. I just laughed at her and walked out. NOT returning and definitely NOT sending anyone to them.
